Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling about the importance of business recording, determining the cost of production, determining of the selling price and financial statements for improving product competitiveness in Sekar Arum Batik. Sekar Arum Batik Business, located at RT 25, RW 3 Bululawang Village, Bululawang Sub-district, Malang Regency, is one of the small household group, assisted by Posdaya Polinema, with 30 housewife employees. There are some obstacles in the implementation of this training activities, such as training materials that are new to them, changing the habits of those who never recorded every transaction because they only rely on their memory. The supporting factor is the participants are aware of the benefits of an adequate record in business transactions, not only necessary for internal purposes, but also external purposes, such as lender banks, investment partners, suppliers offering credit and tax officers.

Abstract

 This community service aims to increase corn marning business income, at the Corn Marning Center in Kecamatan Pandanwangi, Kampung Simpang Teluk Bayur, Kota Malang. The Corn Marning Center in Malang City is a family business, which was initiated in the 1980s, and the business management is still simple.  Not yet using a financial recording system, because they think financial records are not important. The marketing system is still simple, which only relies on an order system and waits for consumers to come, as well as the product's marketability is still simple.The partners of this service are UMKM which have a Corn Marning business, starting from the process of making Corn Marning to selling it in their own shops, namely Toko Cahaya and Toko Adnan. The purpose of this PKM-Kemitraan is to provide knowledge about the Concept of Financial System Recording by using a simple program, making it easier for UMKM to record and understand the financial system, provide training on online marketing and manufacturing of more modern product packaging, and providing equipment assistance in the form of Pedal Sealer Machines needed by both UMKM. At the end of the activity, it will be evaluated, by providing assistance and monitoring based on the results of financial records, making online marketing and making product packaging for 1 month.

Abstract

The training to make screen printing t-shirt designs and souvenirs made from ceramics at Karang Taruna Village, Dinoyo Malang Tourism Village aims to: (1) Karang Taruna, Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village in Malang able to make a t-shirt design, as well as screen printing for the t-shirt (2) Youth club (Karang Taruna) of Dinoyo Tourism Village Malang also able to make souvenir designs made of ceramics (3) Karang Taruna Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Village is able to apply the design of T-shirts and souvenirs made from ceramics into screen-printed T-shirt products and souvenirs made from ceramics that are worthy to be marketed or sold as souvenirs for tourists visiting the Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village in Malang (4) Karang Taruna Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village has the skills to produce screen printing t-shirts and souvenirs made from ceramics so that it can foster enthusiasm to start a new business (entrepreneurship). The training method used is to use lecture, question and answer, discussion, apprenticeship and direct practice methods for making designs for screen printing t-shirts and merchandise. The results obtained from this training are (1) Training participants (Karang Taruna Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village) are able to understand the concept of making designs that reflect the uniqueness of Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village, (2) Training participants are skilled in making or applying designs into screen printing t-shirts and souvenirs made of ceramics typical of Malang Dinoyo Ceramic Tourism Village. Abstract

Peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha skala mikro, kecil, dan menengah dalam menggunakan teknologi digital serta perangkatnya dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan literasi digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar memiliki pengetahuan literasi digital sehingga mampu menggunakan teknologi digital serta perangkatnya secara bijaksana, tepat guna, dan aman. Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya (RPMR) merupakan paguyuban pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) se-Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. RPMR memiliki cakupan wilayah Kota Malang, Kabupaten Malang, hingga Kota Batu dan memiliki 450 anggota yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah. Dengan jumlah anggota yang banyak perlu diberikan pelatihan bagi para pelaku usaha skala mikro, kecil dan menengah berupa pelatihan literasi digital yang nantinya dapat membantu mereka beradaptasi untuk menghadapi tantangan-tantangan dunia digital. Pelatihan literasi digital ini menggunakan materi dari program USAID ‘Digital Asia Accelerator (DAA) – Literasi Digital’ yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi digital atau pembangunan ekonomi yang aman dan tepat di Asia Tenggara. DAA berfokus kepada tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran publik tentang masalah keamanan digital dan meningkatkan perilaku aman berinternet dan memperkuat kemampuan sektor swasta khususnya UMKM untuk terlibat aktif daslam ekonomi digital melalui peningkatan dan ketrampilan digital serta keamanan siber (cybersecurity)

Abstract

Kantor Desa Duwet Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang, merupakan salah satu kantor pemerintahan yang melayani kepentingan umum berupa surat atau dokumen, seperti:.Surat Pengantar Pembuatan KTP, Surat Pengantar Akte Kelahiran, Surat Keterangan Domisili, Surat Pengantar Nikah, Surat Keterangan Sudah/Belum Menikah, Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM), juga surat dan dokumen lainnya.Dari perspektif kelurahan selaku pelayan publik dan institusi pemerintah, digitalisasi menawarkan peluang untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik, mulai dari meminimalkan proses birokrasi sampai menghindari praktik pungutan liar (Pungli). Kantor Desa Duwet Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang dalam melayani masyarakatnya memerlukan optimalisasi dalam aktivitas pelayanan publiknya agar lebih efektif dan efisien dengan cara transformasi pelayanan publik kedalam konteks yang lebih modern yaitu menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApps business. Aplikasi WhatsApp business adalah perangkat yang digunakan oleh bisnis untuk melayani pelanggan melalui WhatsApp. Penggunaan WhatsApps business dalam pelayanan publik dapat menekan antrian pelayanan di kantor kelurahan, masyarakat dapat melakukannya melalui smartphone mereka dari mana saja.
