Abstract

Employee commitment is influenced by organizational climate and fairness to be able to grow and develop within an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational justice on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Denpasar City Revenue Service. The hypotheses proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the existence of the phenomena summarized in the problem formulation are: organizational commitment is positively affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment as positively; organizational climate has an effect on job satisfaction as positively; job satisfaction is positively influenced by fairness organization; and organizational commitment is positively effected by job satisfaction. The design of this research system is oriented to the pattern of calculating quantitative data on the existence of questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data both qualitative and quantitative which are then analysed by PLS-based SEM, while the results found are as follows: organizational commitment is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment is positively and significantly; job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational justice is positively and significantly; and organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees have a very important role, where they must spare their energy and thoughts to achieve company goals. The management of corporate culture is directed to the ability to encourage company performance through improving employee performance. The purposes of this study are to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment, employee performance, and employee performance. The population and the respondents were 76 people in the Karangasem Regency Government. This study used the SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Competence affects both the organization's commitment and employee performance positively. Organizational commitment also affects the performance of employees positively and and mediate the relationship between organizational culture and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the Creative Economy sector in collaboration with the IKM Sector to maintain local culture so it continues to grow and be sustainable. The development of IKM creativity is facilitated by the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar Festival which is expected to be able to build an ecosystem, brand image and creative economy networking. For this reason, event implementation as one of the promotional media, so that the IKM brand image can be known by the wider community, both domestically and abroad. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and product value on the brand image of IKM and moderated by the event. Respondents in this study were IKM who participated in the Denpasar Festival event for 3 consecutive years (2017 to 2019). The number of respondents used was 154 IKM using a sampling technique called Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research used SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product value has no effect on brand image, events can moderate the effect of product quality on brand image, and events are not able to moderate the effect of product value on brand image.
