Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership styles on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the influence of the principal's paternalistic leadership style (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) at SDIT AR Rohmaniyah Kec. Tanah Sareal Bogor City which has been carried out by researchers, from the results of the answers to a questionnaire that has been distributed to 44 respondents using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it is concluded that there is a positive but insignificant effect between the principal's paternalistic leadership style on satisfaction teacher work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan  media pembelajaran berbasis permainan edukatif MONUZA (Monopoli Wujud Zat) pada materi “Bagaimana Wujud Benda Berubah?” untuk kelas IV dengan melihat kevalidan dan kelayakan media tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan: (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Setetelah dilakukannya pengujian kelayakan, dapat disimpulkan: (1) hasil rata-rata penilaian kelayakan  ahli materi adalah 91,7% dengan kategori sangat valid, penilaian kelayakan ahli media adalah  95,3% dengan kategori sangat valid; (2) hasil rata-rata penilaian setelah dilakukannya uji coba skala kecil sebesar 84,67% dengan kategori sangat baik atau layak. Berdasarkan hasil kelayakan dapat disimpulkan dari ahli materi dan media sampai di lakukannya uji coba skala kecil bahwa media MONUZA dapat diimplementasikan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi “Bagaimana Wujud Benda Berubah?” untuk kelas IV.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teacher leadership with a literature study approach. The essence of leadership in the classroom is the ability to influence and move students to achieve learning goals in class. The teacher can also become a leader during the learning process, both inside and outside the classroom. The goal is that the teacher is expected to be able to lead students according to the leadership function related to the learning objectives to be achieved. A teacher must also understand good leadership models, this is because a good learning process is determined by a leadership style that is identical to the teacher's leadership model in the learning process in the classroom. The learning process at the elementary school level is very different from that at the secondary level, especially in terms of conveying learning material to students. Automatically the teacher's leadership style must also be adapted to the situation of students at the elementary school level. Keywords: Teacher leadership, teacher's role, leadership

Abstract

The school literacy movement (GLS) is an effort made by educational institutions related to increasing the awareness of students to read and write so that they will gain broader knowledge and insights. The purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the school principal's transformational leadership on the school literacy movement at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency. The research method used is a type of literature study research. Data collection in this study was obtained by examining and then linking reading sources to problems in the research area with the transformational leadership contributions of school principals to the school literacy movement. The principal of SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang has strategies and efforts to support the GLS program, namely making literacy journals, procuring class libraries, geulis trees, class bulletin boards, and literacy ambassadors. The GLS program that is being implemented is able to motivate students to increase their interest in reading, to be able to make good use of time, especially with the Geulis tree program and class madding. Besides reading, students can imagine and be creative in expressing their ideas from something they read. This is proven to be able to eliminate boredom during literacy hours.
