The population in this study were all nurses in the Inpatient Room with a sample of 473 nurses. Data collection used a questionnaire as a research instrument and consisted of closed questions. Data were analyzed by SPSS using chi-square and logistic regression models, with a 95% confidence level and odds ratio. The results showed a relationship between the role and functions of the head of the room management on nurse job satisfaction (p-value = 0.000 <0.05). The management role influences the Odds Ratio (Exp. B) of 2.263. At the same time, the directive function influences the Odds Ratio (Exp. B) of 2.308.
