Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of learnning method and students attitude on history studies to the result of student’s history learning in SMA Pondok Karya Pembangunan Jakarta Timur. This reseacrh is quantitative research that used experiment design treatment method by level 2x2. Instrument that writer used to measure the student’s attitude is questioner, and instrument that writer used to measure the result of learning is Multiple Choice. The result of research showed those (1). The result of learning history that students used mind mapping were higher than students in convensional learning. (2) there is interaction’s effect between the method of learning and student’s attitude. (3) the result of student’s history learning that use mind mapping have positive attitude is higher than student which use convensional learning. (4) the result of learning history, the students were used mind mapping method have negative’s attitude lower than students used convensional learning which have negative attitude

Abstract

It means, that the goods in question, is the confiscation of goods that can be raised against him beg, they are in foreclosure, in other words, that the goods have not been auctioned off or must be delivered (carried surrender to the winning side).Keywords: eksekutorial seizure resistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence on the effect of perceived usefulness and easy of use of e-SPT income tax toward efficiency taxation data processing for the taxation of corporate taxpayers at KPP Pratama Cilegon.Population of this research is the corporate taxpayer using e-SPT. The sample of this research is the corporate taxpayer using e-SPT. Data were analyzed using  software IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20. The method used is quantitative analysis, with multiple linear regression model. The results showed that the perception of e-SPT Tax Income efficiency affects the efficiency of tax data processing for corporate taxpayers at KPP Pratama Cilegon. While partically, the ease of e-SPT income tax perception does not affect the efficiency of tax data processing for corporate taxpayer at KPP Pratama Cilegon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the Management of Local Revenue (PAD) in Kabupaten Bima in accordance with Law No. 33 of 2004 concerning the Regional Government in managing its own household. Type of qualitative research.Type of case study research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study were that the management of PAD through planning, implementing and controlling taxes. while the strategy of increasing regional taxes and levies through identification and inventory of value and potential of regional assets, the existence of regional asset SIMs, asset supervision and involvement of internal auditors. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendalami Pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Bima sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 33 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintah Daerah dalam mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Tipe penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa pengelolaan PAD melalui Perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian pajak. Sementara strategi peningkatan pajak dan retribusi daerah melalui Identifikasi dan inventarisasi nilai dan potensi aset daerah, adanya SIM aset daerah, pengawasan aset dan pelibatan auditor internal.

Abstract

Palembang is one of the oldest cities in Indonesia, a historical city and a prominent city with the greatness of the Srivijaya kingdom. Various events have become important historical traces for the local community and the general public, one of which is historical sites. One of them is the Archaeological Park of the Sriwijaya Kingdom, where this historical site can be developed and utilized to increase the regional economy. The purpose of this research is to find out how to use and develop historical sites for the improvement of the regional economy. Data were collected through a qualitative approach by exploring and interviewing participants accompanied by a review of various literatures. The result of this research is that the local government and society are sustainable in maintaining, developing, and utilizing historical sites to improve the regional economy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect that occurs with the rise of non taxable income rate, and the number of effective taxpayers to the income tax revenue Article 21. This study was conducted in KPP Pratama Serang, the population used is the acceptance of Income Tax (PPh) Article 21 in KPP Pratama Serang and the sample use saturated sample or all population that is income tax (PPh) Article 21 in KPP Pratama Serang every month for period 2014-2016. The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 2.0. The results of this study reveal that the non-taxable income (PTKP) has a significant effect on the income tax revenue article 21 and has a negative beta value, indicating that the higher rate of non-taxable income, the income tax of Article 21 will decrease. Likewise with the number of effective taxpayers who significantly influence the income tax revenue article 21 and have a positive beta value, indicating that the more effective taxpayers the income tax revenue article 21 will increase. Keywords : Non-taxable income (PTKP), taxpayers effective, income tax receipts (PPh) article 21

Abstract

Quality of the system in this research is to look at the e-filing system that is easy to use, e-filing system is equipped with useful features and functions to make data changes with ease, and security of e-filing system was good. The quality of the information in this study is the information contained in the e-filing system is accurate, the presentation of information in the e-filing is clear, and the information presented in accordance with user needs. Timeliness in this study is seen by inputting the data with the e-filing system can be done quickly, and e-filing system whether it can make the user into saving time in sending data. Confidentiality in this study is based on whether the e-filing can only be accessed by authorized persons only (users only), user data can not be altered without the permission of the authorities, the data will be available when needed if the user is authorized to access, and users trust the system e-filing can maintain data confidentiality. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perdimensi dari kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai dan hubungan secara keseluruhan kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya.Dimensi-dimensi Kepuasan Komunikasi Organisasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepuasan dengan pekerjaan; kepuasan dengan ketepatan informasi; kepuasan dengan kemampuan seseorang yang menyarankan penyempurnaan; kepuasan dengan efisiensi bermacam-macam saluran komunikasi; kepuasan dengan kualitas media; kepuasan dengan komunikasi teman sekerja; kepuasan dengan keterlibatan dalam komunikasi organisasi sebagai suatu kesatuan sedangkan variabel kinerjanya Kualitas; Kuantitas; Ketepatan Waktu; Efektifitas; Kemandirian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Kantor Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya berjumlah sebanyak 19 orang tidak termasuk 1 orang pegawai yaitu Camat dan 1 orang Tenaga Kerja Kontrak . Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel Jenuh.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Kawalu sebesar 33,17%. Sisanya sebesar 66,83 ditentukan oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Sehingga hipotesisnya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya bisa diterima dan teruji dengan nilai 0,576.

Abstract

Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan are elemental Local Government executor at naval area and fishery and on hands to Regent via Region secretary. Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan having task is region autonomy at naval area and fishery covers sumberdaya's management fishery and naval, coast and isle in order to perform pembantuan's decentralisation and task task. Fishery area and Catches is one of area in on duty naval and fishery that services in makings and Fisherman Card exploit. Therefore fishery Area and Catches to have gets to give prima service and can in cards harnessed management fisherman to fishermen on the nose utilised and correct objective. One of effort which can be done is increase and do harnessed information system repair fisherman card with computerised and integrated system to be able to give information in point and accurate basal succeeding decision making.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh saluran distribusi dan pergudangan  terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada PT DHL Supply Chain.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 pelanggan PT DHL Supply Chain. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F.Penelitian menghasilkan temuan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh Saluran Distribusi terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan pada PT. DHL dengan arah positif sebesar b1 = 0.451; 2) Terdapat pengaruh Pergudangan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan pada PT. DHL dengan arah positif sebesar b2 = 0.313; 3) Terdapat pengaruh Saluran Distribusi secara bersama (simultan) terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan pada PT. DHL dimana Saluran Distribusi) dan Pergudangan mampu menjelaskan 55,9% variasi kepuasan pelanggan.Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan maka perlu diupayakan perbaikan terus menerus pada saluran distribusi dan pergudangan di PT DHL Supply Chain. Kata Kunci: Saluran Distribusi, Pergudangan, Kepuasan Pelanggan
