Abstract

Every construction project, whether high-tech or simple, has risks in the implementation process. there-fore it is necessary to establish a Project Safety Management (PSM), to minimize the risk of occupational safety and health (OSH) of construction project. However there are still many construction companies that are lacking in identifying risks of occupational safety and health(OSH) of construction project and implementing an occupational Project Safety Management (PSM)) in the process of implementing a con-struction project. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of risk occupational safety and health based on existing risk factors, and to measure the application level of SMK3 in a construction pro-ject. In this study, the object of the case study was the construction project of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital, at the time of finishing work. After carrying out risk identification, 4 risk fac-tors are obtained, namely human, material, equipment and environmental factors. then the results of the identification are processed, and the level of risk obtained from the implementa-tion of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital Development Project is included in the Medium Category, with a risk value of 6. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Project Safety Management (PSM) of the Mangusada Badung Regional General Hospital Construction Project was included in the good cate-gory with a total application value of 83%. Hopefully this research will serve as a reference in identifying occupational safety and health (OSH) risks, and a reference in implementing the Occupational Project Sfety Manajemen (PSM).

Abstract

A construction project is a series that is only implemented once and is generally short-term, with limited resources. Before the implementation of a construction project runs, it usually starts with the preparation of a work plan and a project implementation time (time schedule). The realization of work plans in the field often experiences delays in the process, because revenue realization is very much determined by the selection of the payment system used by the contractor which will affect the project cash flow (cash flow), the amount of working capital required, the progress of a job, and to determine policy alternatives. that needs to be done so that the project does not experience a deficit. This study aims to determine the payment system that requires less working capital and benefits the contractor in terms of project benefits. The analysis uses 2 alternative policies carried out by the contractor during the project, alternative 1 by making a loan to the bank and alternative 2 with a material payment policy. From the results of this research analysis, it is found that the MC payment system does not require working capital because the project cash flow condition is always a surplus, while the term payment system requires working capital in the form of a bank loan of IDR 410,000,000.00 so that the project cash flow condition does not experience a deficit, as was done. on policy alternatives 1.

Abstract

Shopping centres in Denpasar are faced with parking supply problems. One of the problems is the difficulty in providing sufficient parking spaces based on actual demand. Efficiency of parking supply can be achieved if parking supply meets actual demand. This research is conducted in order to know parking characteristic, the degree of relation ship between parking demand and parameters of shopping centres as independent variables, to develop parking demand model and to analyse parking demand standard for shopping centres in Denpasar. Primary and secondary data are required in order to know parking characteristics. Primary data were obtained from direct observation onsite which include: parking vehicles data, number of visitor & parking inventory. Primary data were obtained from one day survey an Saturday between 09.00 am to 09.30 pm at each shopping centres. Secondary data (i.e. parameters of shopping centres) were obtained from the management of shopping centres. Shopping centres included in this study are: Robinson, Alfa Imam Bonjol, Ramayana Bali Mall, Tiara Grosir, Alfa Diponegoro and Hardy’s Sesetan. Parking demand models were developed by using simple & multiple regression methods with the help of SPSS 15.0 software. Independent variables included in this study are: floor area, netto floor area, service floor area, number of permanent employees, number of non-permanent employees, number of cashier and number of visitors. The dependent variables are average parking accumulation for car, motor cycle and taxi. Parking demand standards were calculated based on regression analysis of parking demand and shopping centres parameters. The results of the simple regression analysis showed that the relationship between car parking demand and number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula : Y1 = -1,805 + 0,358.X5 (R2 = 0,965), where the car parking demand standard was 1,097 spaces/person. The relationship between motor cycles parking demand and number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula: Y2 = -24,497 + 2,059.X5 (R2 = 0,873), where the motor cycles parking demand standard was 6,205 spaces / person. The relationship between taxi parking demand and number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula: Y3 = -1,262 + 0,037.X5 (R2 = 0,915), where the taxi parking demand standard was 0,001 spaces / person. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the relationship between car parking demand and number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula : Y1 = -1,805 + 0,358.X5 (R2 = 0,965). The relationship between motor cycles parking demand and combination number of permanent employees (X4) with number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula : Y2 = 135,401 – 1,200.X4 + 2,829 (R2 = 0,972). The relationship between taxi parking demand and number of non-permanent employees (X5) was indicated by regression formula: Y3 = -1,262 + 0,037.X5 (R2 = 0,915).

Abstract

Low back pain has become a central issue of physiological health. Almost all the discussion of musculoskeletal complaints places more emphasis on the need to pay attention to the importance of health in the lower back. One of the causes of workers' complaints on the lower back is a less natural posture when on the move. The impact that is most easily observed as a result of the emergence of low back pain is the emergence of fatigue and decreased work motivation. Observation of the impact of low back pain on workers was examined using the same subject design. The subject are 11 people who work as wood carving artists. In period 1 the subjects worked in conventional working conditions, while in period 2 the subjects were given treatment, namely anticipation of complaints of low back pain, working in ergo-anthropometric working conditions, ie given ergonomic work tables and chairs with additional nutrition intake, active rest and work uniform. The fatigue variable was measured using a 30 items rating scale questionnaire and crafters' motivation was measured by a questionnaire on 4 Likert scales. Data analysis begins with descriptive analysis and normality test data with ShapiroWilk. Data with normal distribution are used t-paired analysis and data with abnormal distribution use Wilcoxon test. In this study it was found that ergo-anthropometric working conditions can reduce fatigue by 27.34% and increase work motivation by 20.39%. It can be concluded that efforts to anticipate complaints of low back pain can reduce fatigue and maintain work motivation of carving craftsmen.

Abstract

The implementation of the project from year to year is significantly improved on implementation aspects of cost, quality, and time, in order to manage the use of human resources to be realistic. Occupational health and safety in a company is often ignored especially for companies which are doing project developments. This also affects the occupational safety of the workers and occupational illness arisen after the projects have been implemented. So in running safe business, occupational health and safety management Systemshould be implemented consistently. The research was conducted in the project of Dialog Villa Petitenget, Cendrawasihstreet, Denpasar, with 15 workers as sample. The implementation of occupational health and safety management systemcan ease the workload of the workers of the structural finishing works of reinforced concrete columns. This is proved by analysis on the treatment group ((p-value< 0.05). This shows that the workloads felt by group P1 (group which implement occupational health and safety management System are lighter than the ones felt by group P0 (group which do not implement the system). The decrease in workload felt by group P1 is 4%. The implementation of occupational health and safety management system can increase work productivity on the construction project of reinforced concrete structure columns. This is proven by the productivity analysis result which shows that the productivity increase experienced by group P1 is 25% with significance level (p-value<0.05). Thus, the implementation of occupational health and safety management system on the structural finishing works of reinforced concrete columns is proven to be able to improve work productivity

Abstract

Scheduling plays a very important role for the successful implementation of construction projects. One of the biggest risks in scheduling is in terms of project costs and duration uncertainty. To anticipate these uncertainties, scheduling methods have been developed using probabilistic duration, including PERT and Monte Carlo Simulation methods. In this research the simulation process was carried out using Microsoft Excel which was integrated with @Risk's add-ins. From the results of the analysis, the project duration obtained from the scheduling model with the CPM method, conventional PERT and Monte Carlo simulation produces an average value that is close to the same. The difference occurs in the standard deviation value, the conventional PERT method produces the smallest standard deviation, followed by a Monte Carlo simulation using the PERT distribution and the last is Monte Carlo simulation using the TRIANGULAR distribution. From the results of the sensitivity analysis, it was found that the dominant input variables that affect the duration of the project are the duration of activities that most often enter the critical path or those that have a great critical index. Meanwhile, project costs are influenced by a combination of the duration of activities on the critical path and activities that have a great direct cost.

Abstract

In terms of cost utilization, formwork is the largest cost component in concrete work on a building project. The cost for formwork is about 40-60% [6] of the cost of concrete work or about 10% of the total cost of building construction. With two methods of formwork i.e. conventional and half system formwork, the authors want to know the comparison of which formwork method is best in the aspect of cost savings, and the execution time for the formwork of columns on the Standard Villa project. From 2 (two) methods proposed then it is chosen the second method; that is formwork column with method of half system as best alternative. The savings can be done from the first method to the second method as much as 26.17%, while in terms of savings time that can be done with method 2 is equal to 5% of method 1

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of carrying out public passenger transportation which is influenced by the population, potential residents to travel and ownership of private vehicles, by examining the Wangaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route. The data collection method is by downloading secondary data from BPS Denpasar City and BPS Badung Regency in 2020. The secondary data required in each sub-district / village are: population; number of households; number of potential residents to travel (aged 5-65 years); ownership of 4-wheeled vehicles (cars); and ownership of two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes). The data analysis method used is the Guidelines for the Delivery of General Passenger Transportation from the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Decree No. SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002. Of the fifteen sub-districts / villages that the Wanagaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route route passes, only four sub-districts / villages are eligible to be included in the AUP service area, meeting the N> R requirements. Eleven other kelurahan / villages cannot be included in the transportation management area. general passenger. Thus, the Wangaya-Sangeh-Pelaga Terminal Route is not suitable for public passenger transportation.
