<![CDATA[Pekerjaan guru dibagi menjadi dua, diantaranya pekerjan yang berkaitan dengan tugas mengajar, pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pekerjaan tersebut sangat membuat stres dan melelahkan yang berdampak pada kinerja guru yang kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari kelelahan dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru di kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Desa Kamulyan, Bantarsari, Kabupaten cilacap sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Peneltian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepad seluruh guru dan kepala sekolah untuk engukur kinerja, hasil dari data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan regresi. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif signifikan dari kelelahan terhadap kinerja yang bernilai P=0. Terdapat pengaruh kerja terhadap kinerja yang bernilai P=0. Penggabungan antara kelelahan dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, maka diperlukan kontrol stres dan rasa lelah yang dirasakan untuk kinerja yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Kelelahan, Stres, Kinerja]]>

<![CDATA[The organization is currently in a peace-filled environment. The speed of product development, customer response, and troubleshooting can all have a dramatic effect on organizational and team performance levels.The research aims to prove the influence of team competence dimensions on team performance. So that will be obtained picture Dimension where the most influential in team performance. The study used a sample of 40 teams selected by Random Sampling Method of 130 UMKM (Small and Medium Micro Enterprises) engaged in various fields. The data were collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. The research instrument used a Likert scale that has been modified by Likert scale. The results showed that: knowledge influenced to team performance (accepted), skill influence to team performance (rejected), nature-influenced to team performance (accepted) and motivation influence to team performance (accepted).]]>

<![CDATA[The role of SMEs in the economy of a country, including Indonesia, cannot be underestimated. For example, in the Netherlands, SMEs constitute 98.8% of existing companies and absorb 55% of the workforce. A total of 35 million US dollars of Italian exports is the contribution of SMEs that absorb 2.2 million workers. In Vietnam, 64% of the workforce is absorbed by SMEs. The same thing happened in Indonesia. One application of ICT and the internet in the field of business and trade is electronic commerce (e-commerce). The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of e-commerce on improving the performance of SMEs. Sample to be studied is Small Business Medium in Cilacap, Indonesia. This study uses quota sampling that will be taken a sample of 30 units of SMEs. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling Analyzed performance difference is the performance of SMEs in the show with two dimensions of the increasing number of sales and number of relations, Analysis using statistical program package. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that e-commerce has a positive effect on performance SMEs. This is shown by the increasing sales and relationships of SMEs. More sales will increase the income that the end is the welfare of SMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia sudah memasuki era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) sejak Januari 2016 seperti halnya ke sembilan negara anggota ASEAN. Pemerintah melakukan berbagai persiapan dan akan terus mencanangkan langkah-langkah agar Indonesia dapat berdiri sejajar dengan anggota ASEAN lainnya, termasuk kesiapan SDM sebagai salah satu pilar MEA. Bagaimanakah dengan kesiapan tenaga kerja pada sector transportasi laut ? Mengingat kebijakan pemerintah sendiri adalah mewujudkan Indonesia sebagai poros maritim dunia, dengan salah satunya penerapan Tool laut. Seyogyanya tenaga kerjaa pada sector transportasi laut ikut juga mempersiapkan diri dari sisi pembekalan keterampilan berstandar intenasional khususnya melalui International Maritime Organtation (IMO). Kemampuan berbahasa asing, penerapan teknologi informasi, serta berwawasan global sudah menjadi suatu kemampuan wajib yang harus dimiliki. Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menelaah factor-faktor apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah dalam mendorong peingkatan kualitas tenaga kerja pada sector transportasi laut.Penelaahan dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif tentang fakta-fakta kegiatan yang tercatat dan terpublikasi. Dari hasil studi tersebut didapatkan bahwa perlu adanya dorongan dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja pada sector transportasi laut terutama dalam hal penguasaan bahasa asing untuk menjadi salah satu profesi yang memiliki standar kompetensi di tingkat ASEAN. Keikutsertaan organisasi profesi dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang memenuhi standar yang diminta belum terlihat secara signifikan. Pendalaman terhadap kegiatan organisasi kepelautan di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa mereka belum memprioritaskan kegiatannya pada persiapan diri menghadapi MEA.]]>

<![CDATA[Orientation of regional development, especially coastal areas it is time to make marine sector as one of development priorities. Coastal areas should consider and make marine potential as one of the doors of economic development, so that it can be aligned and relevant to the current demands of national development based on marine resources. From a social and cultural perspective, marine-based development is also a reinventing aspect of life that was once dominant in the culture and traditions of the Indonesian nation.The achievement of development results in the marine-based sector provides a diverse picture. From the subsector that can be classified as business fields in the marine sector such as fisheries, marine tourism, mining and energy, maritime industry, sea transportation, marine building and marine services, not all sectors give significant yield and contribution to the nation's economy.Cilacap regency located in the southern coast is very feasible for the development of maritime sector, with the support as the only district that has a port of goods on the south coast of Java.]]>

<![CDATA[To support increased economic growth and basic services to the community, the quality of infrastructure in each region must be developed such as transportation, education, health, electricity and residential infrastructure. Provision of infrastructure is also very necessary in order to support the implementation of various economic and social activities in the community. The data used in this study are secondary data consisting of BPS data in Cilacap Regency and BPS in Central Java Province 2018, Journals and research related to research. The analytical method used is Klassen Tipology and Estimated Ratio Model (MRP). The results of this study indicate that to improve economic growth and basic services, it is necessary to strengthen connectivity through increased procurement of roads and bridges to connect production areas with distribution areas and facilitate access to tourism areas and increase transportation infrastructure by supporting districts as suppliers of various basic needs for growth and regional and national development.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of the port is of high concern at the moment, in an effort to boost the competitiveness of regional and national economies. Indicator of a port is said to be good or growing is through the high economic activity of the port.The method used in this research is qualitative description, and analysis of decision making. The results of the study show that the economic policy of the Tanjung Intan port in Cilacap needs to be continuously improved to support the economic growth of Cilacap Regency.The way to do this is through regional economic development in the port area, by developing the agriculture, fisheries and industrial sectors. Other policies are to strengthen port logistics network connectivity to the whole area of Cilacap Regency by improving the quality of the connecting infrastructure, and by building terminals or warehouses for adequate goods.]]>

<![CDATA[HNSI can encourage the creation of transformations, both in the social, economic and cultural fields so that fishermen are more advanced, independent, and able to achieve sustainable prosperity. HNSI Cilacap in particular can facilitate strengthening the role of fishermen to participate in development processes. As a fisherman organization, HNSI should be committed that it is time for fishing communities to be increasingly given a growing impetus in sea governing. It is therefore the most important agenda for HNSI to continue to encourage local governments to provide adequate facility space (appropriate technology and affordable market access), enhancement of fisherman's human resources, and legal alignment to enable fishermen to become empowered professions.]]>

<![CDATA[An efficient and well-managed sea transportation system is a very important factor in improving the national economy. Ports in Indonesia, which are considered to be less efficient and not well equipped / managed, are significant factors that increase shipping costs. For example, ships that are involved in domestic trade are mostly from the time of manufacture only to be propped up or waiting inside or outside the port. The Shipping Law of 2008 provides the foundation for a comprehensive system reform in Indonesia. What is striking is that the shipping law removes the government's monopoly on the port sector and reveals the participation of the private sector. This can affect prices that are very needed in the port sector, providing pressure to reduce prices, and accelerate price increases. Operational performance standards have been established as government standards and international standards. In meeting these standards Tanjung Intan Cilacap Port is required to be able to provide good operational performance, therefore there is a need for performance needed to measure performance and projections of future needs. In this study, it was used to determine the specific port for general cargo.]]>
