Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk menggambarkan model pewarisan budaya, pendidikan Informal (Pendidikan Tradisional) masyarakat pengerajin kayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif, serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa dalam pewarisan budaya pada masyarakat pengrajin kayu menggunakan pendidikan tradisional dalam mewariskan keterampilan kerajinan kayu secara turun temurun. Pewarisan budaya dari generasi tua kepada generasi muda melalui beberapa tahap yakni, pendidikan informal yakni melalui keluarga terdekat dan kerabat, dan guru agama yang memiliki keterampilan mengolah kayu. Proses belajar kebudayaan yakni dengan mengkaji proses internalisasi, sosialisasi, dan enkulturasi budaya masyarakat. Dan unsur-unsur budaya yang berkembang di masyarakat menggunakan bahasa sunda untuk kegiatan keseharian, sitem pengetahun, sistem kemasyarakatan yang menjunjung tinggi kekeluargaan, sistem peralatan hidup menggunakan peralatan modern, sistem mata pencaharian sebagai pengrajian kayu, sistem keagamaan yang menjunjung tinggi tradisi agama dan budaya Sunda, serta kesenian yang menjadi produk dari hasil kerajinan kayu.

Abstract

The implementation of learning should stimulate students to be more active in improving social skills, emotional skills, spiritual skills, scientific skills, mental skills, kinesthetic skills, and entrepreneurial skills, which in turn can improve students' competence and entrepreneurial character, in accordance with the vision and mission Education units. These skills are also skills needed in the world of work and industry, because industry professionals always work in groups and synergize to complete a particular project or job. Thus, the hard skills and soft skills of vocational and high school students as prospective workers and entrepreneurs should be able to develop creativity and innovation that will shape competence, entrepreneurial character, through positive, integrated, combined, mutual cooperation and collaboration interactions, implementing human literacy among people. Fellow human beings, cooperate, work in groups, synergize, and collaborate to complete a job. Life skills in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the era of society 5.0, as well as the new normal life, are the ability and courage to face life's problems, then proactively and reactively, seek and find solutions to overcome them. Life skills are skills or abilities to be able to adapt and behave positively, which allows a person to be able to deal with various demands and challenges in real life more effectively. The implementation of life skills-based collaborative learning can be used as a forum to improve students' competence and entrepreneurial character.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan umum pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam manajemen berwirausaha para pengusaha dan karyawan daur ulang limbah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas wirausaha yang dijalankan. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada masayrakat yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan para pengusaha danpekerja tentang manajemen wirausaha, sehingga kondisi ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat tidak berkembang signifikan. Masyarakat juga perlu adanya peningkatan keterampilan yang berkelanjutan agar dapat lebih berdaya saing melihat pangsa pasar dan pengembangan produk yang dimilikinya. Program pengabdian ini bermitra dengan LKP Yuwita dan pemerintah serta pengusaha setempat dalam rangka mendorong masyarakatnya menjadi daerah yang memiliki ciri khasnya tersendiri. Tim pelaksana dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi dari staf pengajar Pendidikan Luar Sekolah UNSIL 3 orang sebagai bagian dari bidang kepakaran Pendidikan Kemasyarakatan Nonformal dan Informal sebagai narasumber. ABSTRACTThe general purpose of implementing community service is to improve the ability in entrepreneurial management of entrepreneurs and employees to recycle waste to improve the quality of the entrepreneurship that they run. Problems encountered in the community are a lack of knowledge of entrepreneurs and workers about entrepreneurial management so that the economic conditions that occur in society do not develop significantly. The community also needs a continuous improvement of skills to be more competitive given market share and product development. This service program is partnering with LKP Yuwita and the government and local entrepreneurs to encourage their communities to become regions that have their characteristics. The implementing team in the community service activities came from the Siliwangi University School of Education study program as many as three people who are part of the field of expertise in Non-formal and Informal Community Education as resource persons

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effort of school to cooperate with parents, form of cooperation between school with parents of student barrier in cooperation and effort of school overcome barrier in cooperation. The research method used is descriptive research and quantitative data analysis of data collection using survey research method. The subject matter of this research is the involvement of parents and the school in education. The results revealed not all parents can be automatically involved in school. Therefore, the school should take steps or initiatives to seek cooperation with parents to achieve the goal of child education which are: Climate quality of school cooperation with the community, parent willingness to get involved, Form of cooperation between schools and parents. Cooperation is important in order to continuous process in stimulating the development of children either from school to home or vice versa, it is done school efforts to cooperate with parents, that is creating a comfortable school climate, making initial communication with parents, and providing opportunities for parents to be involved, between parent school, communication, volunteer, parent involvement in child study at home, and collaboration with community group. Obstacles in cooperation between school and parents are differentiated into two factors: internal and external factors. Internal factors include teacher beliefs, teacher's views on parents, and teacher constraints. External factors include parental views, life demands, and parental attitudes. School efforts to overcome barriers in cooperation with parents is to find a variety of communication methods and find the right time for parents to be present in school events
