Abstract

Dualisme dan dikotomi pendidikan adalah pemisahan sistem pendidikan antara pendidikan Islam dan pendidikan umum yang memisahkan kesadaran keagamaan dan ilmu pengetahuan atau ilmu umum. Beberapa kebijakan dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kantor Kementerian Agama tersebut ada yang masih tidak seimbang atau belum selaras. Berikut perbandingan kebijakan dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kantor Kementerian Agama yang masih menjadi permasalahan, diantaranya : 1. Kebijakan Kualifikasi Jarak Pendirian Sekolah Dengan Madrasah. 2. Kebijakan Jadwal Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Pengelolaan pendidikan berada dibawah dua kementerian yaitu Kemendiknas dan Kemenag. Pengelolaan ini seringkali menimbulkan kecemburuan terutama dari segi pendanaan, perhatian, bantuan, yang seringkali mendapat perlakuan yang berbeda. Selain itu kesejahteraan guru di madrasah juga cukup memprihatinkan. Sistem dualisme pengelolaan pendidikan ini memang telah terjadi di Indonesia sejak lama, dan menjadi bentuk jalan kompromi politik kelompok kepentingan dalammasyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian khusus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain about the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in junior high school in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, this research method is descriptive qualitative and conducted with online media, the result of this study is: The implementation of online learning in SMP Deli Serdang district contributes to habituation efforts in using online applications that are likely to grow in the future. Teachers' ability to choose learning methods and their skills in operationalizing online learning applications strongly supports the online learning process. All teachers of Deli Serdang District Junior High School are able to operate WhatsApp application even though it is not yet maximized. This online learning is considered ineffective in Deli Serdang Junior High School, because there are still obstacles such as: 1) quotas that must be purchased by students, 2) the assignments given always accumulate, 3) the conditions and circumstances of the student's home are different so that students must be divided into focus with other things, 4) understanding and explanation of the teacher has been delivered but less so directly understood by students so that they need help from others, 5) intrinsic motivation of students, lack of motivation to learn from parents. The success of the online learning system depends largely on some components of learning itself, whether from students, learning resource teachers, or information technology. .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the Realization of Managerial Competencies in Effective Leadership, This research method is a library review, the results of this research is in creating effective leadership is very necessary managerial competence to support it, the principal as a leader in educational institutions must be really in mastering managerial competence in order to achieve effective leadership, the principal must be very adept in managing and developing human resources and can plan, manage, implement and create a very conducive learning organization environment, so that the teaching and learning process is carried out as expected, thus it will create an effective leadership. By applying the competence owned by the principal, then the visionary leadership should be carried out, because if the competence is used well by constantly paying attention to the changing times and looking for opportunities to get success or progress of the institution in the future then it is not impossible to achieve.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of the evaluation of the Block Learning learning innovation program at MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam. This research method is qualitative research and uses an evaluation model that is in accordance with the theme adopted, namely the CSE-UCLA Evaluation Model with five stages carried out in the evaluation, namely planning, development, implementation, results and impact. The results of this study are 1. The effectiveness of block learning learning innovations at MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam really helps the learning process, not only material that is easy to understand, from an economic perspective it also helps parents of students, this innovation is also very effectively applied in MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam , because the learning carried out produces positive things where students understand the material better, and it is better than online learning with Google Class Room or others, in the previous semester. 2. Evaluation of the block learning innovation program at MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam, namely: a. the planning carried out to start the Block Learning program has shown that the process has been carried out well because it involves many people and has determined several things that are needed for the implementation of the Block Learning program well in the future b. the development of the Block Learning learning innovation program was carried out well where the development was carried out in the even semester to the implementation in the previous semester, namely the odd semester regarding the effectiveness of the time for collecting teacher material in the field of study, thus this program will continue to improve if it continues to be developed in the future. c. the implementation of the implementation of block learning shows that the implementation is very structured, it can be seen that the sequence from the beginning from the formulation of the material to the distribution of the learning blocks and the collection of tasks carried out by the students is carried out in an orderly manner. d. the results of the program are very significant and include all the goals at the beginning of program planning where to anticipate declining learning in the previous semester, and to help the economy of parents who were hit by the covid 19 pandemic outbreak, the things that were planned had been implemented properly and resulted in results. amazing. and e. This Block Learning does not have a follow-up for the future, because this program is only for dealing with learning during a pandemic that requires PJJ (Distance Learning)..

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to see the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. This research was conducted at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. The research was conducted on December 22, 2021. The subject of this research is the school owner who acts as a leader at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. The data collection technique is by interview. The results of this study are: (1). The leadership behavior at MAS YPI Batang Quiz in teacher performance management is to always provide direction to teacher activities and student activities at school, provide motivation to teachers in carrying out learning at school, always communicate well with all teachers at school, be disciplined and firm in every decision making at school, and Creating a family relationship at school both to teachers, students and other staff. (2). The influence on teacher performance in schools can be seen from four aspects, namely discipline aspects, religious aspects, cooperation aspects, leadership aspects. (3). Abstract

Tulisan ini memuan pengenai teori analisis SWOT untuk mempertajam keputusan yang di ambil dan pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat, metode tulisan ini yaitu dengan kajian pustaka, mengambil bberapa teori yang relevan dengan judul tersebut. Analisis SWOT merupakan salah satu metode analisis situasional yang menitikberatkan pada identifikasi beberapa faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaaan, organisasi, atau lembaga. Proses pengambilan keputusan strategis selalu berkaitan dengan pengembangan misi, tujuan, strategis harus menganalisis faktor-faktor strategis perusahaan, organisasi, atau lembaga tersebut dalam kondisi yang ada pada saat ini. Hal ini disebut analisis situasi. Analisis SWOT dapat pula menjadi peta, karena setelah masing-masing faktor ditemukan, kebijakan-kebijakan yang akan diambil untuk perbaikan di kemudian hari telah pula ditentukan, sehingga yang harus dilakukan lembaga pendidikan tinggal melaksanakannya dengan penuh komitmen, disiplin, dan tanggung jawa demi terwujudnya lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas, berintegritas, dan menghasilkan siswa-siswa yang kelak menjadi sumber daya manusia yang tak hanya unggul dalam segi akademik, tapi juga moral, agama, dan sosial. Swot  terdiri dari : kekuatan (strenghtness) yaitu melihat apa saja hal-hal yang menjadi kekuatan sebagai modal yang dapat diandalkan, kelemahan (weakness) yaitu melihat hal-hal yang dipandang menjadi kelemahan sehingga membentuk prioritas untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut, peluang (opportunities) yaitu peluang apa saja yang mungkin dapat diraih untuk mengatasi kelemahan dan mendukung kekuatan dan tantangan atau ancaman (treaths) yaitu hal-hal yang dapat menjadi tantangan baik dilihat dari hal yang positif maupun yang negatif sehingga dapat  dijadikan sebagai pemicu meningkatkan prestasi suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif dan efesien

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role of the academic supervision of the madrasa principal in improving the quality of education in the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Langkat Regency, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study are (1) the activities of the principal as a supervisor in coordinating activities, including coordination of guiding activities via microphone, coordination between teachers in the field of study, making roster and positioning teachers according to their field of expertise; (2) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in providing consultants, include (a) individual techniques (class visits, personal observation and guidance in the office) and (b) group techniques (meetings or regular meetings every month); (3) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in the group leader, in the form of leading firmly, helping or facilitating teachers to develop their potential, providing direction and guidance related to general teaching guidelines, as well as meeting the needs of teachers in teaching; (4) The activities of the principal as a supervisor in the evaluator, include providing assistance in assessing learning processes and outcomes, helping teachers choose the right method according to the curriculum; (5) Factors that affect education supervision in MIN Langkat Regency a) inhibiting factors include: teacher hours are too tight so it is difficult to hold meetings, the head of the foundation that limits all activities, the skills and expertise of the principal who are lacking in carrying out their roles, the principal's time is limited.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the principal's leadership as the key to success in achieving quality education. This research method is library research. The results of the study show that all efforts in improving the quality of education that are carried out cannot be separated from the role of the principal as a leader in the school. In addition, as a school principal, he must involve all education stakeholders in an effort to improve the quality of education. The principal is needed for at least four reasons, namely because many people need a leader figure, in some situations a leader needs to appear to represent his group, as a place to take risks in the event of pressure on his group, and as a place to put power. In conclusion, the right role of the principal can improve the quality of education. With good quality education, it will produce better quality human resources, and will be able to bring this nation to compete in a healthy manner in all fields in the international world. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of education financing management at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative policy analysis method. Data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School Medan's education financing was managed in three stages. The three stages are as follows: (1). Planning entails creating work schedules and budgets for Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School Medan. (2). Implementation entails: a) Education Financing Sources at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan: Education funding is derived from students' monthly and annual educational development contributions, as well as unrestricted non-donors. b). Implementation of Education Financing at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan; Fixed costs in education include the salaries of all educators and education personnel; electrical power services; water; Wi-Fi (internet network) providing equipment for stationery shopping; and non-routine cost requirements such as the cost of repairing facilities and infrastructure due to disaster damage or the period of resilience of goods; and maintenance of Islamic boarding school goods. (3) The evaluation includes the agency's accountability audit report; the repair is carried out in two stages over the course of a year.

Abstract

Orang tua menjadi pendidik utama sebelum anak masuk ke dalam bangku sekolah. Ketika anak sudah memulai pendidikannya di sekolah maka ia akan mendapatkan pengaruh lain dari lingkungan tempat ia belajar. Pendidikan anak di sekolah bukan berarti berakhirnya peranan orang tua. Sekolah dan orang tua memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang krusial dalam pendidikan anak. Partisipasi orang tua sangat diperlukan karena orang tua sangat diperlukan karena orang tua dan sekolah merupakan mitra dalam mengantarkan cita-cita dan membentuk pribadi siswa. Orang tua memiliki peran sangat penting dalam sekolah, karena orang tua mampu memainkan berbagai peran aktif dalam reformasi pendidikan. Terjalinnya komunikasi yang efektif antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua akan membantu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Melalui penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dan tekhnik wawancara, peneliti melakukan observasi terkait dengan Peran Keterlibatan Orang Tua dalam Meningkatkan Keberhasilan Implementasi Manajemen Strategi Pendidikan di MTs Muallimin Univa medan.
