Abstract

Terbatasnya energi fosil di Indonesia menyebabkan adanya pengembangan energi baru terbarukan. Energi terbarukan merupakan energi non-fosil yang berasal dari alam. Pemanfaatan energi surya bisa dilakukan dengan membangun Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) atau Solar Home System (SHS). Perencanaan PLTS menggunakan sistem on grid, sistem masih terkoneksi dengan jaringan PLN. Sistem dimanfaatkan sebagai backup untuk aliran listrik. Sistem akan bekerja secara otomatis ketika aliran listrik PLN terputus dengan memanfaatkan panel ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch). Perencanaan dilakukan dengan pemilihan komponen PLTS, beban yang dibutuhkan 1119 Watt, lama waktu penyinaran efektif 5,08 jam/hari. kemudian melakukan perhitungan komponen PLTS, menentukan tata letak penempatan panel surya dan panel ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch). Setelah diketahui komponen yang dipergunakan barulah dapat dilakukan perhitungan anggaran biaya yang akan direkomendasikan. Sistem PLTS direncanakan untuk memenuhi kekurangan energi listrik di laboratorium Teknik Elektro apabila jaringan listrik PLN terputus. Hasil perencanaan PLTS sistem on grid menggunakan komponen panel surya 48 buah dengan kapasitas 500 Wp, inverter 1 buah dengan kapasitas 1500 Watt, baterai berkapasitas 200 Ah 48 Volt sebanyak 3 buah dan solar charge controller berkapasitas 60 A sebanyak 2 buah. Biaya investasi yang direkomendasikan sebesar Rp 143.184.268,00.Kata kunci : PLTS; Sistem On Grid; Lab.Teknik Elektro; ATS

Abstract

Singkong segar tidak dapat disimpan lama, adapun masa simpannya hanyalah berkisar antara 4-5 hari. Pada masa panen, tanaman Singkong kadang-kadang tidak mampu memberikan keuntungan yang banyak bagi petani, khususnya petani di wilayah Kabupaten Ketapang karena disamping umbinya mudah rusak, harga jualnyapun sangat rendah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, sangat diperlukan adanya upaya pengolahan Singkong menjadi berbagai macam produk olahan. Olahan Singkong selain dapat memperpanjang daya simpannya juga dapat memberikan keuntungan yang cukup besar bagi para petani. Salah satunya adalah pembuatan tepung tape Singkong tinggi dekstrin dibuat melalui proses fermentasi. Hasil penelitian pada lama waktu fermentasi dan konsentrasi ragi pada pembuatan tepung tape singkong (Manihot utilissima) mengandung dekstrin, serta aplikasinya pada pembuatan produk pangan, menunjukan bahwa : (1). Kisaran periode fermentasi terbaik pada pembuatan tepung tape singkong mengandung dekstrin selama 25 jam; (2). Konsentrasi ragi tape terbaik pada pembuatan tepung tape singkong mengandung dekstrin 2%; (3). Pada konsentrasi ragi tape 2% dengan kisaran periode fermentasi 25 jam menghasilkan sifat fisiko-kimia tepung tape singkong mengandung dekstrin, diantaranya nilai kadar dekstrin 9,897%; gula reduksi 13,453%; kadar air 8,8%; kadar abu 1,6%; total asam 1,96%; nilai pH 5,2; dan rendemen 37,3%.; dan (4). Tingkat kesukaan brownies dengan perbandingan tepung tape singkong mengandung dekstrin 100%:0% tepung terigu lebih disukai oleh panelis dengan nilai rata-rata aroma 7,04; tekstur 6,84 dan rasa 6,96.

Abstract

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, in addition to the Dharma of Education and Teaching and the Dharma of Research. This time, the Ketapang Polytechnic Community Service Program aims to apply knowledge that can be used by the public in the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 which can be contagious in crowded places. Covid-19 is a virus that is easily transmitted through human touch and from human beings to human beings, and it can be said that the Covid-19 virus is easily transmitted in crowded places in the community. One of the most crowded places in the community is the traditional market, which is still active, namely the traditional BUM Desa Karya Maju market which is located on the Poros Sukadana-Ketapang road, Muara Pawan District, Suka Maju Village. Through the Community Service Program the initiative to make a tool that can overcome the prevention of the spread of covid-19. One method of preventing Covid-19 is to always wash your hands after touching so as to make an automatic sink faucet based on the Arduino UNO microcontroller. The tools that are made can be moved according to the expectations of the partners. The components of the tool are the seat frame, barrel, sink, wheels and control components. The control components consist of an adapter, charger module, battery, switch, Arduino UNO module, relay module, ultrasonic sensor and PMPA DC.

Abstract

Internet technology can connect two computers to communicate with each other, both sending and receiving data even at great distances. By using the Telegram Bot we can connect to the module used to control the lights. With this remote light control tool, we can turn off or turn on the lights with an unlimited distance as long as we are connected to the internet network. By using a smartphone we can do this under any circumstances and check the status of the lights that we control whether they are on or off. Control lights via Telegram using components in the form of lights, relays, NodeMCU ESP8266 modules. After programming the NodeMCU ESP8266 module, in the design of this tool the following components are obtained, namely 4 20 watt lamps, 1 4 channel relay, ESP8266 NodeMCU Module with a maximum input of 12 volts.

Abstract

The use of solar energy is used on a fishing boat that usually uses petroleum fuel, aiming to help fishermen in technological innovation and minimize the use of petroleum as fuel on fishing boats. The process and stages in the design and construction of solar power plants on fishing boats are based on related problems regarding limited energy sources, so solar power plants are made as an alternative to lighting needs and loads on fishing boats. With a budget of Rp.2,240,000, a solar power plant can be built for lighting installations with components used by a 100 Wp solar cell, an inverter with a capacity of 500 watts, solar charge controller with a capacity of 10 A, battery with a capacity of 12 V / 50 Ah, LED, NYM cable with a size of 2 x 1.5 mm2, a single switch and MCB 2 with a capacity of 2 Amperes.

Abstract

Dodol made from pineapple fruit ingredients is likely to add to the diversity of dodol that already exists in the market. In addition, it can also increase the economic value of pineapple fruit. The goal to be achieved is to determine the influence of various differences in the addition of glutinous rice flour and rice flour on the chemical and organoleptic properties of pineapple dodol. This type of research is to use an experimental method using a list of fingerprint analysis. The process of making pineapple dodol is made with four variations of the ratio of ingredients, namely the first addition of glutinous rice flour 15 gr and rice flour 5 gr, the second addition of glutinous rice flour 5 gr and rice flour 15 gr, the third addition of glutinous rice flour 20 gr and the fourth addition of rice flour. 20 gr. The water content contained in the D treatment (rice flour 20%) has a higher water content of 33.86% this is due to the increasing concentration of rice flour, there is an increase in the water content of pineapple dodol. This is due to the addition of rice flour. because of the starch property that is to like water.

Abstract

Empty Palm Oil Bunches (TTKS) or empty fruit bunches are one of the solid wastes produced by palm oil mills. Judging from the oil content, TTKS has the potential to be re-quoted. Empty Bunch Press machine, so as to produce oil before being pressed (oil before press) and oil after being pressed (oil after press) produced using this machine and knowing the factors that cause OER or low oil yields. The analysis of this calculation can result in an average % OER empty bunch press of 0.16% and a total % OER from the addition of an empty bunch press machine of 21.91% where in this case there is an additional OER using an empty bunch press machine. Without the use of an empty bunch press machine, %OER 21.17%. The results of the analysis show that extracting oil obtained from TTKS using an empty bunch press machine can increase the factory's OER of about 0.16% to processed FFB. The results of the analysis from June 14 to June 27 2022 OER of palm oil has decreased or is low due to factors such as the maturity level of the fruit, processing at the factory, and poor fruit quality.

Abstract

Dodol yang dibuat dari bahan buah nanas kemungkinan dapat menambah keanekaragaman dodol yang telah ada dipasaran. Selain itu juga dapat menaikkan nilai ekonomis buah nanas. Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai perbedaan penambahan tepung ketan dan tepung beras terhadap sifat kimia dan organoleptik dodol nanas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan daftar analisa sidik ragam. Proses pembuatan dodol nanas dibuat dengan empat variasi perbandingan bahan yaitu yang pertama penambahan tepung ketan 15 gr dan tepung beras 5 gr, kedua penambahan tepung ketan 5 gr dan tepung beras 15 gr, ketiga penambahan tepung ketan 20 gr dan ke empat penambahan tepung beras. 20 gr. Kadar air yang terkandung dalam perlakuan D (tepung beras 20%) mempunyai kadar air lebih tinggi yaitu 33,86% hal ini disebabkan karena semakin meningkatnya konsentrasi tepung beras maka terjadi peningkatan kadar air dodol nanas. Hal ini disebabkan karena penambahan tepung beras. karena sifat pati yaitu suka air.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology has now been widely applied in human life to assist in every activity. In meeting the needs of life, humans always want and think about ways to carry out daily activities effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to produce a prototype for controlling electronic devices at short or long distances using a smartphone application utilizing internet connectivity which is accessed through an application installed on a smartphone. Electronic devices that can be controlled consist of 4 lights and 4 sockets. Installing this tool costs Rp. 563,000, The conclusion of this study is that you can control the on and off lights and sockets either using a switch or using the Ardiuino bluetooth controller application. control of these electronic components can be applied to residential or apartment buildings for automatic control systems and also monitoring of electronic components with the Ardiuino bluetooth controller application. Based on the results of this final project is to make a single line and wiring diagram, namely in the installation of an automatic room or smartroom, namely the use of 4 lights. .Keywords: Smartroom, Lighting Automation System, Microcontroller.
