Abstract

The activities of the Community aims to provide planting character values learners through extracurricular Scouts in SMK Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto, Rokan Hulu .Through character education, expected the learners are able to independently increase and use his knowledge, review and internalize and personalize the character values and morals noble so manifest in behavior everyday. Kegiatan community service societies was held at SMK Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto, Rokan Hulu with p eserta is a student extracurricular Scout SMK Negeri 1 Rokan IV Koto, Rokan Hulu totalling 14 person. Material naturald this activity about the scope of the national character that must be ditanamakan against the students, who include 18 characters. As for the entire characters are: religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, passion, love of the fatherland, to appreciate the achievements, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, an avid reader, care for the environment, social care, and responsibility. This activity has many benefits for students that is shaping the character of the students, make students become more appreciative fellow, trained mentally and also the moral of the learners.

Abstract

Media televisi sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial anak dilihat dari objek yang dia sukai, salah satunya menonton pertandingan sepakbola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertandingan sepakbola di televisi terhadap perilaku sosial anak dalam bermain sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan design penelitian causal-comparative yang membandingkan anak penonton berat dan penonton ringan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah SMAN 4 Garut Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat terdiri dari 21 orang penonton berat dan 21 orang penonton ringan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penonton berat pertandingan sepak bola di televisi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sosial anak dalam bermain sepakbola dengan nilai signifikansinya 0.019 < 0.05 dan dilihat dari nilai skor rata-rata kelompok perilaku sosial anak penonton berat/sering lebih besar dari kelompok perilaku sosial anak penonton ringan/jarang dengan skor 146.52 > 135.05. Dengan demikian terlihat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perilaku sosial anak penonton berat dengan anak penonton ringan dalam bermain sepakbola.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the perception of Physical Education students using e-learning in the learning process. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The research location was carried out in the Physical Education Study Program FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. While the sample in this study was a class of 2017/2018 students totaling 155 people, with a total sampling technique. The stages of the research were carried out in three stages, namely: (1) pre-field; (2) field work; and (3) data analysis. Data collection techniques using attitude scale questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, these statistics are intended to collect data, present data and determine value. The results of the study are outlined in 4 categories: strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. Based on the data analysis that has been done 98% of students agree to use e-learning in learning, it can be concluded that students' perceptions about the use of e-learning as a technology-based learning media really provide convenience to improve the quality of their learning, because e-learning is easily accessed anytime without being limited space and time. In terms of the content available on e-learning as well as the usefulness of e-learning in the learning process, it is very easy for students to find information, discuss online, and upload assignments and can save student costs in printing the paper assignments given by their lecturers.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physical education learning in schools is an issue that has emerged in recent years. The main objective of this study is to conduct a systematic analysis of trending research literature, especially on the topic of the 2013 curriculum in physical education, using bibliometric analysis. This study uses a bibliometric analysis approach with the help of the VOS Viewer application. The articles’ search results show that the study of the 2013 curriculum in physical education totaled 106 articles which were published from 2013-2020 using three databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar and Dimensions. Then, the researchers conducted a filter that was only limited to journal articles and proceedings, and checked for duplication of articles. Based on the checking, it was found that the same 8 articles were published in the three databases, so that the final result was 89 articles. Based on the VOS Viewer mapping, the findings reveal that: the number of publications from 2013 to 2020 has increased; of the 89 published articles, all of the authors are from the State of Indonesia, because the topics discussed (Curriculum 2013) are the education curriculum in Indonesia; ME Winarno (State University of Malang) was the author with the most publications (6 documents); the sources that published the most articles were Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research (12 documents); the most influential article (77 citations) is entitled "Management of Curriculum Implementation: Strategies for Strengthening the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum", and an interesting article is discussed about aspects of assessment in the 2013 curriculum; Keywords that often appear are "physical education" and "curriculum 2013". For further researchers, they can see interesting topics to be studied for the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi sikap mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas Islam Riau angkatan 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. Sedangkan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa calon guru FKIP Univeristas Islam Riau yang berjumlah 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu: 1) pra lapangan; 2) pekerjaan lapangan; dan 3) analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala sikap. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, statistik ini ditujukan untuk mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data dan menentukan nilai. Hasil penelitian dituangkan dalam 4 kategori yaitu baik sekali, baik, cukup, dan kurang. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi sikap calon guru mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Riau termasuk kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 53% dari total sampel. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa mahasiswa calon guru FKIP UIR memiliki kompetensi sikap yang baik untuk menjadi calon guru.

Abstract

Curriculum implementation is one of the most important problems in the curriculum cycle. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physical education learning in the aspect of assessing learning outcomes at Cendana High School Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative research approach, where the researcher is the key instrument. The data collected in this qualitative study was carried out in a natural setting, the data collection techniques were mostly at the time of observation, primary data sources, and interviews and documentation. The research subjects taken in this study were only 1 school principal and 1 physical education teacher at Cendana High School Pekanbaru City. This data analysis includes three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: the teacher has implemented the 2013 curriculum in physical education learning in the aspect of assessing learning outcomes at Cendana High School Pekanbaru City is in accordance with the applicable curriculum, the implementation can be seen based on the RPP compiled mostly based on the 2013 curriculum, the implementation of learning is also good, as can be seen from the learning process that has used a scientific approach and an integrated thematic approach.

Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the effects of playing methods for basic skills in football. The type of this research was quasy experiment. Population in this research was 32 students of SMPN 3 Singingi Hilir Kuansing Regency Riau Province, and the sample in this research after using purposive sampling was 20 students. Research instrument used in this research was football skills test David Lee which was the development from David Lee created by Subagyo Irianto. Data was analyzed by statistics of normality-test and t-test. Data analysis results showed that there was a significant effect in playing method for basic technique skills in football, which was from average 26.20 in pre-test to 27.84 in post-test, mean difference was 1.64, with thit = 3.17> ttab = 1.729. The method of playing gave a significant influence on the basic skills of playing football of SMP Negeri 3 Singingi Hilir students in Kuansing Regency, Riau Province.

Abstract

The activities of the devotion to the community it aims to provide a supply of knowledge and skills to the teachers and students of SMP 4 Tapung Hilir regencies of Kampar Riau Province. The material covered in the training delivery activities of writing of scientific writing paper. This activity was carried out in junior high Country 4 Tapung Hilir regencies of Kampar Riau Province with the number of participants 14 teachers. The results of these activities are the teacher has the ability to write scientific papers especially in research action class (PTK).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru SMPN 4 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan SMPN 4 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau dengan peserta adalah Guru SMPN 4 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 13 orang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di SMPN 4 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau ini antara lain: (1) Tahap Persiapan. Tahap persiapan yang dilakukan meliputi: Survey lokasi, Pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi dan sasaran, Penyusunan bahan/materi pengabdian, yang meliputi: konsep dasar jurnal ilmiah, akses jurnal ilmiah dan persoalan yang dihadapi dan solusi yang diberikan, (2) Tahap Pelaksanaan Pengabdian. Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan mempersiapkan antara lain: Penjelasan tentang jurnal ilmiah ber ISSN dan aksesnya. Sesi pelatihan fokus pada penulisan jurnal ilmiah yang dapat dimasukkan ke dalam jurnal ber ISSN. Luaran yang diharapakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah, (2) Publikasi di Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat.

Abstract

Leadership has been identified as an important factor that may help guide and contribute to the effective provision of physical education in several different contexts. Despite the importance attributed to physical education leadership, more empirical research evidence still needs to relate to the topic. The purpose of this review is to describe leadership research in physical education in the last five years (2018–2022). Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) were adopted for the research review, and two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used in article browsing. 741 articles were obtained from two databases (Scopus: 392 articles) and (WoS: 349 articles). After following the exclusion criteria, only 13 articles remained. The review succeeded in showing that Iraq publishes the most research, and quantitative, qualitative, mixed research (quantitative and qualitative) approaches, and heuristic approaches are the methods and types of research used, and then the review is divided into five research groups: (i) physical education teacher leadership, (ii) principals and departmental leadership, (iii) student leadership, (iv) school leadership, and (v) cultural leadership. Of these five groups, transformational leadership is the most frequently discussed topic. Future research can be continued with mapping analysis of research on this topic using bibliometric or scientometric studies. This literature review can also be continued by discussing the topic of leadership in sports.
