Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain about the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in junior high school in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, this research method is descriptive qualitative and conducted with online media, the result of this study is: The implementation of online learning in SMP Deli Serdang district contributes to habituation efforts in using online applications that are likely to grow in the future. Teachers' ability to choose learning methods and their skills in operationalizing online learning applications strongly supports the online learning process. All teachers of Deli Serdang District Junior High School are able to operate WhatsApp application even though it is not yet maximized. This online learning is considered ineffective in Deli Serdang Junior High School, because there are still obstacles such as: 1) quotas that must be purchased by students, 2) the assignments given always accumulate, 3) the conditions and circumstances of the student's home are different so that students must be divided into focus with other things, 4) understanding and explanation of the teacher has been delivered but less so directly understood by students so that they need help from others, 5) intrinsic motivation of students, lack of motivation to learn from parents. The success of the online learning system depends largely on some components of learning itself, whether from students, learning resource teachers, or information technology. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Model of Superior Madrasah Development and Supporting Elements of Superior Madrasah Development. This study uses a library research method by collecting a number of books, magazines, journals, lifets relating to the problem and research objectives. Collecting data with the results of previous studies that support data on the research theme designing a madrasa education management development model with the research process starting with the stages of identifying, finding relevant information, analyzing the findings, and then developing and expressing them into new findings related to the education management development model. at the madrasa. The key to building a superior madrasah must meet several criteria, namely the availability of professional education personnel, complete facilities and infrastructure, a modern, transparent and democratic professional management system, and a curriculum that is in accordance with the needs of society and the challenges of the modern world. In addition, madrasas also need to pay attention to continuously improve quality, develop innovation and creativity, and build a network of cooperation (networking), so that inputs and outputs are good. In other words, developing superior madrasas requires effective and functional carrying capacity, such as superior human resources, infrastructure (representative study rooms, libraries and laboratories), supporting facilities (boarding/ma'had, mosque or prayer room). Excellent madrasah must be designed according to the vision-mission and institutional objectives, analyze the needs of the academic and institutional system, and understand the geographical and cultural context. Meanwhile, its development requires togetherness and a collective mindset, continuous innovation, and utilizing information technology, building open and principled leadership, improving the quality of madrasa governance, improving the quality of the new student recruitment system, increasing the quantity and quality of extracurricular activities, and improving the quality of the extracurricular activities. teaching and professional development activities.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memuan pengenai teori analisis SWOT untuk mempertajam keputusan yang di ambil dan pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat, metode tulisan ini yaitu dengan kajian pustaka, mengambil bberapa teori yang relevan dengan judul tersebut. Analisis SWOT merupakan salah satu metode analisis situasional yang menitikberatkan pada identifikasi beberapa faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaaan, organisasi, atau lembaga. Proses pengambilan keputusan strategis selalu berkaitan dengan pengembangan misi, tujuan, strategis harus menganalisis faktor-faktor strategis perusahaan, organisasi, atau lembaga tersebut dalam kondisi yang ada pada saat ini. Hal ini disebut analisis situasi. Analisis SWOT dapat pula menjadi peta, karena setelah masing-masing faktor ditemukan, kebijakan-kebijakan yang akan diambil untuk perbaikan di kemudian hari telah pula ditentukan, sehingga yang harus dilakukan lembaga pendidikan tinggal melaksanakannya dengan penuh komitmen, disiplin, dan tanggung jawa demi terwujudnya lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas, berintegritas, dan menghasilkan siswa-siswa yang kelak menjadi sumber daya manusia yang tak hanya unggul dalam segi akademik, tapi juga moral, agama, dan sosial. Swot  terdiri dari : kekuatan (strenghtness) yaitu melihat apa saja hal-hal yang menjadi kekuatan sebagai modal yang dapat diandalkan, kelemahan (weakness) yaitu melihat hal-hal yang dipandang menjadi kelemahan sehingga membentuk prioritas untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut, peluang (opportunities) yaitu peluang apa saja yang mungkin dapat diraih untuk mengatasi kelemahan dan mendukung kekuatan dan tantangan atau ancaman (treaths) yaitu hal-hal yang dapat menjadi tantangan baik dilihat dari hal yang positif maupun yang negatif sehingga dapat  dijadikan sebagai pemicu meningkatkan prestasi suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif dan efesien

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat imlementasi sebuah program yang di jalankan berbasis riset aksi demi mendapatkan kualitas yang baik. Metode penelitian ini yaitu library riset, dan hasil penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi program ádalah tindakan-tindakan yang dilaksanakan oleh individu-individu atau pejabat-pejabat terhadap suatu objek atau sasaran yang diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, melalui adanya organisasi, interpretasi dan penerapan. Secara umum, metode RAP terbagi dalam dua tipe, yakni Eksplanatif dan Tematik. RAP Eksplanatif memfasilitasi komunitas/masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam menganalisis kebutuhan, permasalahan, dan solusinya sebelum merencanakan aksi transformatif. Sedangkan RAP Tematik menganalisis program aksi transformatif yang sudah berjalan, sebagai alat evaluasi dan pengamatan (monitoring).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role of the academic supervision of the madrasa principal in improving the quality of education in the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Langkat Regency, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study are (1) the activities of the principal as a supervisor in coordinating activities, including coordination of guiding activities via microphone, coordination between teachers in the field of study, making roster and positioning teachers according to their field of expertise; (2) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in providing consultants, include (a) individual techniques (class visits, personal observation and guidance in the office) and (b) group techniques (meetings or regular meetings every month); (3) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in the group leader, in the form of leading firmly, helping or facilitating teachers to develop their potential, providing direction and guidance related to general teaching guidelines, as well as meeting the needs of teachers in teaching; (4) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in the evaluator, include providing assistance in assessing learning processes and outcomes, helping teachers choose the right method according to the curriculum; (5) Factors that affect education supervision in MIN Langkat Regency a) inhibiting factors include: teacher hours are too tight so it is difficult to hold meetings, the head of the foundation that limits all activities, the skills and expertise of the principal who are lacking in carrying out their roles, the principal's time is limited.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi aimed to look at leadership styles and approaches to achieve effective leadership. This research is qualitative with a case study method. The results showed that there were several approaches to leadership, namely, a) approaches to leadership traits; b) behavioral approach to leadership, contingency approach to leadership; c) behavioral approach. In conclusion, the success of leadership is essentially related to the level of concern of a leader involved in two orientations, namely, the results that have been achieved by the organization (organizational achievement) and fostering of the organization (organizational maintenance). Several important factors can affect leadership effectiveness, namely the right perception, maturity level, proper assessment of the task, background and experience, expectations and leadership style, and professional relationships. The effectiveness of leadership also depends on the pattern of relationships constructed by the leader. Keywords: Leadership Style, Effective Leadership, Leadership Approach
