Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, work environment on employee job satisfaction, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Environment on Employee Performance; to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; knowing the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of organizational culture, and work environment in influencing employee performance at PT Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking from Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta employees as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture on performance; there is a significant influence between the work environment on performance; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance; there is a significant effect between satisfaction on performance; organizational culture indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction and work environment indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to process plastic waste into handicrafts with economic value. Participants in this activity were PKK women in two villages, namely Melaya Village and Candikusuma Village. This activity consists of three stages, namely, planning, implementing, and evaluating. The method applied is counseling and plastic waste processing workshops. The results of the evaluation show that the community service activities have been carried out well. The participants were also enthusiastic and actively participated in this activity. This is indicated by the results of the evaluation, which show an increase in public knowledge. The evaluation results also revealed several challenges in processing plastic waste, such as limited knowledge and skills, limited time, no interest in doing this, difficulty in fighting laziness. The implementation of this activity is expected to reduce environmental pollution caused by plastic waste and create creative businesses in handicrafts with economic value

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit Rahayu River Tubing Padureso. Sampling used a non probability sampling method with purpoave sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, this study took a sample of 120 respondents to visitors to Rahayu River Tubing Padureso with 117 respondents who met the criteria and data analysis could be done. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire The data analyas tool uses the help of a computer application program, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 25 which includes Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing The results of this study indicate that all variables are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the assumption of nonnality. Based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the intensity variable had no significant effect on viating decisions, but the valence of pontive opinion and content variables had a significant effect onvisiting decisions Simultaneous test results show that this study has a significant effect together with the Fcount value of 44,736. The results of the coefficient of determination in this study were 54.3%, the decision vanable to visit Rahayu River Tubing Padureso was influenced by the intensity, valence of positive opinion and content vanables, while the remaining 45:2% could be explained by other vanables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of lifestyle, personality, and price fairness on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on consumers who are in the gombong area and who have made purchases at the Ummi Collection hijab store. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were in the gombong area and who had made purchases at the Ummi Collection hijab store. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used is the SPSS Analysis version 23 for Windows program. The results obtained in the study indicate that the variables of lifestyle, personality, and fairness of price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, personality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price fairness variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran motif perjalanan sebagai mediasi antara kepribadian neophilia dan pengalaman. Penelitian ini melibatkan 182 wisatawan di Kebumen sebagai sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan slat statistic SPSS dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian neophilia konsumen terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap motif perjalanan wisatawan dan pengalaman. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa motif perjalanan terbukti sebagai pemediasi antara kepribadian neophilian dan pengalaman. Kata kunci: Kebumen, pandemic covid-19, tourism marketing, wisata travel ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the role of travel motives as a mediator between neophilic personality and experience. This study involved 182 tourists in Kebumen as samples taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data was processed using SPSS statistical slats and analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the consumer's neophilic personality proved to have a positive effect on tourists' travel motives and experiences. This shows that all the hypotheses tested in this study are accepted. Other findings also suggest that travel motives are shown to mediate between neophilian personality and experience. Keywords: Kebumen, pandemic covid-19, tourism marketing, travelling

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to dig deeper into the role of memorable tourism experiences in revisiting intention and recommendation intention by placing tourism satisfaction as mediation. This research involved a number of 340 tourists visiting heritage destinations in Central Java. Respondents were taken using a convenience sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed by SEM-AMOS. The results of the study show that memorable tourism experiences are proven to have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. This means that the more memorable the experience the visitor gets, the greater the satisfaction increasing the intention to return and recommendation intention. Memorable experiences also significantly affected the intention to return and recommendation intention. Memorable experience and satisfaction are very important factors for tourists to determine their choice to visit heritage tourism destinations. Therefore, tourism managers must pay attention to cultural heritage sites so that tourists have a positive and unforgettable impression in their memories.Keywords: Heritage Destination, Revisit Intention, Recommendation, Satisfaction, Memorable Tourism Experiences

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality using digital marketing based on consumer satisfaction for startup food and beverage companies in Sleman Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking 88 customers of startups food and beverage in Yogyakarta randomly. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the use of digital marketing services on consumer satisfaction in terms of service. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the dimensions of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at startups food and beverage companies in Yogyakarta. That is, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have been able to make a significant contribution in increasing customer satisfaction at startups food and beverages in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, keragaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran segar di pasar Tumenggungan Kebumen. Data sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang melakukan pembelian sayuran segar di pasar Tumenggungan Kebumen yang berjumlah 150 orang. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda (skala likert). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS Release 26.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa harga secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa keragaman produk secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa harga, keragaman produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of startup companies in Yogyakarta with motivation as an intervening variable; to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted by taking startup employees in Yogyakarta randomly as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance; there is a significant influence between financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance with notibvasi as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Quality Management Information System Applications and Quality Management Information System Application Training on Employee Performance Through Intervening Enjoyment Variables. To determine the effect of SIM application quality on employee performance, see the influence between training quality and employee performance, as well as the effect of SIM application quality and training quality on employee performance mediated by enjoyment. This research was conducted by taking 40 employees from Startup Employees in Yogyakarta, with random sampling. The calculation technique used in this research is a model of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and path analysis. There is a positive and significant effect of the Quality Management Information System Application on Enjoyment. There is a positive and significant influence on the Quality of Management Information System Application Training variable on Enjoyment. There is a significant effect of the Quality of Management Information System Application and Quality of Management Information System Application Training on Enjoyment. There is a positive and significant effect of the Quality Management Information System Application variable on Employee Performance. There is no significant effect of the variable of Quality Management Information System Application Training on Employee Performance.
