Abstract This study aims to test empirically: 1) The role of IT 2) The effect of the accounting learning process 3) Institutional response to Covid-19 on Teaching Performance of Accounting lecturers with Transfer Knowledge as an Intervening Variable, which consists of three independent variables, namely the Role of IT (X1) , Accounting Learning Process (X2), Institutional Response to Covid-19 (X3) with the dependent variable Accounting Lecturer Teaching Performance (Y), and the intervening variable Transfer Knowledge (Z). The source of the data used in this study comes from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the Accounting Lecturers in Indonesia. The questionnaire was distributed via the geogle link from, the respondents who filled in were 124 people. The analysis technique uses data that includes the outer model, inner model and path analysis with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study are that the accounting learning process and institutional responses to Covid-19 have a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of accounting lecturers and are mediated by transfer knowledge.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami makna konsep Negara Pancasila Sebagai Darul Ahdi Wa Syahadah dan bentuk-bentuk implementasi akan internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam membangun wawasan kebangsaaan di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah tepatnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan diskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenemenologi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap pimpinan Universitas dan civitas akademika kampus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna konsep negara Pancasila sebagai Darul Ahdi Wa Syahadah adalah sebagai pedoman pemikiran dan perilaku mengenai hubungan antara agama, negara dan organisasi sekaligus sebagai ijthad politik Muhammadiyah yang bertujuan untuk menguatkan harmonisasi kebangsaan. Sedangkan model internaliasai nilai-nilai Islam yang diterapkan di dalam penguatan wawasan kebangsaan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah yaitu dilakukan dalam dua bentuk pertama dengan model dakwah gerakan tanwiriyah (pencerahan) sebagaimana konsep Islam berkemajuan dan kedua dakwah Bil Amal (aksi) sebagaimana dalam prinsip teologi sosial Al Ma’un.The Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wa Syahadah: Internalization of Islamic Values in Building National Insights in Muhammadiyah Higher Education . This article aims to understand the meaning of the concept of the Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wa Syahadah and the forms of implementation of the internalisation of Islamic values in building national insight in the Muhammadiyah Higher Education environment, precisely at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo, Muhammadiyah University Surabaya and Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The methods used in this research is a qualitative description with a phenemenological approach. Data collection is done by means of observation, documentation and interviews with university leaders and the campus academic community. and organization as well as Muhammadiyah political ijthad which aims to strengthen the harmonization of the nationality, while the internalization model of Islamic values which is applied in strengthening the national insight in Muhammadiyah universities is It is carried out in two forms, the first with the model of the tanwiriyah movement (enlightenment) as the advanced Islamic concept and the second to the Bil Amal (action) as in the principles of social theology of Al Ma'un

This study aims to determine whether significant incentives, leadership, and organizational culture to employee morale. And to know whether the inter-variable incentives, leadership, and organizational culture that has the most significant effect on employee morale. This research method is quantitative method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16 for windows. The results obtained based on the validity test show all existing questions are valid. To test the reliability of all variables. Partial research results show the role, spirit and spirit of the organization. The simultaneous test results show that the spirit, leadership and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on employee morale, and leadership variables have the most significant effect on employee morale because of the greatest .and least significance compared to other independent variables. Variable incentives, leadership and organizational culture have strong relationships and have an effect on employee morale.

The assessment method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and FGD with ten informants, namely the Head of Muhammadiyah Middle School in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique uses three steps in collecting research results, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing and testing conclusions or verification. The results of this study are as follows: The school anticipates students who do not have Learning From Home (BDR) support facilities, limited internet access and financial constraints by setting up tabs provided at school, these tabs can be used by students to do assignments. The strategies applied are very diverse, including: Allocating teacher supervision funds for other needs, providing motivation and stimulus so that teachers can deliver learning optimally, collaborating with filmmakers to make learning videos, holding MSG (Morning Spiritual Gathering) activities or referred to as Ngaji, Briefing, and Berinfaq, while also seeking donations for students to pay tuition fees. Implementation of short-term and long-term plans: looking for a learning format that can be maximized, trying to foster parental trust in the school, trying to build communication with students and parents through activities that support education, collaborating with parents so as to foster an understanding that shared responsibility, focus on learning that is important for students' self-development, and improve the technological capabilities of students and teachers to be able to innovate in each other's learning.

Mitra is one of the sharia microfinance institutions in Sidoarjo, Koperasi As Sakinah only for a few years established itself as a sharia cooperative. Where the partners still need to continue to improve their abilities in Islamic financial management. This is intended, so that administrators and managers can manage finances in their institutions in accordance with sharia contracts. In addition, it can continue to innovate product development according to the needs of customers or members. Therefore, to improve the management skills of Islamic finance, for the management and manager of the cooperative, it is necessary to carry out training in Islamic financial recording. In carrying out this training activity, following several stages, namely the needs analysis, the training design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase, the assistance and maintenance stage. In this activity, more than 50% of the insights and skills of Islamic financial management have been achieved in the management and management of cooperatives. This shows that there has been a significant increase in the ability of cooperative administrators and managers, in managing Islamic finance in their institutions, after participating in and implementing training materials.

The COVID-19 pandemic requires the government to issue various strategic policies that impact all sectors, especially the education sector. This research attempts to determine the strategy of private schools in Indonesia, especially in school sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic. The interpretive paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach was used as a study method. The location of this research was Muhammadiyah schools in Sidoarjo Regency at the junior high school level, as many as 10 schools. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing procedures. The results of this study indicate that Muhammadiyah junior high schools in Sidoarjo Regency use online learning as a survival strategy by utilizing the various facilities they have. In addition, several creative and innovative new programs are implemented comprehensively to support the financial limitations of schools and students. Other results also show that each location's Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (PCM) actively support all school needs from resources, finances, and health facilities. This research aims to determine the model of university-based waqaf management in East Java. Higher Education as a booster for civilization change, can be used as a place to manage waqaf. Therefore, waqaf can be used as a means of improvement and enhancement of the quality of education, in order to create a more advanced civilization. This, can be used as an instrument in boosting community productivity. One of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia, which has implemented waqaf management in supporting all educational activities on campus as well as helping the surrounding community is Airlangga University. The research method used is qualitative, with a grounded research approach. The location of the research is Airlangga University, which is the only university in East Java that has officially become nadzir waqaf. In managing this waqaf, Airlangga Univeristy has appointed its work unit, namely the Social Fund Management Center (PUSPAS). Thus, PUSPAS carries out its duties to manage waqaf professionally. PUSPAS Programs focussed on several activities like Waqaf Rumah Amerta and Waqaf 1000 Movement (GEBU). These programs aims to produce productivity for all students, educators, and the community around Airlangga University in particular. In addition, all PUSPAS waqaf management activities can also have an impact on increasing the productivity of mustahik in East Java, in general
