Abstract

Bogor Botanical Garden is one of well-known tourism destination in West Java,Indonesia, visited by various users around the world. The increase in demand fornature-based tourism also becomes a trend in urban society. People needs a comfortable, healthy, and sustainable living space to refresh from fatigue and recreate new experience relating to nature. Environmental behavior is crucial aspect raised by understanding (cognitive behavior) and assessment of physical quality of environment (affective behavior). In order to avoid environmental damage, it is necessary to observe the user behavior, to analyze the change of user behavior and formulate the guidelines for formal garden design. The study was conducted in three steps: site and behavior observation, behavior analysis, and recommendation. There was diversity of user behavior in Teysmann Garden in the morning and afternoon. This was driven by various perception and preference in the garden relating to personal and physical factors. The prominent activities in formal garden consisted of sitting, taking picture, and walking, while prominent settings intensively used were pavement lane, pergola, bench, and lawn. Abnormal action was found in lawn, monument, pergola, and bench. The prominent landscape elements or settings could be improved as main character in formal garden in achieving a good interaction between people and landscape as a basis for landscape sustainability of tourism destination area.

Abstract

The concept of quality control has been widely used in companies for the fulfillment of customer satisfaction on products produced. Loss of customers due to in appropriate quality standards are important avoided by the company. This study aims to establish quality control information system e-Commerce in the diagram view map control. In this study, it is used Statistic Process Control (SPC) method. In the early stages, e-Commerce is assumed to have  met  with quality variable of EWAM  method. Transaction visitation opportunities at a certain period used as a parameter of quality, and is called extensibility. The visitation data were collected by web traffic and applications and transaction data that occur in e-Commerce. Waterfall model approach was used in the prototype development process. The results of this  study  was  the  extensibility  of  e-Commerce  information  system.  Automation  of  data  collection  occurs  in  real  time  information system, so  that the e-Commerce extensibility statements can be  continuously  monitored. Analysis of results displayed by the  control chart suggested that a sustain effort in the control of extensibility can provide benefits in an effort to retain customers while management can  use  number  of  extensibility  variable  in  increasing  profitability  of  the  company  or  the  consideration  of  using  e -Commerce. Completion  of  e-Commerce  extensibility  can  gradually  be  increased  through  the  reduction  of  extensibility  variation,  while  the improvement of extensibility relies on the reparation of e-Commerce systems associated with EWAM variable.Keywords : E-Commerce; Web traffic; Extensibility;  Quality control; Automation

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidrap Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah fasilitas penyimpanan arsip (surat) dan dokumen tidak sebanding dengan jumlah arsip dan dokumen yang selalu bertambah, penataan  dan penyimpanan arsip belum dikelola dengan profesional, belum ada sistem khusus yang diberlakukan dalam mengelola arsip dan dokumen tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut di atas, akan dilakukan penelitian. Tujuan adalah untuk memperoleh hasil analisis kinerja pengelolaan arsip dan dokumen pemerintah, untuk memperoleh hasil analisis dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dialami dalam pengelolaan arsip (surat) dan dokumen pemerintah, dan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, pengembangan produk  model pengelolaan arsip yang dapat membantu dalam penyajian arsip (surat) dan dokumen dengan cepat, tepat dan dapat diakses secara on line oleh semua pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Aktifitas yang dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem. Pemrograman dengan pemanfaatan Wamp Server, dan pengujian sistem. black box test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan arsip (surat) atau dokumen pemerintah kabupaten Sidrap Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan menggunakan sistem kearsipan pola lama (sistem manual). Kelebihan program ini adalah: a) Menyiapkan buku agenda secara on line b)  Memudahkan penemuan fisik arsip dengan cara cepat dan tepat. Pencarian arsip dapat dilakukan berdasarkan asal surat, tanggal surat, tanggal terima/kirim, perihal surat, isi ringkas surat dan lain-lain  c) Fisik arsip dapat ditemukan atau diakses oleh semua pegawai  secara on line. Program ini menyiapkan menu print untuk mencetak arsip tersebut. Program ini masih dilakukan penyempurnaan pada tahun ke dua.Kata Kunci: Arsip (surat) dan Dokumen Pemerintah

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Wirausaha khususnya untuk Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang (PNUP) merupakan model pelaporan terkomputerisasi mengenai kegiatan PMW-PNUP. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model basis data untuk pembuatan aplikasi. Aktivitas penelitian menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pemrograman dengan pemanfaatan Microsoft Office Access (MS.Access), pengujian program, pengujian sistem, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan. Pada perancangan sistem yang dilakukan berupa perancangan basis data dengan konsep diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berupa prototyping program berbasis MS.Access, dengan berbagai informasi seperti informasi mengenai daftar hadir peserta PMW dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, informasi mengenai pembimbing dan jenis usaha, modal usaha, alamat usaha, dan proses usaha. Selain itu dapat pula diperoleh Informasi peserta dari berbagai jurusan, tahun, sumber dana, waktu pelaksanaan, dan laporan perkembangan usaha. Informasi-informasi tersebut dapat terfilter berdasarkan tahun yang dikehendaki. Kata kunci : Informasi wirausaha, Waterfall, Basis data, MS.Access

Abstract

Febrile seizures are the most common forms of seizures in children with fever. A data from clinical and experimental studies suggest the potential role of immune generate products in their genesis. The balance between proinflammatory (IL-1β) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines influences the regulation of infections and plays a role in the pathogenesis of febrile seizures. In existing literature, there is no research on the correlation between IL-1β and IL-10 levels as well as the ratio of IL-1β to IL-10 in estimating the risk of febrile seizures in seizure prone children aged between 3 months and 5 years. In this study, IL-1β, IL-10 levels and ratio of IL-1β to IL-10 in the risk of febrile seizures were investigated, and respondents were divided into three groups: febrile seizures, febrile without seizures and healthy children without histories of febrile seizure. This study has used A cross-sectional design, and each group had 17 co-respondents. IL-1β and IL-10 levels were measured by ELISA. Data were analyzed by SPSS 15. Findings showed there were significant differences between IL-1β and IL-10 as well as in the ratio of IL-1β to IL-10 between febrile seizure patients and healthy children. It was concluded that there were significant correlations between IL-1β and IL-10 levels as well as IL-1β to IL-10 ratios in estimating the risk of febrile seizures.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang "Pengaruh berbagai jenis media tanam dan pupuk pelengkap cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai (Glycine max L. Merril)" telah dilakukan mulai 3 November hingga 29 Januari 2020 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Pertanian, Universitas Slamet Riyadi, terletak di Desa Mojosongo, Kabupaten Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta.          Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk pelengkap cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai, dan (3) untuk menentukan pengaruh interaksi antara jenis media dan pupuk tambahan cair pada pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai.          Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang disiapkan secara faktorial. Perawatan terdiri dari 2 faktor dan masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Dua faktor tersebut adalah:1. Jenis media tanam (M), dengan 4 level, yaitu:     M1 = Tanah + pasir     M2 = tanah + pasir + kotoran ayamM3 = Tanah + pupuk + pupuk kambingM4 = Tanah + pasir + pupuk kandang + kotoran sapi2. Pupuk komplementer cair (P), terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu:P1 = Green tonik liquid supplementary fertilizerP2 = Supermes liquid supplementary fertilizerP3 = Nasa liquid supplementary fertilizer            The two treatment factors are combined so that 12 treatment combinations are obtained. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance, followed by Honestly Significant Difference Test at 5% significance level. The results showed (1) the treatment of chicken manure (M2) planting media had the highest yields for plant height, leaf length, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, number of pods, leaf area, and deciduous leaves. The number of leaves and empty pods has the highest yield found in planting media without manure. While the weight of 100 seeds and root nodules was highest in the media for cow manure. (2) supermes liquid supplement fertilizer (P2) has the highest highest yield for plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves, number of pods, hollow pods and deciduous leaves. Wet stover weight, dry stover weight and leaf area were highest in liquid supplement supplementary liquid (P1). Nasa liquid supplementary fertilizers have the highest yield for the weight of 100 seeds and root nodules. (3) Interaction occurred between types of planting media and liquid supplementary fertilizer on all parameters observed, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, number of pods, hollow pods, weight of 100 seeds, weight of deciduous leaves, and root nodules.
