Abstract

Abstract-This research intended to give an overview on the micro banking to develop the concrete steps of IT infrastructure to facing the globalization of business. Previous studies showed that the differences in the perception of negative effect on long-term performance of the organization in this case the productivity paradox. Mapping IT Investment Portfolio as an approach to user orientation be appropriate alternative to achieving objective business success by offering a wide range of potential applications with objective of user needs. This study finding there are 15 potential applications that can be developed by Micro banking for 5 years later with specific application indeed to reflecting all levels of management needs.

Abstract

Abstract

The implementation of information technology is compulsory to fit organizational goals. This research aims to evaluate the quality of information technology services at the Population and Civil Registry Office at Kolaka District based on COBIT 5 Framework that focused on DSS (deliver, service and support) domain by measuring the Maturity Level using Process Assessment Model (PAM). The Population and Civil Registry Office is under the local government ‘s auspices which is essential in managing the population. The data collection method was done by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. This study used 8 (eight) respondents based on the RACI chart. This research was expected to reach level 3 (established process) to create IT governance that fits organizational goals and international standards. From the research result, it is known that the maturity level from the evaluation process conducted by COBIT 5 using the processes DSS-01, DSS-02, DSS-03, DSS-04, DSS-05, and DSS-06 were as follows: 2 processes were at level 1 (performed process), namely the DSS-05 and DSS-06 while the others (DSS-01, DSS-02, DSS-03, and DSS-04) were at level 2 (managed process).

Abstract

ABSTRACTApplication Portfolio is a collection of information system needs that are applied and needed by organizations in the future by conducting a strategic mapping framework. Case study was conducted at the Kolaka District DIKBUD Office as One of the Work Activities (SKPD) of Kab. Kolaka. DIKBUD has formed an organization consisting of 1 Head of Office, 1 Secretary, 4 Head of Districts, and 12 UPTD Education Services. This study is based on the still not optimal utilization of applications in the SKPD. The IT Portfolio Design is expected to help align business strategies and IT strategies in the DIKBUD office with the use of John Ward and Joe Peppard's Information Systems Strategic Planning Method. Applications used by the Education and Culture office are 15 applications and proposed applications are 15 applications. DIKBUD telah membentuk organisasi yang terdiri dari 1 Kadis, 1 Sekdis, 4 Kabid, dan 12 UPTD Pelayanan Pendidikan. studi ini dilandasi oleh masih belum optimalnya pemanfaatan aplikasi di SKPD tersebut. Perancangan IT Portofolio ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelaraskan Strategi bisnis dan Strategi IT Pada kantor DIKBUD dengan penggunaan Metode Perencanaan Strategik Sistem Informasi (SPIS) versi John Ward and Joe Peppard. Aplikasi yang digunakan kantor Dikbud berjumlah 15 Aplikasi dan Aplikasi usulan berjumlah 15 Aplikasi. Abstract

This study discusses the measurement of the quality of motor vehicle tax of information system services at the SAMSAT Kolaka office using the servqual method by emphasizing the five dimensions of servqual namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and empathy. This study aims to understand the level of user satisfaction by comparing expectations and expectations and updating the standards provided by SAMSAT Kolaka through the application of the SIZ application. Data collection activities were carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to all SIZ service users. The results of this study indicate that the use of SIZ is not by customer needs; this can be demonstrated by the high value of the gap between expectations and perceptions. The Assurance dimension obtaining the most top difference is the Tangibles dimension indicating that the limitations of the IT facilities used are still limited. It is evidenced by the continued complaints of customers regarding queue buildup due to a system that suddenly goes down while the service is in progress. It is necessary to improve IT infrastructure that can improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing IT blueprints for the Information Technology Faculty of USN Kolaka by combining the Zachman framework and the Strategic Planning Information System to produce an objective requirements plan. The results of this study suggest that there are at least 11 potential applications, including one strategic application, namely the e-quality assurance application, there are five high priority applications, namely e-monev, e-publication, e-ledger, e-procurement, e-certification, there are also four an application that determines the success of public service operational activities such as e-learning, e-library, e-journal, e-alumni, and then an application that supports public service activities, namely an e-mail application that functions for recording incoming and outgoing letters electronically. Thus, this IT blueprint can be a reference for technology developers in mapping the priorities of FTI USN Kolaka services in the future.

Abstract

This study is focused on designing e-quality assurance services to improve the performance of the USN Kolaka FTI Quality Assurance group, which during the COVID-19 pandemic was still applying manual SOP submissions and approvals. the importance of designing e-quality assurance considering the magnitude of its support in academic policy making during the new normal adaptation period in order to support the implementation of quality education in accordance with expectations. the results of this study indicate that 95% of users agree that the faculty's e-quality assurance is able to encourage increased work productivity of GJM FTI through the use of the online SOP draft submission feature to approval and automatic review. The importance of adding MONEV and Internal Audit features will maximize the performance of GJM FTI in the future.

Abstract

Objektif dari studi ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor SAMSAT kolaka, dimana model analisis yang digunakan adalah lima dimensi SERVQUAL dengan total Responden 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik  terdapat gap antara persepsi dan harapan dari kualitas layanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan untuk masing-masing dimensi Servqual, dimana pada variabel tangibels terdapat rata-rata gap sebesar (-0.415), reability (-0.19), responsiveness (-0.28667), assurance (-0.26667), empathy (-0.17), dan variabel Y sebesar (-0.36571). Dari perhitung regresi berganda yang menggunakan SPSS ada beberapa variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena nilai taraf signifikan yang lebih besar dari 0.05 diantaranya variabel assurance dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.590 dan variabel empathy yang nilai signifikan sebesar 0.113. penambahan variabel lain dalam menggali kepuasan konsumen atas kualitas layanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

Balai Pemantapan Kawasan Hutan Wilayah XX Bandar Lampung adalah salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki bagian pengadaan barang pendukung. Bagian gudang memiliki tugas pengadaan barang habis pakai sebagai sarana penunjang kegiatan untuk keperluan kegiatan pegawai. Tersedianya persediaan barang habis pakai maka diharapkan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh sub kepala bagian sehingga pegawai dapat terpenuhi sehingga dapat memperlancar kegiatan pengguna dan dapat menghindari terjadinya kekurangan barang yang di butuhkan. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu barang habis pakai memerlukan pengolahan barang masuk dan barang keluar yang baik sehingga kebutuhan akan barang untuk keperluan kegiatan dapat terpenuhi secara optimal dengan resiko kerugian yang sangat kecil. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Pengendalian internal dapat mengontrol pengolahan dan permintaan barang habis pakai pada bagian gudang tidak perlu lagi membuat formulir permintaan barang manual, tidak lagi melakukan perekapan permintaan barang dengan berdasarkan formulir karena di dalam sistem sudah terekap secara otomatis dan bagian gudang juga bisa melakukan pemisihan kebutuhan dengan menggunakan sistem ini. Perancangan Sistem pengendalian internal pengelolaan dan permintaan barang habis pakai pada Balai Pemantapan kawasan Hutan Wilyah XX Bandar Lampung berdasarkan kuesioner terhadap kualitas sistem yang  terdiri  dari 18 pernyataan dan 30 orang pengguna menghasilkan jawaban Sangat Setuju 44,43% Setuju 49,1% Kurang Setuju 6,46% dan Tidak Setuju 0%. Maka dengan demikian sistem layak digunakan atau di terapkan di perusahan tersebut.

Abstract

Pada suatu perusahaan khususnya Koperasi sangat diperlukan alat pengelolaan data secara cepat dan akurat terutama dalam pengelolaan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Sisa Hasil Usaha merupakan pendapatan koperasi yang diperoleh dalam satu tahun buku dikurangi dengan biaya, penyusutan, dan kewajiban lainnya termasuk pajak dalam tahun buku yang bersangkutan. Pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya kesulitan dalam perhitungan sisa hasil usaha dan penyimpanan data anggota dapat dikatakan masih kurang efisien dan efektif, karena belum menggunakan database, dan  proses pencatatan masih menggunakan buku khusus untuk melakukan pencatatan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan berupa kerangkapan dan kehilangan data dalam melakukan pencatatan data pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya. Salah satu bentuk penyelesaian dalam mencari solusi terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh koperasi adalah dibuatkannya suatu aplikasi peminjaman dan perhitungan pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya. Sistem usulan ini mampu menghasilkan laporan sisa hasil usaha pada KSU Manunggal Karya. Pada tahap proses penginputan data dan perhitungan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, tepat, akurat dan efisien serta dapat disimpan dengan teratur, karena sudah ada sistem basis data (database) untuk menjaga keamanan dari data yang sudah dimasukkan.
