Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai PDAM di Propinsi Banten. Salah satu faktor yang melatarbelakanginya adalah rendahnya tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai yang disebabkan belum optimalnya kepemimpinan transformasional, rendahnya budaya organisasi dan terbatasnya motivasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya pada kinerja pegawai PDAM di Propinsi Banten. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 284 pegawai PDAM di Propinsi Banten dengan ukuran populasi 1.092 pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur(path analysis). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 23,32%, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 8,12% dan pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 10,28%. Secara simultan, pangaruh variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai adalah 69,02%, sisanya sebesar 30,98% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti namun turut memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sementara pengaruh kepuasan kerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 81,70%, sisanya 18,30% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti tetapi turut berpengaruh. This research is motivated by the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province which is not yet optimal. One of the factors is the low level of employee satisfaction which is caused by the lack of transformational leadership, the low of organizational culture and the low of employee work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee work motivation on employee satisfaction and its implications on the performance of PDAM employees in Banten Province. This study use descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this research is 284 PDAM employees in Banten Province with population size 1,092 employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The results of this study found that there is a direct influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction (23.32%), the direct influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction (8.12%) and the direct influence of employee work motivation on employee satisfaction (10,28%). Simultaneously, the influence of independent variable on employee satisfaction is 69,02%, and the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 30.98%. The effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance is 81.70%, while the other factors that is not studied in this research but also affect the employee satisfaction is 18.30%.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan motivasi mempunyai peran penting untuk organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Apabila dikelola dengan baik, keduanya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian tujuannya. Apabila dikelola dengan baik, keduanya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) seberapa besar hubungan yang terjadi antara intensitas pelatihan dengan kinerja pegawai; (2) seberapa besar hubungan yang terjadi antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan yang terjadi antara intensitas pelatihan dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan metode analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel intensitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,327; (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,610; dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas pelatihan serta motivasi berprestasi secara simultanterhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,625. Training and motivation have an important role for organization or company in achieving its goals. If managed well, they can improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the correlation between: (1) training intensity with employe performance; (2) achievement motivation with the employe performance; and (3) training intensity and achievement motivation onthe employe performance. The method used in this research is associative research method, with product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result of this research showed: (1) there is a significant relationship between training intensity toward employee performance, with coefficient value 0.327; (2) there is a significant correlation between achievement motivation towardemployee performance, with coefficient value 0,610; and (3) there is alsosignificant relationship between training intensity and achievement motivation simultaneously toward employee performance, with coefficient value 0.625.

Abstract

Education creates reliable and competitive people resources, which determines a nation's success. Scholarship policies have a substantial impact on the growth of a nation, particularly in terms of enhancing the quality of human resources and access to quality education. Open access to education can help establish an improved education system. The Excellence Scholarships Program is part of the Indonesian government's goal to produce trustworthy and competitive human resources. This research used a qualitative descriptive methodology by tracing official government documents associated with the Excellence Scholarships program. This report analyzes the 2019-2020 implementation and impact of Indonesia's main scholarship program.  This study examined program implementation using descriptive-qualitative research. According to the findings of this study, 2025 undergraduates won scholarships in the last two years. The procedures and aid distribution of the Excellence scholarship program are effective because they adhere to the predetermined flow and conditions, however, future improvements are required for the implementation of these scholarship programs: first, improving the principle of equal distribution of scholarship recipients to combat inequality, particularly in eastern Indonesia; and second, providing equal opportunities. This research also suggests further research could look into how the excellence scholarships program enhances scholarship recipients' quality of life and human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine digital adoption in the Nusa Jaya Village, Karawaci District, Tangerang City. The Nusa Jaya Village made a breakthrough or innovation in their public services by utilizing and optimizing ICT in digitalization, Namely the application of pangkas applications. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods for the phenomenon of e-government adoption in Nusa Jaya Village. Several factors influence e-government adoption which is one of the success factors of e-government, namely: Advantage (success) with the existence of a pruning application, the community is assisted in the process of making documents and other bureaucratic services, Trust (Trust) where the community has confidence in sites/applications where people are not worried about personal data leaks where there are policies that cover them, Internet Accessibility (Internet Accessibility) the quality of internet access itself has good access speed although there are some that are still hampered by their internet network the ability of the community to access internet services such as websites , e-mail. Internet Skills, which are still an obstacle and a challenge in the Nusa Jaya sub-district, apart from being constrained by limited competent human resources, knowledge, education and a lack of ability in the use and utilization of IT. There are still many people who are clueless, so it is difficult to socialize and train the application so that socialization must be carried out regularly and training needs to be increased again and not all people have smartphones.
