Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) connects a global infrastructure in communities so they can take benefit of advanced services, by connecting objects (things) both physical and virtual with the Internet so that objects can communicate each other. The object of this study is a baby box to control the baby’s condition. When the baby cries too long it may cause Baby Distressed Tantrum which is the feeling of being depressed in the baby because they feel ignored. If this happens for a long time will endanger the baby's health as it is related to respiratory function and cardiac performance. The function of the baby box is to observe a baby when left without supervision. It will enable users to know if the baby is sleeping, awake or crying. Leaving a crying baby too long may have a negative effect. By applying the Internet of Things (IoT) in the design of an intelligent a baby box will help the parents and babysitter in controlling the baby if they have other activities to do. The baby box monitoring system has a dht11 temperature and humidity sensor, and a noise sensor to detect the baby crying. An esp8266 module on Wemos d1 will send data to an android smartphone and notify the user by sound or vibration.

Abstract

Dikelurahan Tugu Rejo Kec. Tugu Semang memiliki tangki air yang dikelolah secara swadaya untuk  kebutuhan air sehari-hari warga setempat yaitu KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) Tirta Manunggal Jati, tangki air tersebut memiliki kapasitas 6900 liter air dan memiliki pelangan 93 rumah pada tahun 2016. Hampir semua warga menggantungkan kebutuhan air pada KSM Tirta Manunggal Jati. Permasalahan yang ada pada KSM Tirta Manunggal Jati adalah kurangnya pengontrolan dan pembersihan tandon air secara berkala sehingga tidak ada pencegahan dini dan pemberitahuan kepada warga apabila air pada tandon keruh. Karena tidak ada system kontrol maka air yang keruh itu mengalir rumah-rumah warga. Untuk mempermudah pengontrolan dan pembersihan air pada tandon air, perlu adanya sistem otomatis dalam  pengontrolan kekeruhan air serta pembersihan tandon air. Sehingga muncul ide untuk membuat sistem deteksi dan monitoring kekeruhan air dan pembersihan tandon air secara otomatis, sensor yang akan di gunakan dalam mendeteksi kekeruhan air adalah TSD-10. Sistem ini bekerja apa bila air pada tandon keruh maka pompa pembuangan akan hidup dan keran yang menuju rumah-rumah warga akan tertutup kemudian sikat pembersih akan hidup untuk membersihka tandon air sekaligus pemberitahuan status dan kondisi tandon akan langsung diterima oleh warga melalui perangkat android. Sistem ini berfungsi agar air kotor dalam tandon terpantau dan air kotor tidak mengalir ke rumah warga.

Abstract

Abstract Along with the development of information technology, especially in the field of communication, the use of Android mobile phones has become commonplace. The tedious and monotonous learning process of Tembang Mocopat generates the students' disinterest in learning it at school. Regarding this, E-Tembang is used to increase students'interest at school and help to preserve the culture of Tembang macapat . This study used the R & D method to conduct the research and Android Studio to create the application and took 100 respondents for their opinions. The result of this study indicated that 78% show interest in using E-Tembang, while 66% like and are interested and 86% want to use it. However, it is undeniable that 23% of students do not like learning by using mobile telephones and prefer to study in the classroom. Basically, students will like to learn any subject that is attractive to them. By using E-Tembang students can learn together at home and share the knowledge of tembang macapat

Abstract

Green House managers are experiencing problems due to changes in climate which are very sudden and extreme nowadays, this has resulted in damage to ornamental plants. Therefore, a system that is able to monitor temperature and humidity levels in the air is needed so that ornamental plants can maintain their beauty. Research also developed an automatic watering system using Arduino and Wemos with a firebase database that can ease watering work. In testing the tool runs smoothly even though there is a slight difference in temperature readings but the flushing device can flush accordingly at 7 am and the fan runs when the temperature exceeds 270C to cool the room.

Abstract

The delivery of medical data is of utmost importance to the successful treatment of patients. Efforts have been made in implementing technology both in outpatient services as well as hospital treatments for patients. Internet of things (IoT) is a concept that aims to transmit inherrent data from a physical object through the internet, therefore enabling the receiver on the other end to monitor, process and eventually make decisions based on this data. In this research, the physical object is an intravenous infusion bottle. An ESP 8266 module is connected to a load sensor to measure the volume of the bottle and sends the data via the internet. THe monitoring of the bottle volume can then be done in real time and with precision, without having the nurse manually check the volume or relying on family members to alert the nurse station. The monitoring of the bottle volume has been successfuly done with measurements recorded on a MySQL database and accessible through the web.

Abstract

Security Parking UIN Walisongo Semarang at this time can be said to be in poor condition. The high case of loss of a motor vehicle cause anxiety for the academic community. Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.

Abstract

Madu adalah cairan alami yang banyak mengandung gula yang dihasilkan oleh lebah (genus Apis) dari nektar bunga dan rasanya manis. Madu mengandung segudang manfaat yang baik untuk tubuh, antara lain sebagai sumber nutrisi, meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh, anti bakteri, dan lain-lain. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem monitoring panen madu menggunakan IOT berbasis WEMOS D1 ini adalah untuk membantu petani dalam memaksimalkan hasil panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem cerdas untuk pengontrolan suhu di sarang lebah, kelembaban sarang lebah, dan pemantauan sarang lebah, pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban di ruang penyimpanan menggunakan sensor DHT 11, dan pemantauan waktu panen madu menggunakan sensor Load Cell. Kontrol suhu dan kelembaban di dalam kandang menggunakan blower/kipas angin. Data sensor akan diolah menggunakan mikrokontroler Wemos D1 R1 kemudian dikirimkan ke aplikasi android melalui internet menggunakan database firebase realtime sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Cara kerja sistem ini adalah jika suhu ruangan >38 derajat Celcius maka blower/kipas akan menyala, dan akan mati jika suhu <38 derajat Celcius. Jika kelembaban ruangan >85%, maka jendela buatan akan terbuka, dan akan tertutup jika kelembaban <85%. Hasil pembacaan sensor akan dikirimkan secara real time pada Android melalui internet dan terdapat laporan data pembacaan sensor setiap jam.

Abstract

Current technological advances and the challenges faced are increasingly diverse, therefore the use of android technology with the forward chaining method can be done in the disease identification process in laying hens. This is to prevent the spread of the disease by early identification of sick chickens. This system transfers the ability of experts in identifying diseases of laying hens and diagnosing their pain and providing treatment solutions. This system helps farmers at Yuli Farm to increase the productivity of laying hens.

Abstract

During Covid 19 the learning process experienced very severe obstacles, one of the 03semarang Elementary School and Elementary School 01 Semarang. In this study the Android application was used to support the dance learning system where students had to learn their own dance arts at home using the Android application. From the interviews conducted as many as 66.3 % like learning with mobile phones and 72.1 % understand the theory in the Android application so that when learning with mobile phones can easily understand. But for learning the practice of dance 54.7 % does not understand it. This may be the video displayed is not suitable for elementary students so you need a suitable learning video for learning that requires movement.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in various kinds of living things, various kinds of flora and fauna that do not exist in other parts of the world in Indonesia. Nearly 30 thousand-50 thousand types of plants live in the archipelago. UPTD Gardens of the Semarang City Agricultural Service is a place for plant cultivation, such as vegetables, fruits and ornamental plants. Especially in the orchid plant section, it focuses more on the cultivation of orchids such as the Moon Orchid (Phalaenopsi), Vanda, Cattleya, Dendrobium, but the Dendrobium Orchid is more of a priority because it is easy to plant and affordable by the community. In this study, the maintenance process using IoT technology is able to support garden supervisors so that plant care can be done from anywhere and anytime. Figure 7 shows information on the temperature and humidity of orchid plants. In addition, there is a button if you want to do watering and turn on the fan to make the temperature and humidity optimal. In Figures 8 and 9 data is obtained from the history of temperature and humidity that has been experienced by orchid plants. So from this research system the garden supervisor is very helpful because the watering process becomes easier and to determine the temperature and humidity values ????no longer use estimates that are sometimes wrong but will already get the amount of the value
