Abstract

Is that true, that carrier ladder whose woman achieved was influenced by her orientation in work? When have a carrier, women state that satisfaction is number one, not a higher position in the organizational hierarchy. This article also investigated, do the carrier ladder between man and woman along the similar path? Woman, actually have a bigger barrier than man do to achieving their carrier. Those big barrier coming from the gender discrimination that have no end, which always we can find it easy in every form of organization, in every country, eventhough in the country which claim themselves put the emancipation on the top of them declaration of nation. Despite that, woman must be have a double role, in office she is a working woman, but in home, she must be a good housewife. Abstract

Team have more value than a group. Team have higher cohesiveness and thighter commitment even of the group has. Everybody guessing that team have a heavier task than a group, therefore, team need a highly cooperation, which can’t be happen if there was any conflict interpersonal inside the team. Even so, conflict not must be eliminate, because, surprisingly, conflict able to improve the team effectiveness, with the right manage for it, of course. Conflict can be direct to the brainstorming area, that can brought all member of the team understanding every one’s the way of thinking. Brainstorming allow everybodies to see and learn for the everybody thougt, accept it with clear thougt and open minded also act professional, free, and independent.Making those thing come true, every body on the team must be cooperative, wisely undesrstanding, open minded, and not pretending. Abstract

Movement of SME sector so important to create growth and jobs opportunity. SMEs is quite flexible and can easily adapt to the tides and the direction of the market demand. They also create jobs opportunity faster than other sectors, and they are also quite diversified and provide an important contribution in the export and trade. Therefore SMEs is an important aspect in the development of a competitive economy. The existence of a wide variety of definitions of SMEs in the determination of the above brings strategic consequences. Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pengayaan manajemen pelayanan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan manajemen operasional khususnya manajemen pelayanan karyawan terhadap nasabah KSPPSS BMT BUM Kota Tegal. Pelatihan manajemen ini di harapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi kinerja karyawan dari tingkat atasan maupun tingkat bawahan terutama dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen operasional pelayanan khususnya terhadap nasabah. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dan pengenalan konsep manajemen terutama dalam hal manajemen pelayanan terhadap nasabah dalam hal bagaimana berkomunikasi yang baik dan membangun karakter sumber daya manusia yang baik menuju keunggulan yang kompetitif dan bersaing. Karyawan KSPPSS BMT BUM khususnya unit customer service dan teller diberi pemahaman tentang fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik terhadap nasabah agar jumlah nasabah semakin menimgkat dan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Kegiatan Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode tatap muka dengan jumlah karyawan terbatas dikarenakan masih dalam kondisi pandemic covid 19 dan juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang konsep-konsep fungsi manajemen khususnya bagaimana membangun karakter sumber daya manusia, memberikan pelayanan yang prima dan berkomunikasi yang efektif baik kepada nasabah dan juga terhadap antar karyawan baik tingkat atasan maupun bawahan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Peserta sangat antusias mendiskusikan segala permasalahan terumata pelayanan dan komunikasi dengan nasabah yang dihadapi di KSPPSS BMT BUM Kota Tegal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Value Added of Intellectual Capital (Capital Coefficient (CC), Human Capital (HC), Structural Capital (SC) to see the impact on profitability on assets and equity in the Indonesian capital market. The sample taken is stocks that enter in the LQ45 index sector for the 2018–2020 period. The research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, purposive sampling technique and the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of the study prove that the Value Added Capital Coefficient (CC) has an effect on Value Creation Assets, while Human Capital (HC) and Structural Capital (SC) has no effect, while from a profitability perspective, the value added capital coefficient (CC) also affects Value Creation Equity, while Human Capital (HC), Structural Capital (SC) does not. effect on Value Creation Equity. These results prove that for companies, which has a high market capitalization and trading volume is influenced by the Value Added Capital Coefficient (CC), while in terms of Human Capital (HC), Structural Capital (SC) has no effect when viewed from the company's Intellectual Capital. The research contribution is that the value added from intellectual capital will lead to value creation both in terms of assets through Return on assets and capital through Return on Equity which is an important element for the company's financial sustainability.

Abstract

BMT Bina Umat Mandiri cabang tegal memiliki kekurangan dalam pelayanan kepada nasabah, serta selama ini tidak menggunakan teknik cross selling dalam pelayanannya, hasil observasi tim pengabdian menemukan tidak adanya pelatihan mendalam mengenai service excellent dan teknik cross selling yang diterapkan oleh customer service dan marketing BMT BUM Kota Tegal, hal tersebut membuat pertumbuhan dana anggota di BMT BUM Kota Tegal tidak maksimal. Melihat kondisi ini tim pengabdian UPS Tegal melakukan Training of Trainer (ToT) ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta praktek langsung bagi kepala bagian maupun kepala cabang mengenai pelayanan serta kemampuan dalam melakukan service excellent dan teknik cross selling terhadap produk yang BMT BUM Kota Tegal jual. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ToT dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi kepada kepala cabang dan kepala bagian di setiap kantor kas di Kota Tegal yang nantinya kepala cabang serta kepala bagian tersebut memberikan pelatihan kepada staff frontliner masing-masing kantor kas, Kegiatan ini dihadiri narasumber berasal dari dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Manfaat yang diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan PKM ini antara lain agar dapat lebih baik lagi dalam pelayanan kepada anggota maupun calon anggota BMT BUM, serta mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan yang didapatkan melalui strategi cross selling yang dilakukan oleh seluruh karyawan BMT BUM Kota Tegal khususnya pada Customer Service pada setiap cabang BMT BUM Kota Tegal.

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha di dunia perbankan juga memiliki peran penting dalam memajukan perekonomian di Indonesia meskipun skala kegiatan usahanya tidak sebesar bank umum. Tujiuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui pengaruh BOPO terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh LDIR terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh NPL terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh CAR terhadap  kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Analisis regresi liner berganda dan Uji Signifikan (uji t, uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi). Dari hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh BOPO terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR; ada pengaruh LDIR terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR; tidak terdapat pengaruh NPL terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal; ada pengaruh CAR terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal; tidak ada pengaruh cash ratio  terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa terdapat pengaruh BOPO, LDIR, NPL, CAR, dan cash ratio kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal.
