Abstract

One of the National Development efforts in the health sector is the availability of adequate and quality health services. These qualities can be seen from several indicators, one of which is the level of patient satisfaction in providing health services. This study aims to provide an evaluation of public satisfaction with hospital services with a case study of several private hospitals in Sidoarjo Regency, so that it can be used as an evaluation or input in assessing hospital internal quality standards based on predetermined selection criteria. The method to be used is Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) and TOPSIS which is used to conduct numerical, logic, and analytical scales. From the results of fuzzy analysis of the average 5 aspects, namely tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is 13,29 for RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo with an average weight of 0.2 and the quality is still at the level of 5.3 and the fuzzy at Delta Surya Hospital Sidoarjo is 11.74 with an average weight of 0.2 and the quality is still at the level of 4.67 which means both hospitals it is still in the category standard and the relationship in service still needs improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM Pemberdayaan Karang Taruna di Desa Wonokasian dalamPengolahan Limbah Sampah Plastik menjadi Sebuah Usaha Ekonomis Produktif adalah memberdayakanKarang Taruna dalam pengolahan limbah sampah plastik yang akan memberikan manfaat dalammengembangkan kegiatan ekonomis produktif dalam bentuk suatu usaha. Permasalahan yang dihadapimitra Karang Taruna Ndoko dan Karang Taruna Ngemplak adalah mitra belum memahami carapengolahan limbah sampah plastik menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai jual dan belum mempunyai satukegiatan yang mendukung upaya untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomis produktif. Berdasarkanpermasalahan tersebut maka kedua mitra sepakat untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomis produktifdalam pengolahan limbah sampah plastik (produk aneka bunga, vas bunga dan asesoris lain). Oleh karenaitu, metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah : 1) Pemberian informasi (sosialisasi)pengolahan limbah sampah plastik, 2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pengolahan limbah sampah plastik, 3)Pelatihan dan pendampingan metode pemasaran 4) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pencatatan akuntansisederhana. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitradalam pengolahan limbah sampah plastik, terciptanya produk HandCraft Kartar Wonokasian, publikasimedia massa online maupun cetak, adanya media pemasaran offline (galeri Kartar Wonokasian) maupunonline (instagram, FB, OLX, Tokopedia, dan Bukalapak) dan sistem pencatatan akuntansi sederhana sertanantinya diharapkan menjadi sebuah usaha bagi Karang Taruna desa Wonokasian.

Abstract

This descriptive study used a quantitative approach that aims at describing the students' critical thinking in solving business mathematics problems with respect to the origin of the school majors. Subjects were students of FEB management UMSIDA first half of the academic year 2016/2017. Data collection techniques in the form of tests to complete the Problem Solving Test (TPM) and the provision of critical thinking questionnaire relating to the work of students on TPM has been given. Data were analyzed using the average, percentage and Pearson Product Moment Correlation test (PPM). And the results showed that (1) the ability to solve business mathematics problems, student majoring in science studies is higher than the ability to solve mathematical problems business student majoring in social studies or student majoring in vocational school (2) critical thinking skills of students majoring in science studies, social studies and vocational school overall thinking ability critical successively shows the critical criterion, quite critical and critical enough (3) critical thinking skills of students at every step of Polya’s Problem Solving as follows: (a) at the stage Understanding the problem, a student of the science studies showed criteria please critical, a student of the social studies indicate criteria quite Critical and student of vocational school indicate the criteria fairly Critical (b) at the stage Make a Plan, a student of the science studies indicates the criteria fairly critical, a student of the social studies indicate criteria is quite critical and student of vocational school indicate the criteria fairly Critical (c) at the stage implement the plan, a student of the science studies showed criteria please Critical, a student of the social studies indicate criteria please Critical and student of vocational school indicate criteria please Critical (c) at the stage Checking Back, a student of the science studies indicates the criteria Critical, a student of the social studies show Critical criteria and student of vocational schools show the criteria, please Critical (4) there is a strong relationship between Business Mathematics problem Solving ability with Students Critical Thinking Skills. Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of changes in PSAK on the competence of lecturers and the level of understanding of students in the Accounting Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The impact of changes in PSAK should be balanced with an increase in the ability of accounting lecturers in higher education to support learning materials that are in sync with the world of work, so an increase in lecturer competence is needed. Furthermore, the level of understanding of accounting students also needs to be updated, to support increased knowledge of standard changes, namely the latest PSAK, amended PSAK and revised PSAK. This research is a quantitative study. The method used in data collected in this study is distributing questionnaires that are processed using SmartPLS 3. The data that can be obtained are 100 respondents. Dampak perubahan PSAK hendaknya diimbangi dengan peningkatan kemampuan dosen akuntansi di perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung materi pembelajaran yang sinkron dengan dunia kerja, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi dosen. Selanjutnya tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa akuntansi juga perlu diperbarui, untuk mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan tentang perubahan standar yaitu PSAK terbaru, PSAK amandemen dan PSAK revisi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS3. Data yang dapat diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dampak perubahan PSAK berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi dosen, dan dampak perubahan PSAK juga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Dampak perubahan PSAK; kompetensi dosen; tingkat pemahaman siswa

Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberdayakan masyarakat tentang pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga dengan metode Takakura. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK RW 01 Kelurahan Dukuh Pakis. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah: 1)masih minimnya pengetahuan tentang pengolahan sampah organik, 2)sampah organik rumah tangga yang melimpah, dan 3) kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat tentang manfaat dari pengolahan sampah organik. Metode kegiatan adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah diperlukan untuk menjelaskan sistem pengelolaan sampah perkotaan, bagaimana mengelola dan mengolah sampah rumah tangga berupa workshop pengolahan sampah organik dengan metode Takakura. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan proses kerja pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga dengan metode Takakura, sedangkan tanya jawab untuk memberikan kesempatan para peserta untuk mengatasi kendala yang mungkin dihadapi. Hasil program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat mitra tentang pentingnya pengolahan sampah organik. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables.

Abstract

One form of approach used to analyze stock prices is by applying Fibonacci ratios and Fuzzy Logic analysis. The purpose of this study is (1) to apply the Fibonacci ratio approach to determine stock support and resistance levels in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX, (2) to apply fuzzy logic analysis based on support and resistance levels with the Fibonacci ratio approach to sub company the food and beverage sector on the IDX, (3) to provide investment decision recommendations in the form of linguistic information on stock price movements in the food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX. The research design used in this study is a case study of the price movements of ten shares in the food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Stock Exchange. Researchers used a research design with secondary data. Furthermore, stock price movement data were analyzed using a merging analysis approach with Fibonacci ratios and fuzzy logic analysis with fuzzy systems so that an investment decision recommen- dation was obtained in the form of linguistic information. Based on the results of the study showed that technical analysis of stock price move- ments using Fibonacci ratios and fuzzy logic analysis can be used properly. Furthermore, the results of this linguistic information can be utilized by investors who do not own shares and who already have shares, but the results of this data analysis are not absolute and must be adjusted to the conditions in their application.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in this time is still less echoed because the ratio of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is meager. The community of conducted at Porong 2 state middle school various problems by empowering the existence of students' entrepreneurial canteens to have entrepreneurial skills, courage to face challenges, and entrepreneurial independence. This method of implementing into several stages, including 1) the planning stage, 2) the organizing stage, 3) the implementation stage, 4) the monitoring and evaluation stage, 5) the follow-up stage. The development and empowerment of entrepreneurship canteens in schools effectively makes students more active, productive and responsible in their lives
