Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale have an important role for the national income in Indonesia. They were proved ? could be survive while the country had economic crisis. This study aims to determine analysis the influence of training, capital, and the managerial empirically to MSME income (case study to MSME of batik centre). This research used 60 samples with purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaires.  The analysis method of this research is linear multiple regression. The results of the analysis indicate that partially and simultaneously independent variables affect MSMEs income.  Keywords: training, capital, income, MSMEs

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pengayaan manajemen pelayanan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan manajemen operasional khususnya manajemen pelayanan karyawan terhadap nasabah KSPPSS BMT BUM Kota Tegal. Pelatihan manajemen ini di harapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi kinerja karyawan dari tingkat atasan maupun tingkat bawahan terutama dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen operasional pelayanan khususnya terhadap nasabah. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dan pengenalan konsep manajemen terutama dalam hal manajemen pelayanan terhadap nasabah dalam hal bagaimana berkomunikasi yang baik dan membangun karakter sumber daya manusia yang baik menuju keunggulan yang kompetitif dan bersaing. Karyawan KSPPSS BMT BUM khususnya unit customer service dan teller diberi pemahaman tentang fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik terhadap nasabah agar jumlah nasabah semakin menimgkat dan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Kegiatan Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode tatap muka dengan jumlah karyawan terbatas dikarenakan masih dalam kondisi pandemic covid 19 dan juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang konsep-konsep fungsi manajemen khususnya bagaimana membangun karakter sumber daya manusia, memberikan pelayanan yang prima dan berkomunikasi yang efektif baik kepada nasabah dan juga terhadap antar karyawan baik tingkat atasan maupun bawahan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Peserta sangat antusias mendiskusikan segala permasalahan terumata pelayanan dan komunikasi dengan nasabah yang dihadapi di KSPPSS BMT BUM Kota Tegal. Abstract

SMES have a very important role, so it can be said that SMES are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. BPS Data informs that about 99% of existing business units are SMES capable of absorbing manpower about 96.3% of the amount of productive workforce available. But since the outbreak of Covid-19 struck Indonesia from the end of December 2019, the business of SMES is one of the most experienced sectors, such as sales that go down, difficult to obtain raw materials, the disbanding of production and capital are some of the perceived effects of SMES during the pandemic.  To be able to continue to maintain its performance, it takes good cooperation from all parties from government, private, and community participation. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of training and leadership on the performance of SME Kab. Tegal during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study took 100 random samples and data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that partial training had no significant effect on performance, while leadership had a significant influence on MSME performance. Simultaneously the training and leadership significantly affect the performance of SME Kab. Tegal during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Training to the SMES will help improve the performance during the pandemic. Keywords: SMES, leadership, training, pandemic covid-19, performance

Abstract

BMT Bina Umat Mandiri cabang tegal memiliki kekurangan dalam pelayanan kepada nasabah, serta selama ini tidak menggunakan teknik cross selling dalam pelayanannya, hasil observasi tim pengabdian menemukan tidak adanya pelatihan mendalam mengenai service excellent dan teknik cross selling yang diterapkan oleh customer service dan marketing BMT BUM Kota Tegal, hal tersebut membuat pertumbuhan dana anggota di BMT BUM Kota Tegal tidak maksimal. Melihat kondisi ini tim pengabdian UPS Tegal melakukan Training of Trainer (ToT) ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta praktek langsung bagi kepala bagian maupun kepala cabang mengenai pelayanan serta kemampuan dalam melakukan service excellent dan teknik cross selling terhadap produk yang BMT BUM Kota Tegal jual. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ToT dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi kepada kepala cabang dan kepala bagian di setiap kantor kas di Kota Tegal yang nantinya kepala cabang serta kepala bagian tersebut memberikan pelatihan kepada staff frontliner masing-masing kantor kas, Kegiatan ini dihadiri narasumber berasal dari dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Manfaat yang diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan PKM ini antara lain agar dapat lebih baik lagi dalam pelayanan kepada anggota maupun calon anggota BMT BUM, serta mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan yang didapatkan melalui strategi cross selling yang dilakukan oleh seluruh karyawan BMT BUM Kota Tegal khususnya pada Customer Service pada setiap cabang BMT BUM Kota Tegal.

Abstract

Business competition is very fierce, especially where everything almost happens online, thus increasing competition to the global stage. This fierce competition is one of the reasons why in running any business, including MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) digitalization is needed. The number of MSMEs in Indonesia experiences an increasing trend every year, according to data from BPS The number of MSMEs in Indonesia in 2019 has increased by 1.98% with the magnitude of the increase making competition between MSMEs already very large. This makes MSMEs must always innovate to create products that are acceptable to the market. The rapid development of internet technology, especially in Indonesia, has largely changed the pattern of people's lives from various sides. Based on survey data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) in 2020, the number of internet users in Indonesia reached 171.1 million, this number has increased in 2021 by 202.7 million (based on the Communication and Information Technology report) and this number will continue to increase significantly. The Brebes MSME Clubanostic is an MSME community that has been incorporated and is located in Brebes Regency. Established since November 11, 2018, which started from KLUBAN (Banjaratna MSME Family) Banjaratna is a village from Bulakamba Brebes District. From the description above, the MSMEs of the Klubanostic Community of Brebes Regency in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business UPS Tegal are very interested in holding a community service program, namely appropriate training in activities to start or develop existing citizen businesses.

Abstract

BUMDes is a form of strengthening village economic institutions and is a tool for utilizing the local economy, whose formation aims to improve the economic welfare of rural communities through the development of economic businesses and local sources of income. Its establishment is in line with Law No. 6 of 2004 concerning Villages and Permendes PDTT RI No. 4 of 2015. The purpose of this service activity is to find out the process of forming a good and professional West Mejasem Village BUMDes in accordance with its purpose. In this method of devotion there are 3 (three) stages; The first stage, socialization and initiation about the process of forming BUMDes, the second stage, participants get material "BUMDes", the third stage, participants get material on "The Meaning and Philosophy of BUMDes and Building the Profile and Character of Resilient Entrepreneurs". This counseling and role was held on Friday and Saturday, November 21, 2021, the opening of which was carried out by the Head of West Mejasem Village, Kramat District, Tegal Regency, which was attended by representatives from the District, Chairman of BKD, head of RW in the West Mejasem Village environment, Waste Management, and Karang Taruna. The implementation of the BUMDes SPIRIT Management Training program describes the strengthening of administration, especially accounting, marketing, and management in general. So that the expectation to be achieved is regarding the implementation of bookkeeping administration based on generally applicable rules, namely BUMDes Accounting by applying SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat dalam perkembangan perusahaan atau organisasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk dapat bersaing di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana implementasi kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sifatnya efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di era bisnis global. Penelitian ini kemudian akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai hasil penelitian dan studi terdahulu yang masih memiliki adanya keterkaitan dengan isi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa dalam penerapannya, akan muncul berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, perbedaan budaya dan nilai, serta sulitnya fleksibiltas. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya beberapa solusi dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan ini, seperti penggunaan teknologi dan otomatisasi, peningkatan kesadaran terhadap nilai dan budaya, serta mengembangkan program keterlibatan karyawan.
