Abstract

Partners realize that the production of cultivated fish can still be increased, one of which is by monitoring water quality by providing aeration to maintain water health. Partners need a technological assistance that can improve the quality of results and production levels in a shorter time, and of course not incur large electricity costs from using this technology. This community service program activity is designed to solve partner problems. The proposal team provided a technology product called E-Ox Level, a proven technology to monitor pond water quality and control the aerator engine to keep it at optimum water quality standards. This technology is energy efficient, because it utilizes solar energy. This product can reduce operating costs and increase production yields. This program shows positive results. The results of its installation in the Budikdamber pond showed that the growth rate of fish length and weight was faster than the pond without the help of technology, and the mortality rate was recorded to be lower. These results are similar when the technological device is applied to larger biofloc ponds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of school principal e-leadership on the innovation of teachers in MA Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. This research uses quantitative research. The data collected in the form of numbers were analyzed by linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-testing in nature. The questionnaire is systematically compiled by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher. The questionnaire in this study is a closed questionnaire, which is a questionnaire that contains the answers given by the researcher, until a respondent can only choose one answer that suits him. The questionnaire in this study contains a series of statements, including five alternative answers, and both positive and negative statements are answered by the teacher. Based on the regression test obtained a significant value of 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's e-leadership on teacher innovation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Ups and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) in science learning. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). However, this research is limited only at the development stage. This research involved fourth grade MI/SD students at MI Al-Husna Tenjolaya, Bogor Regency. Data collection in this study used interviews and a Likert scale questionnaire (product validation). The data collected was then analyzed descriptively to describe the feasibility of Pokari-Dahitu (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) in science learning. The results of the study showed that (1) the Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) had never been used before for science learning; (2) Pokari-Dahitu learning media (Pop-Up and Plant Life Cycle Magic Cards) get material validation with a percentage of 93% and media validation with a percentage of 81%, so that it is concluded that the development of powtoon media in mathematics subject matter "circumference and area flat wake" is feasible to use.
