Abstract

The background in this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the ease and trust of an e-commerce with customers who buy goods online, with this ease and trust whether purchasing goods online is increasing what are the factors that make sales increase and the variables that influence it, with the ease of using this e-commerce system and with a high level of trust, the public will be more confident shopping in an e-commerce media, because the seller provides the best service or has a very good product so that people buy with believe in the products they buy. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods by conducting surveys to several customers who have used e-commerce media, is it easy and trustworthy in an e-commerce to increase sales, therefore, with the survey media, data is obtained primarily and the truth can be justified. With the ease and level of confidence about customers, shopping on an e-commerce can increase, with the increase, we can find out what variables can make customers shop more online, therefore variables must be known by sellers with an e-commerce system, with known variables such as ease of trust and the presence of a low price level, product sales will increase. This research will produce data that can determine whether there is a relationship between convenience and trust in purchasing goods online, with this data it can be used as a basis for further research and can be the basis for developing e-commerce systems today.

Abstract

The background of this research will find out how the price, quality and model can affect the level of clothing sales using e-commerce media using predetermined variables, it will be known whether these variables can affect sales levels using e-commerce media. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods which will use survey tools and SPSS software to process data. After the data is obtained through surveys, the data will be processed through SPSS software so that it can produce accurate and measurable data. There are several studies related to increasing sales. Therefore, with the existing research base, variables that can affect sales levels will be developed because these variables can be used as a basis for research and developed to improve sales levels. In this study will produce a data that can find out what variables can affect the level of sales, especially with e-commerce media. e-commerce media is a media that is on the rise because during the pandemic, sellers and buyers cannot meet in person due to distance restrictions due to that with the pandemic, many marketplaces have sprung up so that e-commerce media is the right medium at this time.

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing the provision of incentives for civil servants in the Cirebon Local Government. The research adopts a quantitative research design and utilizes survey questionnaires to collect data from a representative sample of 121 civil servants. The variables examined in the study include organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness. The findings indicate that organizational justice significantly influences the provision of incentives, highlighting the importance of a fair and equitable work environment. Competence also emerges as a crucial factor, emphasizing the need for employees to possess the necessary skills and abilities to excel in their roles. Furthermore, effective leadership is found to have a positive impact on incentive provision, underscoring the significance of capable and motivating leaders. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of incentive systems in the Cirebon Local Government and provide insights for policymakers and human resource managers. By considering the factors of organizational justice, competence, and leadership effectiveness, the government can design and implement effective incentive programs that enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di kawasan Cikarang, Bekasi. Metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan yang dipilih dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah para teknisi di departemen tersebut yang meliputi total sampel sebanyak 100 pekerja di wilayah Jababeka Cikarang Bekasi. Hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dan teknik statistik untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja  dapat memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran  Q2, dihasilkan nilai Q2 sebesar 0,6453 atau 64,53,% yang berarti nilai di atas nol. Hal  ini mengindikasikan bahwa model penelitian  ini memiliki predictive relevance. Sehingga  membuktikan bahwa kinerja karyawan secara utuh dipengaruhi oleh variabel  beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 64,53% dan sisanya oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

This article investigates the complex interplay of brand conformity, consumer values, consumer trust, and customer satisfaction in shaping brand loyalty within the context of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. Through a comprehensive analysis utilizing the Smart PLS technique, the study explores both direct and indirect relationships among these variables. The results reveal significant positive associations between brand conformity, consumer trust, and customer satisfaction with brand loyalty. Notably, brand conformity demonstrates a substantial direct influence on brand loyalty, emphasizing the importance of a consistent brand identity. Furthermore, the mediating role of customer satisfaction is evident, particularly in the relationships between consumer trust and brand loyalty, as well as brand conformity and brand loyalty. While the direct link between consumer values and brand loyalty is not statistically significant, the article underscores the need for further investigation into influencing factors. These findings offer strategic insights for PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, emphasizing the significance of maintaining brand consistency, fostering consumer trust, and prioritizing customer satisfaction to cultivate and sustain brand loyalty in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of 5G technology adoption on marketing success at PT. Leaden Indonesia, focusing on the role of marketing strategies adaptation in achieving success. Using a quantitative approach with random sampling, data were collected from a sample of 100 consumers, and Smart PLS was employed for analysis. The study's findings reveal that 5G Technology Adoption has a significant direct effect on Marketing Strategies Adaptation and Marketing Success. Additionally, the indirect effect of 5G Technology Adoption on Marketing Success through Marketing Strategies Adaptation is also significant, indicating that effective marketing adaptation is key to achieving marketing success. Similarly, while Speed and Connectivity does not have a significant direct effect on Marketing Success, it does show a significant indirect effect through Marketing Strategies Adaptation, suggesting that marketing success is closely linked to how well marketing strategies are adapted to leverage 5G's speed and connectivity. These results highlight the importance of flexibility and innovation in marketing strategy to capitalize on the benefits of 5G technology. The research concludes that for PT. Leaden Indonesia, successful marketing in a 5G environment depends on a robust adaptation of marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for companies to evolve their approaches to meet the changing demands of the market.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to find out the Decision to Visit a Tour to Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) Taman Impian Jaya Ancol which is influenced by tourist facilities with visitor loyalty as a mediating variable. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, these respondents were individuals who had visited Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) Taman Impian Jaya Ancol 2 times, were aged more than or equal to 17 years, and were decision makers. By using non-probability sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by T test and Sobel test. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software to facilitate research. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the variable tourist facilities has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit a tour to Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Variable Tourist attractions facilities have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty visiting a tour to Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Loyalty variable visits have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit a tour to Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.
