Abstract

Abstract Lightweight steel battens are one of the elements roof frame structure buildings. The material that is widely used today is mild steel. To get optimal results use be lightweight steel battens can be done through a structural analysis. In the analysis structure of light steel battens, required the actual dimensions of the cross-section and strength the light steel battens. The actual dimensions of the cross sections are obtained by direct measurement, and strength is obtained through a laboratory testing process either tensile testing or bending testing. This research was conducted by combining the application of Wheatstone Bride theory and bending testing in determining the strength and modulus of elasticity of mild steel battens on eleven test samples of mild steel battens with a length of 600 mm each. The test result data is in the form of load relationship with voltage changes generated from the Wheatstone Bridge network on a multimeter reading connected to the Wheatstone Bridge network. The data processing of the result of the change in voltage test will produce strain, so that the load and strain relationship is obtained. Data analysis of load relationship with stretching and the load-stress relationship will describe the strain-stress relationship. From the results of data processing, the results of the research conducted were obtained yield stress (fy) 407.8739 MPa at 0.2% strain; allowable stress (fa) 271,916 MPa at 0.1333% strain; ultimate stress (fu) 616,094 MPa at a strain of 0.3021%; and Modulus of elasticity (Es) 203921 MPa. Abstract

Every construction project, whether high-tech or simple, certainly has risks in its implementation process, therefore it is necessary to establish an Occupational Safety and Health Management System to minimize Occupational Safety and Health (K3) risks, but there are still many construction companies that are lacking in identifying K3 risks. and implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) in the process of implementing a construction project. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of OSH risk based on work items, as well as to measure the level of implementation of SMK3 in a construction project. In this research, the object of the case study is the construction project of the Administration Office Building at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, during the lower structure work. After carrying out risk identification, 35 risk questions and 5 jobs are obtained, namely Borepile, Pilecap, Pendestal Column, Sloff, Roof Frame, then the results of the identification are processed and the risk level is obtained from the implementation of the Administration Office Building Construction Project at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. Enter the Medium Category with a risk value of 8.69, while for the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK) the Administration Office Building Construction Project at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali is included in the good category with a total application value of 83%. Hopefully this research can become a reference in identifying K3 risks and a reference in implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK).

Abstract

Desa Adat Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, memiliki beberapa tempat yang menjadi wadah kegiatan adat bagi masyarakat yang hingga kini senantiasa menjaga budaya warisan leluhur. Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran warga dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban di desa adat, dibutuhkan pula peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat adat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, maka dilakukan penataan dan penambahan fasilitas di Pura Puseh lan Desa, Desa Adat Tegallalang. Untuk mendukung rencana penataan pura, harus disertai dengan perencanaan yang baik berupa gambar masterplan dan kelengkapannya. Kolaborasi tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan pihak mitra menjadi kunci dari keberhasilan kegiatan ini, sehingga permasalahan yang ada di lapangan dapat dicarikan solusi secara bersama-sama. Keberhasilan memenuhi target capaian berupa gambar masterplan, diharapkan bermanfaat sebagai pedoman bagi desa adat dalam proses penataan, pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya, serta dapat digunakan sebagai kelengkapan pengajuan proposal penggalian dana penataan pura.

Abstract

Desa Adat Pejaten, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali, memiliki Setra Tunon yang menjadi wadah kegiatan adat bagi masyarakat yang hingga kini senantiasa menjaga budaya warisan leluhur. Saat ini kondisi dinding penahan tanah pada Setra Tunon telah mengalami kerusakan dan diupayakan untuk dilakukan pembuatan serta perbaikan. Dalam upaya perbaikan dinding penahan tanah maka perlu dilakukan renovasi secara bertahap untuk mencegah keruntuhan tanah yang lebih parah. Untuk mendukung rencana tersebut, harus disertai dengan perencanaan yang baik berupa gambar rencana dan kelengkapannya. Kolaborasi tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan pihak mitra menjadi kunci dari keberhasilan kegiatan ini, sehingga permasalahan yang ada di lapangan dapat dicarikan solusinya secara bersama-sama. Keberhasilan target menyediakan capaian berupa gambar rencana struktur dinding penahan tanah diharapkan bermanfaat sebagai pedoman bagi desa adat dalam proses pengaturan, pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya, serta dapat digunakan sebagai kelengkapan pengajuan proposal pengumpulan dana pengaturan setra Tunon
