Abstract

This research will develop the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy that will be used to make automotive parts. The progress of this study is to make three alloy compositions; Al-30Si, Al-35Si and Al-40Si. The making process of the alloys by melting and alloying which are then poured into steel tube mold at different casting temperatures but the same superheat 100oC. The cast products are then metallographic tested and hardness tested. The microstructure of those three cast alloy products is cast structure consisting of much elongated large proeutectic silicon phase, the lamellar eutectic phase, chill structure, and cast defects consisting of shrinkage and porosity. The Brinell Hardness Number of the three cast products show that hardness of the Al-Si alloy will increase by increasing silicon content.

Abstract

AbstractThe number of motorcycle sales that always increases from year to year has an impact on the need for adequate maintenance so that motorcycles remain safe to use. For this reason, training is needed for residents in motorbike maintenance so that people understand and can care for motorcycles independently. Communities who are deemed necessary to receive training are residents who have dropped out of school and do not yet have special expertise in motorcycle maintenance so that it is hoped that this can be used as provision in opening a motorcycle maintenance repair business. The training is carried out by providing direct learning both theory and practice of motorcycle maintenance. Theory is given in a duration of 2 hours followed by practice to ensure participants can perform self-care. The results of the training showed that the youth of Pantai Mekar village, Muara Gembong sub-district, Bekasi, had basic motorcycle maintenance skills AbstrakJumlah penjualan sepeda motor yang selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun membawa dampat terhadap perlunya perawatan yang cukup memadai agar sepeda motor tetap aman untuk digunakan. Untuk itu, perlu pelatihan bagi warga dalam perawatan sepeda motor agar masyarakat mengerti dan dapat merawat sepeda motor secara mandiri. Masyarakat yang dipandang perlu untuk mendapatkan pelatihan adalah warga yang putus sekolah serta belum memiliki keahlian khusus dalam perawatan sepeda motorsehinggadiharapkan dapat dijadikan bekal dalam membuka usaha bengkel perawatan sepeda motor. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pembelajaran secara langsung baik teori maupun praktek perawatan sepeda motor. Teori diberikan dalam durasi 2 jam dilanjutkan praktek untuk memastikan peserta dapat melakukan perawatan mandiri. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemuda desa pantai mekar kecamatanmuara gembong Bekasi telah memiliki keterampilan dasar perawatan sepeda motor.

Abstract

Abstract State Senior High School 1 in Muara Gembong District is around 45 km from Jakarta State University. The partner's current problem is that students still don't have the skills to make 3-dimensional models using technological means. The Vocational schools as schools to develop quality graduate have a vision of making their students superior and specialy in creativity to making 3-dimensional models. Currently, the introduction of making 3-dimensional models quickly has begun to be introduced students from an early age, especially in superior schools in big cities. Limited school facilities such as 3D printers will be a weakness for students in learning how to make and analysis design real in 3-dimensional models quickly. The module is made simply to learn and can be made 3D object model its simple easy by vocational high school students. The output of this activity program is learning modules/slides on making 3-Dimensional objects for vocational high school students, intellectual property rights, online media publications and articles. Abstrak SMAN 1 di Kecamatan Muara Gembong berada sekitar 45 km dari Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Permasalah mitra saat ini adalah Keterampilan siswa dalam pembuatan model 3 dimensi dengan sarana teknologi masih belum memiliki. Sekolah SMK sebagai sekolah kejuruan memiliki visi menjadikan siswanya unggul dan kreatif dalam pembuatan model 3 dimensi. Saat ini pengenalan pembuatan model 3 dimensi secara cepat sudah mulai dikenalkan kepada siswa dari semenjak dini terutama di sekolah unggulan di kota besar. Fasilitas Sekolah yang terbatas seperti sarana 3D printer ini akan menjadi kelemahan siswa dalam mempelajari bagaimana pembuatan model 3 dimensi secara cepat. Modul dibuat secara sederhana dan bisa dibuat oleh siswa SMK / SMA. Luaran program kegiatan ini adalah modul pembelajaran pembuatan 3 dimensi untuk siswa SMK / SMA, HKI, publikasi media online dan artikel.
