Abstract

This research is based on anecdote text writing ability. Most of the students had difficulties when they write an anecdote text. Most of them were unmotivated to write immediately. Beside that, some students’ score in writing were also low. It can be seen from their score which were below the KKM. Even though the teaching techniques chosen and practiced by the teacher in teaching writing greatly impact the learning achievement of the students, some of the them were not able to present the writing material in an interesting, inspiring and creative way. This learning model made it hard for the students to write the anecdote text. The theories used as the references in this research were Isjoni’s opinion about cooperative learning model and Kebol’s about the anecdote text. This research was an experimental research. The research population was grade X students which consist of 2 classes with the total number of students was 40 students. The sample of this research was taken by doing random sampling. X MIPA 1 class was chosen as the experimental class. In other hand X MIPA 2 was chosen as the control class. Each of this class was consisted of 20 students. The result of this research showed that the cooperative learning model of the Make A Match type is appropriate for learning to write anecdotal texts for class X students of SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci because this model can influence writing skills. It was proven by average score of students in the experimental class, 87.60, which is higher than the control class, which is 76.75.Based on the research result we can conclude that Make A match type of cooperative learning model has significant effect on students’ ability in writing anecdote text at grade X SMAN 5 Kerinci

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's problems in implementing the independent curriculum in schools. This study uses a literature review or literature review approach. The results of this study indicate that there are many problems that become obstacles for teachers in schools. In the independent learning curriculum, teachers are more required to be creative in making or designing the learning process so that learning goes according to what is determined by the Minister of Education. The results showed that: First, SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Full has implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum by implementing project-based learning, diagnostic, formative and summative assessments in learning. Second, the teacher's problems in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum in planning, implementing and evaluating learning are difficulties analyzing CP, formulating TP and compiling ATP and Teaching Modules, determining learning methods and strategies, lack of ability to use technology, lack of ability to use learning methods and media, materials teaching is too broad, determine the class project.

Abstract

The Role of the Movement Teacher In Realizing Profile Of Pancasila In School. In the current era, there are four major challenges in the world of education, including problems related to the noble values and morals of the nation; the need for maturity to become a citizen; support the realization of social justice and the creation of 21st century competence. To face these challenges, the government established a Teacher Motivator program to launch the Pancasila Student Profile. The goal of this research was to uncovered the role of the teacher in the development of students’ profiles at Pancasila in order to realized resilience in character education in the twenty-first century so that Indonesians could compete globally. What were the rights and responsibilities of a teacher-mover in carrying out the process of education to strengthened the profile of students in Pancasila. What importance should the master drive had in realizing the resilience of character education in the twenty-first century. This was a normative study; the research phase of the study of literature and the deductive analysis. The conceptual approach and the legislative approach were two types of research approaches used by researchers. Researchers conducted research on what the role of the teacher was in the effort to strengthened the profile of Pancasila students on the students as an effort to resilience character education in the twenty-first century. Researchers were also employing the literature method and interview with teacher. . The results of this study were the Master Drive had an important role in shaping the resilience of the character of their students. Such a role, which was to became the leader of learning that encourages the well- being ecosystem education in schools, moving the learning community (to the practitioner community) for co-teachers in the school and in its territory, becoming a teacher practice (coach) for his other teacher related to the development of learning in schools, Open space discussions and positive space of collaboration between teachers and stakeholders in and outside of school to improved the quality of learning, and encourage the improvement of students ‘ leadership in school.
