Abstract

The tight competition in restaurants makes business actors continue to compete in providing satisfaction for their customers. Customer satisfaction is one of the necessary things that need to be maintained to survive in the face of intense competition. Restaurant business actors continue to innovate in every product and quality of service they offer. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of product qualities and service quality variables on customer satisfaction at the Zonatri Seafood Restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach method. In this study, 125 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data obtained from researcher is primary data or data directly obtained from sources through questionnaires distributed using google forms with measurement techniques using Likert scale measurements. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. Based on the results of these studies indicate that the variables of product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This study provides theoretical implications as reference material for future research, especially regarding the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pemikiran terbuka dan kreasi inovasi menjadi kunci utama dalam perkembangan UMKM. Inovasinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produknya. Namun, media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran digital belum disadari dan dipahami sepenuhnya oleh pelaku UMKM. Oleh Sebab itu, sosialisasi tentang penggunaan media sosial untuk digital marketing harus dilakukan. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi seberapa jauh persepsi Publik untuk menjual beli berbasis digital. Hasil kajian yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pemikiran donasi kepada pihak-pihak terkait sehingga lebih mengembangkan bisnis lagi, sehingga pengetahuan tentang bisnis berbasis digital sangat penting dalam momen praktis era modern dan serba bisa ini. Adapun pendekatan metode yang ditawarkanuntuk masalah lengkap dengan objek implementasi UKM kali ini adalah dengan metode pendidikan. Dengan metode singkat ini pada dasarnya menekankan pengetahuan transfer pengetahuan dengan langsung dari ahli ke Publik luas. Acara "Sosialisasi Aplikasi Digital Marketing di UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang " telah dilakukan dengan baik. Narasumbertelah melayani materi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dengan tujuan agar masyarakat di sana dapat menggunakan dan memasarkan produk yang mereka miliki dengan lebih luas. Sejumlah kendala yang dialami Publik seperti produk yang membutuhkan periode waktu untuk diproduksi, maka seperti mentalitas trading juga terjawab dalam acara ini. Turunan produk adalah kunci untuk masyarakat masa depan bisniswaktu seperti telur produksi Menjadi telur lebih asin menguntungkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether training increases worker productivity or not, whether career development increases productivity or not, and whether both increase productivity or not. This research makes use of descriptive and corroborative methodologies. 106 people from the Karawang County Regional Secretariat took part in this research. Use online surveys to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing are all examples of traditional statistical approaches. The data was analyzed with SPSS 16, a statistical program. This study found a simple one-way relationship (correlation coefficient 39.4%) between training and job development factors. In the t-test for the partial regression coefficient, both the t-count of the training variable (6.345) and the t-count of career development (2.992) are greater than the t-table value of 1.983 and sig < (0.05). Meanwhile, according to the results of simultaneous regression coefficient testing (f test) obtained t count (37.963) > f table (3.08). Training and advancement opportunities have a total impact on employee performance by 42.4%, while other variables (ɛ) not examined in this study reached the remaining 57.6%.

Abstract

PT. Karya Putra Graphic which is engaged in the restaurant, hotel, outbound, catering, printing and education consulting businesses in recent years has experienced declining performance. The findings from the initial observations are the low discipline of the employees due to the low sense of responsibility towards work. Therefore, this study aims to examine what factors influence the level of employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to all employees who met 114 people. Furthermore, the data will be processed using path analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results show that motivation and discipline have a positive and significant relationship. In addition, both also have a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Suasana Cafe Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survey pada Rai Raka Cafe di Kabupaten Karawang). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Didalam penelitian ini digunakan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan sebagai variabel X1, Suasana Cafe sebagai X2 dan Keputusan Pembelian sebagai variabel Y. Adapun populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Rai Raka Cafe tahun 2021 sebanyak 5.435 orang, sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dan diketahui jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 372 responden. Hasil korelasi antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Suasana Cafe (X2) sebesar 0,795, menunjukan terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Suasana Cafe (X2). Pengaruh parsial Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) yaitu sebesar 0,409 atau 40,9%. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh parsial Suasana Cafe (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebesar 0,229 atau 22,9%. Pengaruh simultan Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Suasana Cafe (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebesar 0,638 atau 63,8%, sedangkan sisanya 36,2% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The decline in employee performance which resulted in work outcomes were less than optimal, that was the moment when a phenomenon occurred. This research aims to assess the impact of competence, motivation and work compensation on employee performance at PT. ZTE Indonesia. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research was included in quantitative. The sample subjects in this research were 86 employees of PT. ZTE Indonesia. The multiple linear regression analysis result shows if both partially and simultaneously competence, motivation and compensation had significant influence on the employee performance at PT. ZTE Indonesia.

Abstract

This research has written with aim of classifying and analyzing the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) towards stock prices in consumer goods companies which registered on the IDX during period of 2014-2019. This research used a quantitative method with secondary data to be processed. The sampling technique that used in this research was purposive and saturated sampling technique and the samples obtained were INDF (Indofood), JPFA (Japfa), Sari Roti, Siantar Top and Sekar Laut. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis method. The results in this research was indicate that 1) ROA has no significant impact on stock prices; 2) ROE has no impact on stock prices; 3) EPS has a significant impact on stock prices; 4) ROA, ROE and EPS simultaneously affects the stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu pemikiran bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dekoramik Perdana cabang Muara Karang Jakarta Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode penelitian kuantitatif survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 78% artinya dalam penelitian motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh 78% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya sebesar (100% - 78% = 22%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Berprestasi mempunyai nilai signifikansi 0,022 < 0,05, yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi mempunyai nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terkait dengan motivasi berprestasi, pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk menumbuhkan dan menjaga motivasi karyawan tetap tinggi. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan reward bagi karyawan yang berprestasi. Reward dapat berupa peningkatan gaji, bonus atau promosi jabatan. Dengan demikian karyawan termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik guna meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk mendapatkan hasil atau prestasi yang tinggi. Selanjutnya yang terkait dengan budaya organisasi, pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk melibatkan karyawan dalam pembentukan kebijakan dan peraturan perusahaan. Pengenalan tentang visi dan misi serta kebijakan perusahaan juga perlu dilakukan kepada setiap karyawan secara menyeluruh. Pihak perusahaan juga perlu menindak tegas serta memberlakukan sanksi bagi karyawan yang melakukan pelanggaran sehingga timbul efek jera. Dengan demikian budaya organisasi yang baik dapat tercipta

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain how the partial and simultaneous influence of location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Mie Ayam Cibojong. This research uses a type of quantitative research with descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is people who have bought cibojong chicken noodles at least once. The sample to be tested in this study amounted to 384 people with sampling using slovin. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive technique. The data analysis technique uses scale-range analysis and path analysis with the SPSS 26 for window software analysis tool. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the correlation coefficient between the location variable and word of mouth is 0.732 at a strong correlation level. The partial effect of location (X_1) on purchasing decisions has a smaller value compared to the word of mouth variable (X_2), which is equal to 12.4%, while the word of mouth variable simultaneously has a contribution of 23.1%, simultaneously the total influence of location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions is 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of the research in this study.
