Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of residents learning equivalence Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency, this is thought to be due to the influence of tutor performance in learning of science subjects for class VIII. This study aims to: 1) describe the performance of tutors; 2) describe the learning outcomes of learning citizens; and 3) looking at the relationship between tutor performance in learning and learning outcomes in Science Class VIII Equivalence Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all students of class VIII Package B Program at SPNF Pasaman Regency, totaling 180 people and with a sample of 44 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire and the data is analyzed using the percentage technique and product moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) the performance of tutors in  learning of science subjects for class VIII was categorized as low, (2) the learning outcomes of students were categorized as low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the performance of tutors in  learning and science learning outcomes. class VIII Equality Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency. It is recommended for institutions to pay more attention to the performance of tutors, and it is hoped that tutors can improve performance in learning.

Abstract

The research was distributed by the phenomenon of functional literacy program success rate base on the South coast of Diknaker PKBM. This is evidenced by the high learning outcomes acquired citizens learn. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of these KF due to high confidence that is owned by the citizens of learning. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Withdrawal technique used is the sample census, all of the population sample was made as many as 20 people, which is called the respondent. Using data collection techniques interviews that is in the form of structured interviews. While the data analysis techniques using the formula percentages. From the results of the study found that the confidence of citizens learning related to believe in its own ability, courageous decisions, courageous and suggested categorized either. Abstract

Learning outcomes are the acquisition of learning carried out during the training and their competence tested at the end of the training period. Training with interests will get more results than no individual interests. The learning environment becomes important during the teaching and learning process for participants who take part in the training at the Job Training Center. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Contribution of Learning Interest and Learning Environment to the Learning Outcomes of Training Participants at the Job Training Center (BLK) Padang City. The type of research used is quantitative research while the method is associative. The population is BLK Padang training participants for the period 1 of 2021 in 18 vocational schools totaling 288 participants with a sample of 74 people. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is percentage, then continued with categorization through the respondent's achievement level formula and hypothesis testing using the t-test formula. The results of the analysis of interest in learning obtained the value of tcount > ttable, namely 8,613 > 1,987 with a significant result of 0.000 < 0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant influence between interest in learning and learning outcomes. Then the learning environment is obtained from the value of tcount > ttable, namely -6.384 < 1.987 with a significant result of 0.000 < 0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant influence between the learning environment on learning outcomes. By using a one-way test so that the results are Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This proves simultaneously (together) interest in learning and the learning environment has a significant influence on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the success of the Baburrahmah Tahfidzul Qur'an, because there was a significant increase in the number of santri within the six months since the establishment of the Baburrahmah Qur'an Tahfidzul Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the tahfidz program in terms of coordination between the implementers, program administration, and the application of the tahfidz program rules. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were students in Pondok Tahfidzul Baburrahmah Qur'an, totaling one hundred and fifty people and the sample in this study amounted to thirty-five people. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques and data analysis techniques were obtained using a percentage formula. The results of the study show that: the Baburrahmah Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an program is categorized very well.Keywords: Program Implementation, Tahfidzul Qur'an

Abstract

The Relationship Between Instructors' Teaching Skills and the Learning Outcomes of the Learning Community at PKBM Surya, Padang City. Thesis. Faculty of Science Education. Padang State University. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of citizens learning to attend sewing training at PKBM Surya, Padang city. This is presumably because it has something to do with the teaching skills of PKBM instructor Surya, Padang city. This study aims to describe the teaching skills of instructors, learning outcomes of learning citizens in the learning environment, and the relationship between instructor teaching skills and sewing learning outcomes of learning residents at PKBM Surya Kota Padang.This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive correlational. The population of the study were all 20 learning citizens who attended sewing training at PKBM Sury Padang city and respondents, namely all residents learning embroidery training, with the sampling technique used was a quota sampling. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation.The results of this study show that the teaching skills of the instructor are not good, the learning outcomes of learning citizens to sew are low, and there is a significant relationship between the teaching skills of the instructors and the learning outcomes of learning citizens in PKBM Surya Padang city, this is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the correlation using the Spearman rho formula. which is indicates that rcount (0.619) is greater than rtable at both the 5% confidence level (0.450) and the 1% confidence level (0.591). It is suggested that the PKBM Surya institution provide a conducive learning environment so that participants are motivated to attend embroidery training.Keywords: instructor teaching skills, citizen learning outcomes

Abstract

This research motivated by the implementation of educational learning and dance training at Sanggar Tari Rangkiang Palito in Nagari Sungai Sariak, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This study aimed to know the intensity of dance education and training at Sanggar Tari Rangkiang Palito. These are included; implementation learning, learning strategy, learning curriculum, and learning benefits. This study is quantitative research called quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is all fostered citizens of the dance training who joined at Sanggar Tari Rangkiang Palito in Nagari Sungai Sariak, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, which totaling 30 members. And they all are the sample in this study. Saturated sample method uses to set the sample, where all of the members as the sample. This study using a questionnaire is a data collection technique, as the data collection tool is questionnaire guidelines. The analysis technique using a Linkert scale. This research’s covered showing that (1) education implementation activities and dance training have good implanted, (2) learning strategy and dance training have clarified good category, (3) educational learning curriculum and dance training have well organized, (4) the benefits of educational learning and dance training for fostered citizens get very high hope and benefits about educational and dance training result at Sanggar Rangkiang Palito in Nagari Sungai Sariak Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Furthermore, the suggestion by the researcher is expected to Sanggar Tari Rangkiang Palito in Nagari Sungai Sariak always pays attention to education implementation activities, learning strategies, learning curriculum, learning benefits for education and dance training so that fostered citizens always get the skills which appropriate to their talents. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi warga belajar mengikuti pelatihan membordir di PKBM Surya Kota Padang, hal ini diduga karena ada kaitannya dengan lingkungan belajar peserta mengikuti pelatihan membordir di PKBM Surya Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan lingkungan belajar, motivasi warga belajar, dan keterkaitan keduanya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh warga belajar yang mengikuti pelatihan membordir sebanyak 20 orang dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah quota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan belajar peserta diklat kurang kondusif, (2) motivasi warga belajar masih rendah, (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi masyarakat. untuk belajar mengikuti pelatihan membordir di PKBM Surya Kota Padang. Disarankan agar lembaga PKBM Surya menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif agar peserta termotivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan membordir. (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan membordir di PKBM Surya Kota Padang. Disarankan agar lembaga PKBM Surya menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif agar peserta termotivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan membordir. (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar masyarakat mengikuti pelatihan membordir di PKBM Surya Kota Padang. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perubahan sikap positif yang sangat baik pada peserta didik yang mengikuti kegiatan pramuka di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Sumatera Barat. Perubahan sikap positif tersebut diduga disebabkan karena ekstrakurikuler pramuka berlangsung dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menggambarkan ekstrakurikuler pramuka, menggambarkan sikap positif peserta didik, dan melihat hubungan antara ekstrakurikuler dengan sikap positif dalam mengikuti Kegiatan Pramuka di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik yang terdaftar mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka kemudian sampel diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Sumatera Barat dikategorikan sangat baik, sikap positif dalam kegiatan pramuka di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Sumatera Barat dikategorikan sangat baik, dan terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan antara ekstrakurikuler dengan sikap positif dalam mengikuti Kegiatan Pramuka di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Sumatera Barat. Disarankan kepada pembina untuk menciptakan kegiatan pramuka yang menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga perubahan sikap peserta didik menjadi lebih meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar matematika peserta bimbel di zoel operation Kota Padang Panjang diakibatkan oleh persepsi yang kurang baik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Menggambarkan persepsi peserta bimbingan belajar di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang. (2) Menggambarkan prestasi belajar matematika peserta bimbingan belajar di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang. (3) Menggambarkan hubungan antara persepsi dengan prestasi belajar matematika peserta bimbingan belajar di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional yang bertujuan meneliti korelasi antara variabel bebas dan terikat. populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 43 peserta bimbel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 peserta bimbel atau sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70%. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pernyataan tertulis (angket) dan alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase dan pengolahan data menggunakan rumus rank order. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Persepsi belajar matematika peserta bimbingan belajar (bimbel) di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang dikategorikan kurang baik. (2) Prestasi belajar matematika peserta bimbingan belajar (bimbel) di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang dikategorikan sedang. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dengan prestasi belajar matematika peserta bimbingan belajar di Zoel Operation Kota Padang Panjang. Diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat meneliti variable baru sehingga dapat memperlengkap variabel dalam penelitian yang ada.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the phenomenon of the succeed of the group in Nagari Lunang Barat, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This evidence by the high attendance list and it has been seen also by the achievements which obtained. Researchers suspect that the causes of this can be seen from the amount of people who are participated and have a motivation possessed by women who are active in PKK organization. The purpose of this study is to describe PKK in enhancing women's empowerment in Nagari Lunang Barat, Pesisir Selatan district with the relation to 1) Pancasila’s implementation and practice guidelines, 2) mutual cooperation, and 3) cooperatives. The method used in this study is descriptive with quantitative approaches. The sample in this study was taken as 50% of the total population of 25 women in Nagari Lunang Barat, Pesisir Selatan district. The sampling technique is a random sampling. It is namely as the method of selecting the sample applied to the population that is based on a particular area. The technique of collecting data by using a questionnaire. While the data analysis techniqueuses of the percentage formula. From the results of the study, the researcher found that the associations related to the guidelines for the implementation and practice of Pancasila, mutual cooperation, and cooperatives are categorized as good. Based on theresults of thestudy, itis recommended that women continue to be able to maintain and increase their activity and to the management of the group to continue to be able to motivate women in learning, so that the abilities and positive attitudes of the women’s generation.
