Abstract

Divisi lapangan dalam perusahaan penyedia jasa internet memiliki peran penting dalam berjalannya proses bisnis. Divisi ini menangani masalah teknis di lapangan seperti proyek pemasangan jaringan, dengan layanan berupa fiber optik dan wireless. Permasalahan yang sering timbul dalam pelaksanaan proyek yaitu adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara biaya aktual yang dikeluarkan dengan rencana anggaran biaya yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan pemantauan progress proyek secara real time dan pengendalian biaya proyek menggunakan metode Earned Value Management untuk mengurangi risiko perbedaan biaya. Pembuatan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan pengendalian biaya proyek serta dokumen evaluasi untuk mengetahui persentase kesesuaian antara biaya aktual dengan rencana anggaran biaya.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 5 Bandung merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terdapat di kota bandung dan sekolah ini menjadikan sekolah yang cukup favorit yang terdapat di kota Bandung karena memiliki pencapaian prestasi yang telah di didaptkanya, tentunya sekolah mempunyai aset yang banyak dan di lindungi, namun di dalam melakukan pengelolaan aset masih melakukan pencatatan dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel menjadikan pekerjaan tidak effsien dan efektif dapat berdampak terjadinya keterlambatan waktu pencatatan aset dari mulai perencanaam, pengajuan, barang masuk, pemeliharaan, penghapusan dan pengaduan. Dengan adanya sistem manajemen aset, pihak sekolah dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam mengelola aset adanya sistem informasi manajemen aset sekolah ini nantinya dapat meningkatkan produktifitas pegawai sehingga data yang terjadi lebih cepat serta effisien. Proses untuk memodelkan arsitektur sistem informasi yang ada bertujuan untuk memudahkan yang dimana didalam arsitektur informasi tersebut terdapat sumber daya dari organisasi yang mampu menjamin sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi bisa berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk memodelkan arsitektur sistem informasi manajemen aset di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung adalah menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan perencanaan kualitas dari data dengan cara melihat bagaimana kebutuhan serta teknologi yang sedang berjalan di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung dan Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) juga dapat mendefinisikan mengenai data, aplikasi dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses bisnis

Abstract

[Id]Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam perguruan tinggi sangatlah bermanfaat jika diterapkan dengan tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi. Unjani (Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani) merupakan perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam proses operasionalnya yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi. Dalam pencapaian visi organisasi maka penggunaan TI dalam organisasi harus selalu diawasi sehingga layanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna dapat maksimal. Pengukuran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dilakukan menggunakan ITIL V.3, alasannya adalah metode tersebut lebih mudah digunakan karena sifatnya yang merekomendasikan sehingga organisasi yang telah mengimplementasikan ITIL V.3 hampir berbeda antara satu dengan yang lain. Tujuan dan hasil penelitian tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan TI yang dimiliki oleh Unjani sehingga Unjani dapat melakukan perbaikan untuk mencapai level kematangan optimal sesuai dengan standar ITIL.?[En]The use of Information Technology (IT) in universities is very useful if applied to the goals, vision, and mission of the organization. Unjani is a college that has applied information technology in its operational process that is aligned to the purpose, vision, and mission of organization. In achieving the vision of the organization then the use of IT in the organization should always be supervised so that services provided to users can be maximized. Measurement of information and communication technology is done using ITIL V.3, the reason is that it is easier to use because of its recommendation so that organizations that have implemented ITIL V.3 are almost different from each other. The purpose and result of this research is to know the level of IT maturity owned by Unjani so that Unjani can make improvements to achieve optimal maturity level according to ITIL standard.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are independent productive economies carried out by individuals or business entities. The problem that arises is that prospective MSME actors have their own criteria regarding the ideal location according to the desired criteria so that the chosen location will determine and produce various possibilities. To be able to solve this problem, this study proposes the use of the AHP method as a multi-criteria calculation medium in order to produce various possible locations for the perspective of potential perpetrators. The criteria used in this study include the environment, accessibility, and facilities. In addition, Geographic Information System (GIS) technology is also used in this study as a recommendation for visualization media produced by Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the process of collecting population data in West Bandung Regency. Based on the integration of GIS and AHP carried out in this study, it is concluded that the calculation with the highest weight is environment with a value of 0.633. Next is accessibility with 0.26 and the last is facilities with a value of 0.106. As for the location, Padalarang sub-district is a suitable location to be used as a MSME location because it has the highest score of 3,291. The results of these calculations are obtained from inputting the weight of the criteria that produce normalization and the results will be multiplied by the value of the existing alternatives.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a company that provides drinking water services or Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) with the type of pipe network SPAM to ensure the certainty of the quantity and quality of drinking water produced and the continuity of drinking water flow. The Operations and Maintenance Department at XYZ company almost every day gets four to six reports of damage to drinking water pipes from customers, while the number of field officers every day is quite limited, namely only two officers who are directly responsible for handling water pipe damage. The Head of the Operations and Maintenance Division had some difficulty in determining which damage reports should be prioritized for field officers to handle. Thus, this study aims to provide an overview to the Head of Operations and Maintenance in determining reports of damage to drinking water pipes that must be prioritized to be handled first. This research will use structured modeling using the Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with criteria that have been determined by company XYZ.

Abstract

Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) dari rumah menggunakan media internet merupakan salah satu proses pendidikan dimana interaksi secara fisik diminimalisir dengan tujuan tertentu. Mengajar atau belajar dari rumah pada saat sekarang menjadi bagian penting dalam kondisi seperti situasi saat ini. Beragam perangkat lunak yang membantu dalam proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) salah satunya penggunaan perangkat lunak Classroom. Memiliki sisi positif dan juga kelemahan dalam penerapannya, diantaranya terkendala akses internet untuk sebagian orang, fitur – fitur media pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal dan terutama kemampuan aplikasi yang dibangun masih belum “user friendly” atau beberapa fungsi yang belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal, seperti rekapitulasi absensi, penilaian dan pembaharuan materi pada section tertentu. Hal tersebut menjadi tolak ukur untuk membuat pemecahan masalah, meminimalkan kelemahan dengan pengembangan sendiri dalam hal ini dibutuhkan perangkat lunak yang dioptimalkan secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan E-Learning yang tersedia. Oleh sebab itu perlu pengembangan secara mandiri dengan penggunaanE-Learning, untuk menunjang proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Angkasa Husein Sastranegara Bandung, agar dapat lebih optimal Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) tersebut.

Abstract

The Informatics Engineering Study Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Science and Informatics (FSI), Jenderal Achmad Yani University (Unjani). The Informatics Engineering Study Program conducts final assignment guidance activities and students have the right to determine the supervisor to be able to guide students in final assignment activities. During their tutoring students have the right to get guidance based on the problem at hand. Student satisfaction in terms of guidance can be seen in terms of guidance time, the frequency of lecturers conducting guidance, lecturers provide solutions when guidance, student comfort during guidance and lecturers help solve the problem of student final assignments. Student guidance activities are not satisfied with the supervisors related to the guidance activities provided, therefore the head of the department has difficulty monitoring the guidance activities. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can monitor the guidance activities, evaluate the results of the guidance of the supervisor, assist students in providing guidance assessment satisfaction. The method used in this study is the service quality method, the service quality method is needed in order to improve the quality of guidance in the Informatics Engineering Study Program in Unjani in order to evaluate and make the guidance activities even better.

Abstract

This study designed the application of the system for determining the rank of soldiers using the composite performance index (CPI) method at Kodim 0619 Purwakarta to determine whether or not a soldier passes the various stages of the test, where the values of each of these stages have their own requirements to pass the value of each stage of the test . The test is the same. Samapta is to measure the level of fitness of each soldier. Promotion of soldiers in the Kodim 0619 Purwakarta, namely enlisted and non-commissioned officers. The system for determining the rank of soldiers implements computer-based technology using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. This system has a function to determine the soldiers who passed or did not pass and determine the ranking of soldiers who passed to get a promotion.

Abstract

Sales segmentation is the division of social structures into specific units that have the same characteristics and behavior. The purpose of segmentation is a more targeted sales process so that company resources can be used effectively and efficiently. Segmentation of drug sales can be said to be important because it can be used as supporting data to determine the availability of drugs that must be managed properly to ensure the needed drugs are always available. To determine sales segmentation, clustering is conducted. Clustering is a method in data mining, and is used to map data into smaller groups according to the similarity of each characteristic possessed. In doing the cluster process, the K-Means method is used. This method will classify the level of similarity by determining the number of groups formed and grouping is measured by the proximity of the object so that each group contains data that is similar to the mean value at the center of mass. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can group drug sales data into four groups according to the time of sale of the drug. The four groups are taken from the calculation using the elbow method. Research on data mining to determine sales segmentation at the Anugrah Farma Padalarang pharmacy using a system built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this data mining process can be used by the Pharmacy as a consideration in the process of supplying medicines at the Anugrah Farma Padalarang Pharmacy.Keywords: abstract keywords

Abstract

Customer segmentation is the division of customer groups that have different needs, characteristics and behaviors (heterogeneous) in this case very helpful in a more targeted service process so that company resources can be used effectively and efficiently for example making it easier to distinguish complaints and map with segments the same one. Customer complaints are an expression of feelings of customer dissatisfaction with service standards, actions that affect customers. In the service of handling customer complaints is the most important. This study aims to segment customers based on complaints. To overcome these problems a solution is needed to find the level of complaints. Where data has a lot of variation and amount of clustering process is needed. Clustering is a technique used to analyze data both in machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition, image analysis and bioinformatics. To produce useful information, it needs a data analysis using the clustering process. Researchers will use the K-Means method where this method becomes an efficient and effective algorithm in processing large amounts of data. Before data processing is carried out, data mining is carried out, namely data selection, data cleaning and data transformation, then the data is processed into several clusters. The clustered data results in the level of complaint handling based on difficult, normal and easy complaints handling time in each cluster.
