Abstract

The research was conducted at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The research method is descriptive with quantitative approach, with the research population is teachers of Private Vocational High School (SMK) "X" Pekanbaru as many as 34 teachers. While the number of samples determined in this study is the entire population minus 1 principal so that a total of 33 teachers. Based on simple linear regression equation Y = 7,166 + 1,235X. hence seen constants equal to 7,166, so influace of principal leadership on teacher performance is positive proven b = 1,235 meaning that every increase of headmaster leadership one unit will increase teacher performance at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru at 1,235. The Leadership variable with tcount 8,128 > t table 2,039 with significant level 0.000 less than 5%. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning the leadership variable of principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The value of R-square (coefficient of determination) is 0,681, this indicates that the principal's leadership contributes to the teacher performance in Private Vocational High School “X” Pekanbaru by 86.2%, while the rest (100% - 68,1%) = 31,9% influenced by other variable outside of variable in this research

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of sanctions for employees of restaurant Padang as one form of Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) with a syariah management (lost and profit sharing). This research is a case study by descriptive method through structured interviews with 9 informants with varying long time of work and job/duties. From the presentation and interview with informants concluded that the implementation of sanctions for employees refers to the concept of sharia business, namely profit and lost sharing. One of the sanctions imposed for disciplinary action is to impose a fine or deduct the amount of profit sharing that is part of the employee by the terms set in such a way as to minimize the occurrence of the offense. On the other hand, the collected fines are distributed to all employees by using the ratio of "mato" amount each the employee has.

Abstract

This article was created as one of the outcomes of Community Service activities in STIE Riau's assisted villages as partners, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Held on September 24-25 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the skills and interest of PKK women in partner villages to make household production as well as efforts to foster interest in MSMEs for residents as an effort to improve the family economy. Activities carried out in lectures, discussions and practice of making liquid laundry soap to packaging and explaining simple marketing methods. On the first day, an introduction to materials and methods of making as well as the practice of making liquid laundry soap is given. After settling for 24 hours, packaging and an explanation of sales are carried out as well as an estimate of the capital and profits obtained from one package of liquid laundry soap which produces 100 bottles with a volume of 200 ml.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and training on the performance of tourism object managers. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25 to process data. This research was conducted on tourism objects in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula where 48 respondents were selected. The results showed that from the results of the partial test (t test), there were two variables, namely work motivation and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of tourism object managers. also that 52.8% the influence of independent variables (motivation and training) on ​​the performance of managers is 52.8% and the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.
