Abstract

Coffee has become a lifestyle requirement for people in Jakarta. Many new businesses take advantage of this opportunity; one of them is FamilyMart. FamilyMart is a Japanese retail company that also sells food and beverages, one of the popular products is the iced Kopi Kopi Keluarga. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of corporate image, store image, product image and price on customer satisfaction in purchasing Es Kopi Susu Keluarga. This research method uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches using questionnaires as research instruments. The number of samples used was 59 respondents. Conclusion of the results of the analysis of this study found that the variables significantly influence the variable of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an awareness and understanding of the company that is obtained directly or indirectly as one of the important things to be maximized because of the great reputation benefits obtained from the company's CSR activities. CSR is a business commitment so that companies act ethically in running operations legally and contribute to improving the welfare of company employees, local communities, and the wider community. In the literature study, it was found that the benefits will be obtained for the company and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is an important aspect in supporting the sustainability of business activities in the company. A company can increase work productivity if there is good cooperation and a reciprocal relationship between the company's management and its employees. One way is to conduct training and development programs for employees. The achievement of an organization's goals depends on the performance of its employees. If a company wants the advantage of competing through human resources (HR), then it must contain the concept of training and development of human resources on an ongoing basis. Based on several journals and research studied, it can be concluded that training and development conducted by organizations or companies have a positive influence on improving employee performance.Keyword: Human resources, Training, Development, Employee, Performance

Abstract

This article reviews the relationship between leadership in the Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia and the results of the 2020 Integrity Assessment Survey conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission of The Republic of Indonesia, where the Ministry of Finance obtained an index of 87.86 on a scale of 100.00. This achievement was classified as good because the average achievement index for the ministries/agencies and local governments was 82.6. With the various definitions of leadership, it is generally agreed that leadership plays an essential role in determining the success of an organization or group within the organization. Leaders have the authority to make decisions and in carrying out what has become a decision. In addition, through the authority possessed, the leader plays a role in determining the work culture and values that are embraced and carried out by everyone in the organization in relation to the implementation of work. This article aims to examine the role of leadership in the achievement of integrity assessment surveys in the Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia. From a theoretical perspective and studies related to leadership that scholars have previously carried out, there is a common thread between leadership and the results of the integrity assessment survey. It is necessary to conduct a more in-depth empirical study to find out how significant leadership contributes to the achievement of the results of the integrity assessment survey.

Abstract

PT OPQ Indonesia merupakan industri manufactur multinational yang bergerk di bidang elektronika. Uniknya adalha PT OPQ memiliki 2 factory besar dengan penerapan sistem produksi yang berbeda karena disesuaikan dengan jumlah permintaan yang berbeda. Factory A menerapkan sistem LMHV (Low-Mix-High-Volume) dan Factory B menerapkan sistem HMLV (High-Mix-Low-Volume). Perbedaan sistem produksi ini juga berpengaruh pada Layout atau tata letak produksi yang digunakan. Factory A menggunakan Straight Line Concept dan Factory B menggunakan U-Shaped Line Concept. Penulis hanya berfokus pada factory B karena merupakan factory baru yang masih membutuhkan banyak perbaikan. Layout yang salah akan menimbulkan banyak waste yang menyebabkan hasil produksi tidak optimal. Dengan sistem HMLV (High-Mix-Low-Volume), factory B menerapkan U-Shaped Line Concept agar bisa memaksimalkan fasilitas, minimal waste, dan mempercepat lead time. Namun U-Shaped yang terlalu kecil atau terlalu banyak akan menjadi pilihan yang kurang tepat. PT OPQ merubah layout proses yang sebelumnya memiliki 4 U-Shaped line kecil menjadi 1 U-shaped line kecil dan 1 u-shaped line besar, mereka menyebutnya Preparation Lina & Main Assy Line. Dengan konsep ini mereka bisa membuat area kerja lebih nyaman, menghilangkan inventory semi produk di setiap sub line, bengurangi lead time produk dari 3 hari menjadi 1 hari, dan bisa mengurangi manpower agar bisa di utilize untuk lini yang lain dan berujung pada peningkatan produktifitas dan saving cost.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Job Embeddedness, Kompensasi Financial dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap turnover intention marketing di PT. Laboratorium Novell Farmasi Jabodetabek. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan total populasi karyawan bagian pemasaran di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Wilayah Jabodetabek dengan 447 karyawan, sampel menggunakan formulasi Slovin dengan 82 karyawan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini Job Embeddedness, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan melihat pengaruh harga saham sub sektor Telekomunikasi dengan menggunakan metode Vector Autoregression (VAR). Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Harga saham sesi pembuka dan sesi penutup (Open,close). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan ekonometrika modern, dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan 4 perusahaan telekomunikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan data sekunder. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham penutupan pada perusahaan Sub Sector Telekomunikasi seperti Perusahaan Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), Indosat Tbk (ISAT), XL AXIATA Tbk (EXCL), dan FREN Tbk dipengaruhi oleh harga sesi pembukaan harga saham pada  hari itu dan penutupan sehari sebelumnya dan yang menentukan adalah harga pembukaan pada hari itu dan tidak dapat pengaruh First difference pada harga saham dalam metode persamaan VAR.

Abstract

Career and professional development is a long process of personal growth along an individual’s life span. Despite their efforts to develop skills and knowledge, there are extrinsic factors that are expected by the employees to help advance their careers. There are also some factors make individuals opt to stay at their current positions and feel satisfied with the jobs. To maintain a healthy workplace environment, a Global Staff Survey (GSS) was conducted by a non-profit organization in 2020. Out of 12 topics surveyed, this article aims to analyze the result of the survey, particularly, Indonesia-specific country-context, focusing on understanding the interrelationship between career and professional development and job satisfaction or motivation. Primary data is taken from the survey participated by 192 respondents from six provinces in Indonesia. The respondents consist of different levels of positions of both national and international staff with various lengths of employment. Career and Professional Development and Job Satisfaction/Motivation are two variables extracted from the result of the survey which is analyzed through desk review methodology.

Abstract

Kehilangan hasil produksi (output) adalah terjadinya hasil produksi yang tidak sesuai dengan kuantitas semula dari masing-masing bahan baku yang digunakan. Kerugian output produksi ini mempengaruhi perhitungan biaya produksi dan tentunya mengurangi keuntungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini mencari penyebab dari faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perekat berbahan dasar air hilang selama produksi. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi lem perekat berbasis air dan sangat menekankan pada kerugian produksi agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis dari segi harga pasar. Pengamatan penggunaan alat produksi mesin, bahan baku, dan pengamatan internal terhadap proses produksi (metode) serta tenaga kerja (manusia) yang terlibat di produksi. Berdasarkan penelusuran serupa sebelumnya dan pengamatan langsung selama proses produksi, wawancara dengan bagian produksi dan pengadaan bahan (gudang), ditemukan bahwa penyebab kerugian loss produksi  dari faktor  sumber daya manusia (SDM)
