Abstract

AbstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemberdaya sumberdaya manusia dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus yang menjelaskan dan menggambarkan penemuan-penemuan nyata yang ditemukan oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan proses perencanaan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang telah dirancang pada saat rapat koordinasi sekolah yang dilakukan setiap tahun , kemudian perencanaan itu dimulai dengan melakukan kegiatan  musyawarah dengan tutor sebaya atau MGMP, atau dengan mengundang guru tamu dari industry atau guru dari sekolah lain,  dan menyuruh guru untuk mengikuti Pendidikan dan latihan baik yang dilakukan dari pihak pemerintah ataupun swasta Kata-kata kunci: Model Kepemimpinan, Sumberdaya manusia, Kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This article aims to systematically describe the quality management pillars of madrasas in the new normal era which need to be understood so that the education service process in the new normal era, especially madrasas, still meets quality management standards. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator, supervisor dan motivator untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada masa pembelajaran pandemik. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai edukator memberikan pelatihan yang membangun sikap rasa tanggungjawab bagi guru dimasa pandemik. Selain itu kepala sekolah meluangkan waktu untuk bertukar pendapat (sharing), kerjasama dalam pencegahan dan perbaikan serta peningkatan mutu pembelajaran.Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor melakukan adanya pembelajaran, sehingga seluruh aktivitas organisasi sekolah bermuara pada pencapaian efesiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, salah satu tugas kepala sekolah adalah sebagai supervisor, yaitu mensupervisi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kependidikan. Supervisi sesungguhnya dapat dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah yang berperan sebagai supervisor, tetapi dalam sistem organisasi pendidikan modern diperlakukan supervisi khusus yang lebih independent, dan dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dalam pembinaan dan pelaksanaan tugasnya.Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator juga mamberikan hal yang terbaik untuk kemajuan SD 066044 Helvetia Medan dimana salah satunya adalah menjadi motivator adalah dengan memberikan support kepada guru yang mengalami masalah, disamping memberikan masukan kepada guru, kepala sekolah pastinya memberikan motivasi kepada guru yang bersangkutan agar guru bisa menemukan titik semangat lagi dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Kerja Guru Abstract This study aims to determine the role of school principals as educators, supervisors and motivators to improve teacher performance during the pandemic learning period. With qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the leadership role of the principal as an educator provides training that builds an attitude of responsibility for teachers during the pandemic. In addition, the principal takes the time to exchange opinions (sharing), cooperation in prevention and improvement as well as improving the quality of learning. The principal as a supervisor conducts learning, so that all school organizational activities lead to the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Therefore, one of the principal's duties is as a supervisor, namely supervising the work carried out by educational staff. Supervision can actually be carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, but in the modern educational organization system special supervision is treated which is more independent, and can increase objectivity in coaching and carrying out his duties. The principal as a motivator also provides the best for the progress of SD 066044 Helvetia Medan where one of them is being a motivator is to provide support to teachers who have problems, in addition to providing input to teachers, school principals certainly provide motivation to the teacher concerned so that teachers can find another point of enthusiasm in teaching. Abstract

Job satisfaction is influenced by many factors, including job characteristics, school climate, and leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, leadership and school climate on job satisfaction of JSIT High School teachers in Medan City. The research population is teachers from SMA IT AL-Fityan, SMA Al-Amjad, and SMA Nurul Azmi, all totaling 122 people. The research sample was selected randomly or randomly. The number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula at a 95% confidence level, so that there were 94 teachers consisting of 29 male teachers and 65 female teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Furthermore, reliability and validity tests were carried out. The data were analyzed using coefficient, correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the coefficient calculation show that there is a significant relationship, (1) the variable of the teacher's work characteristics X1Y = 3,300, (2) the variable of the principal's leadership X2Y = 2,92, (3) the variable of the school climate X3Y = 5,537 and (4) the work characteristics of the teacher, Principal leadership and school climate X1X2X3Y = 3.892 at the 5% confidence level. Looking at the strength of the relationship using the Spearman rank test, it was found that (1) the variable of teacher work characteristics X1Y = 0,542** is interpreted as having a strong and direct correlation, (2) the principal leadership variable X2Y = 0.678** is interpreted as a strong and direct correlation, (3) the variable school climate X3Y = 0.806** means a very strong and unidirectional correlation. The results of the regression calculation show that the contribution of teacher work characteristics to satisfaction is 38%, for principals' leadership 22.6% and for school climate 42.8%. The suggestion is that it is necessary to develop other variables that contribute to teacher job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of: Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Compensation on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga. The population in this study were all teachers in Sibolga 2 Public Junior High School, totaling 46 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Then tested the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that: (a) The relationship between the variable Job Satisfaction (X1) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 25.513 + 0.323 X1. This means that if Job Satisfaction increases by 1 point then the teacher's performance will increase by 0.323 points at a constant of 25.513 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (b) The relationship between the compensation variable (X2) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 23.332 + 0.473 X1. This means that if the compensation increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.473 points at a constant of 23.332. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (c) The relationship between the Organizational Commitment variable (X3) and teacher performance (Y) is in the form of a regression equation Y = 24.150 + 0.434X1. This means that if compensation increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.434 points at a constant of 24.150. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (d) Because Fcount > Ftable or 11,699 > 2,827, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be written that there is an influence of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Organizational Commitment together on the performance of SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga teachers.

Abstract

The Effect Of Learning Innovations And Motivation On Learning Effectiveness Online At Mtss In Dolok Batu District Nanggar Simalungun Regency. This study aims to analyze the effect of: learning facilities, learning innovation, motivation on the effectiveness of online learning and the effect of learning tools for learning innovation and motivation together on the effectiveness of online learning in MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar district, Simalungun district. The population in this study were all teachers at MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, which amounted to 144 people. Based on the results of the calculation of the Slovin formula, it is known that the number of samples to be studied is 59 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was done by random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing directly with the F test and partially with the t test. The results showed that: The results of partial hypothesis testing showed that the tcount for the Learning Facilities variable was 2,343 and ttable with = 5% was known to be 1.67, thus tcount was greater than ttable and the significant value for Learning Facilities was 0.023 < 0.05, meaning that from the results From this it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the tcount value of the control variable is 2,963 and the t table with alpha = 5% is considered to be 1.67, so that the t count is greater than t table and a significant monitoring value is 0.004 < 0.05, which means that it can be concluded from the findings. that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the tcount value for the learning motivation variable is 2.619 and ttable with = 5% is known to be 1.67, thus tcount is greater than ttable and the significant value of Learning Motivation is 0.011 < 0.05, meaning that from these results it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (Ha is accepted). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the Fcount for the variables Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation and Learning Motivation is 7.497 and Ftable with = 5% is known to be 2.77, thus Fcount is greater than Ftable, meaning that from these results it can be concluded that H0 is rejected ( Ha accepted) indicates that Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation and Learning Motivation together have a significant effect on Learning Effectiveness at MTsS in Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun RegencyKeywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Innovation, Motivation, and Learning EffectivenessAbstrak: Pengaruh Sarana Belajar Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring di Mtss Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Sarana belajar, Inovasi Belajar, Motivasi terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring dan pengaruh Sarana Belajar Inovasi Belajar dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Efektifitas Pembelajaran Daring di MTsS Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada pada MTsS Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun, yang berjumlah 144 Orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus slovin maka di ketahui jumlah sampel yang akan di teliti sebanyak 59 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas, reabilitas, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, uji hipotesis secara langsung dengan uji F dan secara parsial dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitunguntukvariabelSarana Belajar  adalah2,343danttabeldenganα = 5% diketahui sebesar 1,67 dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dannilai signifikan Sarana Belajar 0.023 < 0.05 artinya darihasil tersebut didapat kesimpulan bahwa H0ditolak (Haditerima). HasilujihipotesissecaraparsialmenunjukkanbahwanilaithitungVariabelkontrolsebesar 2,963 dan t tabel dengan alpha = 5% dianggap sebesar 1,67, sehingga t hitunglebihbesardarittabeldannilaipengawasanyangsignifikansebesar0.004 < 0.05yangberartidapatdisimpulkandaritemuantersebutbahwaH0adalahditolak(Haditerima). Hasilujihipotesissecarasimultan  menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung untuk variabel Sarana Belajar,Inovasi pembelajaran dan Motivasi Belajar adalah 7,497 dan Ftabeldengan α = 5% diketahuisebesar 2,77 dengan demikian Fhitunglebih besar dari FtabelartinyadarihasiltersebutdidapatkesimpulanbahwaH0   ditolak (Haditerima) menunjukkan bahwa Sarana Belajar,Inovasi pembelajaran dan Motivasi Belajar secarabersama-samaberpengaruhsignifikanterhadapEfektifitas Pembelajaran  padaMTsS Se-Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar Kabupaten Simalungun
