Abstract

AbstrakRemaja merupakan masa tahapan perkembangan dalam kehidupan manusia yang penuh gejolak. Permasalahan remaja mulai dari fisik, psikologis, sosial dan lainnya. Program Remaja Generasi Berencana memfasilitasi remaja agar mampu menjadi remaja tegar, mampu menghadapi masalah hidup dan kehidupannya sendiri. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membentuk kelompok remaja Generasi Berencana di SMA Muhamamdiyah Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan cara melakukan pendampingan pada siswa kelas XI melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan/penyuluhan tentang Gen-Re yang diberikan dalam 4-6 kali pertemuan. Media yang digunakan adalah Modul Penyuluhan Generasi Berencana dibantu Gen-Re Kit yang berisi permainan ular tangga kesehatan reproduksi, celemek organ reproduksi, kantong pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan dan lain sebagainya. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melakukan penghitungan tingkat pengetahuan siswa dan kemudian disimpulkan menjadi pengetahuan Baik, Cukup dan Kurang dengan analisis data univarit, data disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Remaja Generasi Berencana, yaitu sebagian besar mempunyai pendidikan yang Baik (80%) dan sisanya berpengetahuan cukup. Selain itu, terbentuk kelompok remaja Generasi Berencana di lingkungan SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Margahayu Kab. Bandung yang beranggotakan 10 orang. Berdasarkan hasil, maka perlu adanya tindak lanjut kegiatan berupa program sosialisasi yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan oleh siswa yang tergabung dalam remaja Gen-Re agar program Generasi Berencana dikenal lebih baik oleh semua siswa.AbstractAdolescents are a stage of development in human life that is full of turmoil. Adolescent problems ranging from physical, psychological, social, and others. Generasi Berencana Program facilitates young people to be able to be tough, able to deal with life's problems and their lives. The media used is the Generation Planning Counseling Module assisted by Gen-Re Kit which contains snakes and ladders games for reproductive health, reproductive organs aprons, bags for maturing the Marriage Age, and others. The purpose of community service is to form a group of teenagers in the Generasi Berencana at Muhamamdiyah High School in Bandung Regency. The method of implementation is to provide assistance to class XI students through health education/counseling about Gen-Re given in 4-6 meetings. Evaluation is done by calculating the level of student knowledge and then concluded to be Good, Enough, and Less knowledge with univariate data analysis, the data is presented in the form of a frequency distribution. The result of this community service is an increase in the knowledge of students who are members of the Youth Generation Planning Group, where most have good education (80%) and the rest are knowledgeable enough. In addition, a youth planning group was formed in the Muhammadiyah 4 High School Margahayu District. Bandung, which has 10 members. Based on the results, it is necessary to have a follow up activity in the form of a comprehensive and continuous socialization program by students who are members of the Gen-Re adolescents so that the Planning Generation program is better known to all students.

Abstract

Mental health is a part of the overall health of a human being. Mental health is a fundamental component of the definition of health. Good mental health allows people to realize their potential, cope with the stresses of normal life, work productively, and contribute to their communities. The obligations of lecturers in tertiary institutions are the tri dharma of higher education, namely education and teaching, research, and Community Service. The purpose of this PkM activity is to provide information about mental health to women, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, through seminars held online for youth cadres of the Muhammadiyah organization. The method used is online/online seminars through the Google Meet application. Google Meet is an online video-conferencing application. The material was given in PowerPoint with the number of targets during the activity, namely 21 people from Muhammadiyah autonomous organizations. Data collection for evaluation was carried out through discussion and question-and-answer sessions. The activity results showed that five participants asked questions about the material provided. The next recommendation was that the participants' reach should be more through massive and structured information dissemination with media tailored to the capacity of the targeted participants.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi masih menjadi permasalahan saat ini. Kelompok remaja seharusnya bisa disiapkan agar mampu menghadapi tantangan saat ini dan masa mendatang. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembelajaran di sekolah akan mampu menjangkau remaja yang diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan menghindari perilaku berisiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rancangan dan efektivitas penerapan kurikulum kesehatan reproduksi berbasis program pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed methods dengan sequential explolatory designs untuk kualitatif dan Quasi experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest design untuk kuantitatif. Rancangan kurikulum disusun berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil FGD menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tidak memiliki rancangan pembelajaran khusus untuk pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi sebelumnya. Adapun yang sudah dilaksanakan merupakan program kesiswaan yang dikhususkan untuk siswi saja. Pendidik yang terlibat dalam program tersebut merupakan guru matematika dan biologi serta belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan khusus terkait pembelajaran kesehatan reproduksi. Selama ini pembelajaran dilakukan dengan diskusi tanpa media gambar, sedangkan referensi yang dipakai adalah modul kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil analisa kuantitatif menunjukkan penerapan kurikulum pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi efektif dan memiliki pengaruh yang positif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa (Pv=0,000).

Abstract

Angka kematian Ibu masih menjadi masalah utama dalam tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang menargetkan Angka Kematian Ibu sebanyak 70/100.000 KH pada tahun 2030. Selain itu, tingginya angka unmet need mengindikasikan kurangnya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam masalah perencanaan keluarga. Kondisi tersebut, menuntut bidan semakin mengoptimalkan perannya untuk ikut mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Telaah artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) peran bidan; (2) pemberdayaan perempuan dan program pembangunan berkelanjutan/; serta (3) Peran Bidan dalam pemberdayaan perempuan dalam upaya mendukung program pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penulisan telaah artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber penelusuran meliputi text book, journal dan referensi lainnya. Hasil telaah artikel menunjukkan peran bidan sebagai pengelola, pelaksana, pendidik dan peneliti memberikan asuhan kebidanan kepada perempuan sebagai fokus utama asuhan harus mendapat penguatan dari berbagai pihak. Bidan mengoptimalkan perannya agar perempuan dapat lebih berdaya/ mempunyai kekuatan untuk mengambil keputusan untuk dirinya terutama terkait hak-hak reproduksi. Penguatan peran bidan dilakukan melalui pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang baik mengenai situasi masyarakat sekitar. Pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan disamping tugas bidan juga merupakan tugas lintas sektor dan lintas program. Untuk hasil yang optimal, maka penguatan peran bidan harus tetap berdasarkan kewenangannya juga diiringi pengetahuan tentang masyarakat sekitar untuk hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

Literacy on mental health is an essential agenda for adolescents' personalities. Literacy efforts start by increasing the capacity of youth to develop life skills, and expert teachers facilitate these skills. This Community Service aims to become facilitators of adolescent mental health by introducing mental health and building life. The method activity is training assistance. The training was given to 11 teachers. The training location is at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung Regency, with the implementation of strict health protocols. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires about mental health and life were given to participants via Google Form. The practicum was carried out using the simulation method. Steps include planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. The pre-test and post-test results showed a significant increase in the knowledge aspect of the participants about mental health and self-awareness and rational thinking p-value of 0.019. Practicum implementation is done by conducting simulations, divided into three groups, each practicing life skill worksheets. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it is necessary to follow up the provision of teachers with the theme of life and expand the sub-themes to form comprehensive knowledge of teachers.

Abstract

Background: Cognitive accessibility, psychosocial accessibility, and geographic accessibility are all barriers to adolescent sexual and reproductive health services. Cognitive accessibility, as an educational medium, provides access to comprehensive adolescent reproductive health information. This study aimed to turn a textbook into a learning module for adolescent reproductive health using artificial intelligence. Methods: The study used the Borg and Gall Research and Development design. Purposive sampling was used to select the trial sample of students, teachers, and media experts at Muhammadiyah Junior High School 4 Margahayu, Bandung Regency. Interviews, validation sheets, and questionnaires were used to collect data. The data analysis technique was carried out based on the validation analysis results of media and material experts, as well as the module's feasibility according to students. Results: At the research and information gathering stages, the research results were obtained by incorporating material from the previous module on menstruation and sexually deviant behavior, particularly LGBT. The planning stage included application aspects, materials, and usage instructions. With the addition of revised trial results in practice questions and adapted religious materials, the development results show that the module is ready for use.Conclusions: According to the results of the study, the adolescent reproductive health learning module using Artificial Intelligence was appropriate as an educational medium. It is suggested that the press be improved in terms of media display and comprehensive material.

Abstract

Background: The use of a logbook during practice serves as a tool for ongoing assessment, continuous interaction between supervisors and students, and provides continuous feedback for learning activity evaluation Purpose: This research aims to explore the utilization of logbooks in clinical practice among nursing students. Methods: This qualitative research uses a phenomenological  study approach. Data collection was conducted through open interviews to synchronize informant responses with the observed phenomena. Snowball sampling technique was used to select six students, one responsible lecturer for field practice, and one field supervisor. The obtained data were then processed and analyzed through editing, data reduction, category creation, and drawing conclusions. Results: Four research themes emerged, namely an exploration of clinical practice and the obstacles experienced by students, the importance of logbooks for students, the weaknesses of paper-based logbooks, and student acceptance of online-based logbooks. Conclusions: Nursing profession  students need   the development of a logbook that is easier to fill out. The design of the logbook can be digitally developed with attractive and innovative features while still reflecting the communication medium between students, faculty, and the field. It should also serve as a tool for evaluating students' competencies in their professional roles.
