Abstract

Usaha rumah tangga (home industri) adalah usaha yang dimulai dari kecil dengan harapan dapat berkembang kedepannya dan mendapatkan laba yang besar, usaha ini tentunya dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian. Keripik ubi adalah jenis makanan ringan yang enak disantap saat bersantai yang memiliki cita rasa yang berbeda dan dimakan sesuai dengan keinginan pengkonsumsi. Tujuan pengabdian ini di lakukan dengan persiapan program, sosialisasi keripik ubi serta pendampingan dan strategi pemasaran keripik ubi, metode pengumpulan data dengan ikuti praktek langsung, wawancara dan angket.Analisi yang di lakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah pelaku usaha bisnis rumah tangga mulai mencoba untuk memasarkan produk dengan cara online dan terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan pemasarannya. Setiap usaha yang di jalankan pasti memiliki tantangan dan cobaan yang bertubi-tubi, sebab itu pelaku usaha harus tetap terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan usahanya secara pelan pelan tanpa harus menajatuhkan dan menyakiti atau mendzolimi pihak usaha lainnya. Dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah perencaan strategi pemasaran, usaha kripik ubi mana lagi diharakan dapat meningkat lagi baik dari segi apa pun dan terutama dari segi pemasarannya.

Abstract

Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Pandemi covid-19 tentu mengakibatkan perubahan yang sangat signifikan di berbagai bidang. Salah satunya di bidang ekonomi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani tentang budidaya semangka, mengarahkan petani untuk memanfaatkan lahan tidur menjadi lahan produktif dan memberikan edukasi tentang manajemen wirausaha mandiri untuk produksi dan pemasaran semangka. Kepada kelompok petani didusun Siluang desa Gunung Selamat Kecamatan Bilah Hulu Kabupatren Labuhanbatu. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah para anggota kelompok tani belumpernahmemperolehinformasidanpelatihantentang teknik budidaya semangka. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan langsung yang terdiri dari tahapan pembentukan kelompok tani, sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat sangat tinggi untuk memamnfaatkan lahan tidur, pemahaman tentang teknik budidaya semangka meningkat dan dukungan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertempat di  Dusun Bukit Perjuangan bertujuan untuk membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM, karena kurangnya kemampuan para pelaku UMKM dalam menguasi IPTEK, berpikir kreatif  dan berinovasi dalam  memasarkan  produk  yang akan dijual. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan mengenai masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat, kemudian kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan dua sesi yaitu sosialisasi peran sosial media bagi para pelaku UMKM dan pelatihan pembuatan akun Facebook, Instagram, Website serta akun berjualan di Maketplace. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Dusun Bukit Perjuangan sudah mempunyai akun media sosial untuk berjualan dan mampu untuk menggunakannya, serta masyarakat sudah paham trik-trik jitu dalam memasarkan produk secara online serta mampu untuk menciptakan ide-ide baru yang bersumber dari media-media online. Saran kepada aparatur desa agar sering mengadakan sosialisasi maupun pelatihan-pelatihan bagi para masyarakat desa yang baru akan  memulai usahanya sehingga membangkitkan keyakinan dan semangat dalam menekuni usahanya.

Abstract

Compared to traditional methods, the Internet as a means of communication offers several advantages such as constant availability of information, efficient transfer of information and interactivity. In the context of the culinary business, the contribution of customers who want to spread positive information about restaurants is certainly very large. According to the literature, it was also conveyed that consumers believed in previous consumer experiences more than the advertisements delivered by the company. This study wants to examine the role of positive experience variables, perceived quality and trust in the eWOM behavior of restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu. The study used a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to respondents. Respondents in this study were restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu who had carried out eWOM activities to the people around them. This study uses the SEM analysis method with the help of SMART PLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that all predictive variables analyzed have a positive and significant influence on positive eWOM behavior in the context of a restaurant in Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of the influence of work motivation and leadership on organizational behavior in the Education Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. This research was conducted at the Labuhanbatu District Education Office. The object of this research is work motivation, leadership, and organizational behavior. The number of samples in this study was 34 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale unit of measurement. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing was used the F-test and t-test assisted by the SPSS version 20 test tool. The results showed that work motivation and leadership together influence the organizational behavior in the Education Office. Labuhanbatu Regency, and partially prove that work motivation and leadership also have implications for organizational behavior in the Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office.

Abstract

Online shopping can be accessed through digital applications known as e-commerce applications. One of e-commerce the well-known in Indonesia is shopee. The main purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the variables of Information Quality, Trust, Satisfaction with Customer Participation in Shopee Online Shop Customers in Rantauprapat. This study uses non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique, and statistical data processing in the form of processing validity and reliability, normality testing, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test) and test coefficient of determination with the number of respondents as many as 100 customers. The results of this study indicate that partially Information Quality, Trust and Satisfaction have a significant effect on customer participation. Simultaneously, the variables of Information Quality, Trust and Satisfaction have an effect on Customer Participation in Shopee Online Shop Customers in Rantauprapat

Abstract

Research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantaprapat. The objective of this research was to find out: To what extent is the influence of corporate image, service quality and completeness of facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat.  The research subjects consisted of several customers, in this study the respondents were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis method used is the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simultaneous Effect Significance Test (F), Partial Effect Significance Test (T Test), Determinant Coefficient (R2) using SPSS Statistics Version 22 software, then draw the appropriate conclusions. With research results. The results showed that the Company Image, Service Quality, and Completeness of Facilities Have a Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat, Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

At this time the processing of coconut shells into shell charcoal is very much done by ordinary people, especially in villages that have a large coconut population. This is because the benefits obtained from the processing of coconut shells can meet the needs of the community. The many desires of the people who want to do the processing of coconut shells, but not accompanied by sufficient knowledge and knowledge of the quality of charcoal desired by buyers, so it is undeniable that the number of coconut shells that have been processed into charcoal but not sold in the market. o with this, it is expected that after using the image processing method can provide knowledge and knowledge to the public about the quality of charcoal that buyers expect, especially to identify the difference in coconut shells that are still not charcoal, coconut shells that are half into charcoal and coconut shells that have become charcoal. This image processing method will classify coconut shell charcoal based on digital imagery with a media interface GUI (Graphical User Interface) that utilizes matlab software.

Abstract

The importance of community service is carried out as an effort to provide information and education to the community as an effort to help the central government and increase the role of universities as agents of change in community life through the Thematic Community Service Program/Developing Villages as well as assisting the village government in socializing to the community which is still minimal. information about vaccination in Kampung Baru Promise Village, Bilah Barat, Labuhanbatu. The method of implementing this service is carried out with a survey approach and outreach to 21 respondents which was carried out in the Village Hall of Kampung Baru Promise. The conclusion of this community service found that the approach through surveys to residents' homes was an alternative way to solve social problems related to vaccination. From the results of the socialization, it was concluded that all participants and the community who took part in this activity gave a good response and were very supportive. The intended village development service is to provide education and understanding to the community regarding the Level of Community Satisfaction with Vaccination. Assist the village government to accelerate the implementation of vaccination.

Abstract

PKM (Community Service) activities carried out by the author in Kampung Kampung Baru Promise West Bar District together with Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM). The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of the recording of financial statements in a simple and structured manner. Financial reports that function as a tool to analyze financial performance that can provide information about financial position, so that it can be used as a basis for decision makers in increasing income for SMEs and providing opportunities for SMEs to develop their businesses. The implementation method is to make observations that identify SME actors who have not recorded financial statements in a simple and structured manner. For the results, assistance and socialization were carried out which invited several SME players and startup business actors as many as 21 participants. In the implementation of this companion and socialization, it shows that the importance of recording financial statements for SMEs in increasing income for each period of recording financial statements. After the mentoring and socialization, the authors distributed questionnaires to measure the knowledge and understanding of the participants and the results showed that 78% of the participants already knew what financial reports were and understood how to make simple financial reports for their business.
