Abstract

Pelabuhan Ketapang merupakan tempat penyeberangan dengan moda transportasi laut antara Jawa dan Bali. Penelitian dilakukan pada kapal Prathita dan Mutis dengan sampel 100 penumpang dan analisis data menggunakan metode IPA. Data yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis tingkat pelayanan pelabuhan Ketapang Banyuwangi terhadap kepuasan penumpang menunjukkan bahwa yang paling banyak terdapat pada kuadran B dan kuadran D. Kuadran B (pelayanan perlu dipertahankan) meliputi faktor kondisi kapal, kecepatan pemrosesan tiket, pelayanan petugas yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta ketepatan waktu tunggu di pelabuhan. Pada kuadran D (faktor tidak terlalu penting, tapi dilaksanakan dengan baik) meliputi kebersihan dan kerapihan pelabuhan, pengaturan parkir di kapal, petugas yang tidak memandang status sosial dalam pelayanannya dan petugas bertanggung jawab terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan penumpang.

Abstract

The subgrade is an important part of highway construction. The strength and durability of pavement construction depend on the nature and bearing capacity of the soil. The soil tested was the most dominant soil in the Siliragung sub-district, namely reddish-brown latosol soil and lithosol and gray grumusol soil. Soil characteristic tests were carried out by sieve analysis, Atterberg limit, specific gravity, bulk density, sand cone, standard proctor, and laboratory CBR without soaking. The values ​​obtained from the results of testing the characteristics of the soil at the location of the Siliragung sub-district have a percentage of grains that pass the sieve no. 200 <35% which is 10.01% and 20.24%, it is said that the soil which is included in the subgrade selection category is very good to good with a plasticity index of 4.7% and 11.55%, namely soils that have low to moderate plasticity with a CBR value of 14.71% and 8% are soils that are classified as medium to good subgrade criteria. Based on Turnbul (1968) and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Directorate General of Highways Road Pavement Manual Revised June 2017 Number 04/SE/Db/2017. For land having a CBR value of 6, the type of soil in Siliragung District does not need any improvement for road subgrade planning. ABSTRAK Tanah dasar (subgrade) merupakan suatu bagian terpenting pada suatu kontruksi jalan raya. Kekuatan dan keawetan suatu kontruksi perkerasan tergantung dari sifat dan daya dukung tanah. Tanah yang diuji adalah tanah yang paling dominan pada kecamatan Siliragung yaitu tanah jenis latosol cokelat kemerahan dan litosol dan grumosol kelabu. Pengujian karakteristik tanah dilakukan adalah analisa saringan, atterberg limit, berat jenis, berat isi, sandcone, standar proctor dan CBR laboratorium tanpa rendaman. Nilai-nilai yang didapat dari hasil pengujian karakteristik tanah pada lokasi kecamatan Siliragung, memiliki persentase butiran lolos ayakan no.200<35% yaitu sebesar 10,01% dan 20,24% dikatakan tanah yang termasuk kategori pemilihan tanah dasar baik sekali sampai baik dengan indeks plastisitas 4,7% dan 11,55% yaitu tanah yang memiliki plastisitas rendah sampai sedang dengan nilai CBR 14,71% dan 8% adalah tanah yang termasuk jenis kriteria tanah dasar sedang sampai baik. Berdasarkan Turnbul (1968) dan Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga Manual Perkerasan Jalan Revisi Juni 2017 Nomor 04/SE/Db/2017. Untuk tanah memilki nilai CBR ≥ 6 maka jenis tanah yang ada di Kecamatan Siliragung tidak perlu ada perbaikan untuk perencanaan subgrade jalan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Tiram merupakan kampung penghasil kerang dan tiram yang berada di Desa Kedungringin Banyuwangi. Berlimpahnya hasil laut berupa kerang dan tiram yang ada di Desa tersebut membuat banyaknya tumpukan limbah cangkang kerang tanpa dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Hal tersebut yang mendasari penulis dan tim untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah cangkang kerang dan tiram sehingga menjadikannya barang yang memiliki nilai jual. Limbah cangkang dijadikan barang yang selain memiliki nilai jual juga memiliki nilai seni. Limbah cangkang tersebut dijadikan mozaik yang membentuk gambar dan karakter. Tujuan utama dilaksanakannya sosialisasi dan pelatihan, yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan peluang usaha dari limbah cangkang kerang. Selain melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, penulis dan tim melakukan kegiatan pembentukan kelompok usaha pemuda kreatif yang nantinya menjadi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa tersebut.Kata Kunci: Mozaik Kerang; UMKM; Pengolahan Limbah CangkangAbstract:  Kampung tiram is a village producing shells and oysters in the Village of Kedungringin Banyuwangi. The abundance of marine products in the form of shells and oysters in the village makes many piles of shell waste without being utilized optimally. This is what underlies the authors and the team to conduct socialization and training in the utilization of shell and oyster shell waste so that it becomes an item that has a sale value. Shell waste is used as an item which besides having sale value also has artistic value. The shell waste is made into a mosaic that forms images and characters. The main objective of the implementation of socialization and training, which is to increase public knowledge and public awareness in utilizing business opportunities from waste shells. In addition to conducting outreach and training, the writer and the team conducted activities to form a creative youth business group that would later become the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Village.Keywords: Scallop Mosaics; MSMEs; Shellfish Waste Treatment

Abstract

The type of soil in Glagah Agung Village, Purwoharjo District, Banyuwangi Regency, is a type of clay soil with a plasticity index value of 42.99. Based on Expansive Land Management for Road Construction by Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Pd T-10-2005-B, it is classified as soil with a high swelling level. So that it can be categorized into soils with high Swelling and shrinkage. The soil improvement method using wood charcoal powder stabilizer was chosen because it can improve water and air circulation in the soil. This study used the addition of wood charcoal powder percentage of 0%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%. The research was conducted on the original soil and stabilized soil specimens, to test their physical properties. The soil physical properties test included water content, specific gravity, atterberg limit, proctor, submerged and unsubmerged CBR. Based on the results of the non-submerged CBR test, the CBR value increased along with the addition of the percentage of wood charcoal powder as a stabilizer. Where the highest CBR value is at the percentage of 14% stabilizers, which is 16.956%. Based on the results of the submerged CBR test, the CBR value decreased at 10% satbilisator percentage and then increased to 14% satbilisator percentage. The highest swelling rate occurred in soil stabilized with 10% wood charcoal powder, which was 0.306.

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency refers to the tourism industry as its leading source of regional income, promoting its tourism destination icon: The Triangle of Diamond. In addition to being an icon, The District Medium-Term Development Plan of Banyuwangi 2016-2021 asserted the Triangle of Diamond as its major project in the Tourism Development Area (TDA). Mount Ijen Crater in Licin District is assigned as TDA I, Plengkung Beach in Tegaldlimo District is designated as TDA II, and Sukamade Beach in Pesanggaran Subdistrict is registered as TDA III. It is expected that tourism is well-developed in rural areas and may increase the prosperity of its people. The analysis of the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1992), we collected data, gave and recapitulated scores, and determined the final category as a tourist village. The results showed that Kemiren Village in area I, Kalipait Village in area II, and Sumberagung Village in area III are categorized as tourism villages. The three villages have corresponding advantages in cultural aspects, which can then be used to determine a tourism village development strategy. The area I involved the villages of Kemiren, Tamansari, and Kampunganyar. Area II involved Kedungasri, Kalipait, and Purwoagung villages. Area III involved the villages of Sarongan, Sumberagung, and Kedungwungu. Kemiren, Kalipait, and Sumberagung villages have the same advantages in cultural aspects, which can then be used to determine a tourism village development strategy.

Abstract

Daya dukung tiang pancang dapat diperoleh dari pendekatan statis dan dinamis. Perhitungan daya dukung tiang pancang secara statis yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan melalui sifat-sifat teknis tanah. Sedangkan, cara dinamis yaitu dengan menganalisis kapasitas ultimit dengan data yang diperoleh dari data pemancangan tiang. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan rasio daya dukung berdasarkan pendekatan dinamis yaitu dengan menggunakan data kalendering. Daya dukung berdasarkan data kalendering dihitung dengan menggunakan 5 metode, yaitu Hilley, ENR, Danish, Navy-Mc.Key, dan Janbu. Hasil perhitungan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan perbandingan rasio terhadap daya dukung test PDA. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua lokasi yang berbeda yaitu di proyek pembangunan tol Gempol-Pasuruan dan Jembatan Widuri Bondowoso. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung untuk Q ultimate pada lokasi tol Gempol-Pasuruan, metode Danish yang mendekati hasil test PDA dengan rasio 1,1132 (P1-2) 0,8911 (P3-5), untuk Qijin pada lokasi tol Gempol-Pasuruan, metode Danish yang mendekati hasil test PDA dengan rasio 0,7421 (P1-2), 0,5940 (P3-5). Hasil perhitungan daya dukung untuk Q ultimate pada lokasi Jembatan Widuri Bondowoso, metode ENR yang mendekati hasil test PDA dengan rasio 1,7260 (P1-19), 1,2553 (P2-17), untuk Qijin pada lokasi Jembatan Widuri Bondowoso, metode Hilley yang mendekati hasil test PDA dengan rasio 1,0489 (P1-19), 0,7625 (P2-17).
