Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Funds (DAU) on Regency / City Capital Expenditures in East Java The analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, regression analysis is an analysis of the dependence of one dependent variable (bound) on one or more independent variables (free / explanatory). Based on the Regression Test the analysis results obtained both PAD and DAU have a positive regression coefficient, meaning that if there is a positive change in the independent variables (PAD and DAU) will also cause an increase in the value of regional spending. The coefficient of determination is 88.7% The coefficient of determination or R2 Adjusted value of 88.7% indicates that changes in capital expenditure 88.7% can be explained or determined by changes in the independent variables PAD and DAU, while 11.3% is explained by variables outside of PAD and DAU. Significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable can be seen from the results of the Fcount 0.00 test which is smaller than the standard tolerable error of α = 5%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah modal kerja berpengaruh pada pendapatan MBR. Sampel penelitian adalah MBR di Kota Malang yang menerima bantuan modal berupa dana perguliran. Peneliti melakukan kunjungan ke masing- masing keluarga MBR yang telah dipilih sebagai responden (yaitu 25 orang), untuk dimintai informasi tentang jenis usaha, jumlah modal, perkembangan usaha, pendapatan setiap hari, keuntungan dari usaha dan lain-lain. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Variabel penelitian ini ada dua yaitu modal (X) dan pendapatan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan MBR, artinya semakin tinggi modal kerja maka akan semakin tinggi pendapatan MBR. Modal kerja yang diperoleh MBR adalah dari pinjaman perguliran antara 2 juta sampai 5 juta dan modal tersebut semuanya telah digunakan sebagai modal kerja (modal usaha), Hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwa, adanya modal kerja yang digunakan sepenuhnya untuk usaha akan memberikan pendapatan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terhadap Belanja Modal untuk peningkatan bisnis Daerah.di Malang Raya, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penedekatan Asosiatif.Model analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui tingkat ketergantungan satu variabel dependen (terikat) terhadap variabel independen (bebas/penjelas). Berdasarkan Uji Regresi diperoleh hasil analisis koefisien regresi untuk PAD negatif, sedangkan DAU DBH dan DAK mempunyai koefisien regresi positif. Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah kurang maksimalnya keaktifan peserta didik Kelas V dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Penjasorkes materi dribble yang mengakibatkan hasil belajar sebagian besar dari mereka belum mencapai KKM. Ini terjadi karena pendidik masih cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah dan drill pada setiap pembelajarannya dengan kata lain kurangnya penggunaan variasi metode dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) bagaimana penerapan metode tutor sebaya dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran penjasorkes materi sepak bola tentang dribble di Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pasar Batu tahun 2016, 2) apakah metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar penjasorkes peserta didik Kelas V pada materi sepak bola mengenai dribble di SD Negeri 1 Pasar Batu tahun 2016 Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pasar Batu tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik, yang terdiri dari 13 peserta didik laki-laki dan 13 peserta didik perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya pada mata pelajaran Penjasorkes materi dribble agar dapat mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Dengan mengunakan metode tutor sebaya hasil belajar penjasorkes materi sepak bola mengenai dribble pada, yaitu pada pertemuan pertaama siswa yang telah mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 10 siswa atau (38%), pada pertemuan kedua sebanyak 13 siswa atau (50%) pada pertemuan ke tiga siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 18 siswa atau (69%), sedangkan pada perteuan terakhir siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 25 siswa atau (96%).Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode bantuan tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar drible sepak bola siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pasar Batu Kabupaten Tabalong Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Dari penelitian tersebut diharapkan dapat memberi pengetahuan dan manfaat bagi semua pihak (pendidik, peserta didik, orangtua) dan terutama bagi pendidik untuk dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Penjasorkes dan mata pelajaran yang lainnya.Kata-kata kunci: Metode tutor sebaya, hasil belajar siswa, sepak bola

Abstract

Community Service is one of a lecturer’s duties in the Three Services of Higher Educational Institution. A lecturer has to do the three duties mentioned in the regulation (lecturing, conducting researches, and doing community services). The main objective of conducting this entrepreneurship training programme is to make the teachers in TK IT Al Ma’un able to grab business opportunities in the society to give them additional income. The method planned for this programme is by giving the teachers a training on entrepreneurship entitled How to Start A Business. The steps of the programme are as follows: preparation, implementation, followed with question and answer session. Seen from the implementation of the community service done on August 15, 2018 in TK IT Al Ma’un Jl Asparagus 25 Sengkaling Dau Malang, it could be said that the teachers were excited in joining the programme. Many teachers asked a lot of questions about the programme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the usefulness of accounting information in decision making in order to achieve business success for the millennial generationas a MSMEs owner. JeThis type of research is a qualitative research with an interpretive approach. In-depth interviews were conducted with three millennial generation informants who own food and beauty services businesses. The results showed that the usefulness of accounting information derived from the financial statements version of Diva, Ninda and Andist had different needs. for Diva, the owner of the getuk business, it helps to minimize mistakes in making decisions in the future. For Ninda, the siomay business owner believes in the benefits of accounting to evaluate performance in a period, Other factors that need to be considered are situational factors, conditions and ways of doing marketing.

Abstract

Formal education, especially in basic education in entrepreneurship learning, has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through entrepreneurship learning. Research objectives 1) application of business education 2) economic learning curriculum 3) entrepreneurial behavior of elementary school formal education students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that entrepreneurship learning does not stand alone in the 2013 curriculum, but merges into other subjects such as Cultural Arts and Crafts to introduce students to currency, production and buying and selling processes, while populist economics learning blends into the subject PPKn lessons understand the Pancasila precepts as the basic foundation of populist economic education.
