Abstract

 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memang merupakan salah satu persyaratan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang erat kaitannya dengan hasil produksi. Pada umumnya kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu manusia dan lingkungan. Responden yang teliti sesuai perhitungan sampel sebanyank 30 orang pekerja di PT Nindya Karya. Koefisien korelasi dapat diketahui bahwa besar hubungan antara keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan produktivitas  sebesar 0,80 artinya korelasi positif menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,81 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat menunjukkan bahwa varians produktivitas dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Terbukti koefisien regresi sebesar 0,263 sehingga persamaan regresinya Y =  9,093 + 0,263X ini berarti bahwa korelasi antara variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan variabel produktivitas tersebut  sangat kuat dan saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Produktivitas                           ABSTRACT  Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is one of the requirements to improve employee work productivity that closely related to the production. In general, workplace accidents are caused by two factors: human and the environment. Respondents are accurate as the sample calculation is as many as 30 workers at PT Nindya Karya. The correlation coefficient can be seen that the great relation between work safety and health and productivity of 0.80 means the positive correlation explains that there is a unidirectional relationship and the coefficient of determination of 0.081 which implies that the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable indicates that the productivity variance can be explained by changes in the variable occupational Health and Safety. Proven regression coefficient of 0.263 so that the regression equation Y = 9,093 + 0,263X this means that the correlation between safety and health variables and productivity variables are very strong and affect each other.  Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety, Produktivity

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dimana organisasi - organisasi pemerintah maupun organisasi swasta pada bersaing untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan mereka. penilaian kinerja dapat diketahui kekurangan maupun kelebihan dari para karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan adanya motivasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan akan mempengaruhi kinerjanya, seperti akan bekerja lebih giat bekerja demi pengembangan diri dan karirnya serta menekan tingkat penurunan kinerja.  Responden yang diteliti sesuai perhitungan sampel sebanyank 50 orang pegawai pada PT ASTRA INTERNASIONAL  korelasi dapat diketahui bahwa besar hubungan antara penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja sebesar 0,831 artinya korelasi positif menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang searah dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat menunjukkan bahwa varians penilaian dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel motivasi. Terbukti koefisien regresi sebesar 0,885 sehingga persamaan regresinya Y = 3,535 + 0,885X ini berarti bahwa korelasi antara variabel penilaian kinerja dan variabel Motivasi Kerja tersebut sangat kuat dan saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Kata Kunci : Penilaian Kinerja dan Motivasi Kerja                ABSTRACT Where government organizations and private organizations compete to achieve their goals. performance appraisal can be known the shortcomings and the advantages of the employees in carrying out their work. Abstract

Abstract  - The best service the company provides to customers can create customer satisfaction. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method and using software SPSS 22.0. The data used are observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. The number of samples as many as 100 respondents on KFC customers RAMAYANA CIBUBUR Branch. The result of the correlation calculation of 0.771 means a strong relationship between excellent service to customer loyalty. In determination coefficient test is known that the value of R Square is 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% influenced by other factors that affect customer satisfaction such as suitability, endurance, and ease. And then the result regression analysis obtained Y = 14.447 + 0.926X which indicates that if the excellent service is considered constant, then customer loyalty will be positive and significant. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe quality of public services is the extent to which a public facility (public) in providing services to the public. The government is required to provide quality public services. Society can be satisfied from service apparatus (government) only oriented to total customer satisfaction. In providing quality services to the community in this case the customers who come, Cilodong District Office of Depok City has a goal to create optimal service so that people feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. The executor of the public service department at the Cilodong District Office, Depok City is always swift in providing services to customers, proved the quality of services provided to customers positively affect the satisfaction of the community. Can be seen from the regression line that Y = 10,658 + 0,745X this indicates that existence of positive and strong influence between public service and customer satisfaction. And based on the calculation of the correlation of 0.745 or 74.5% which shows the strong and positive relationship between the quality of public service to the satisfaction of the community or the customer.  Keywords: Public Service, Customer Satisfaction
