Abstract

Research background : Primary Health Care one of the public health services has the main task of providing community health development and basic health services, through increasing public access to health services with a priority for promotive and preventive efforts combined in a balanced manner with curative and rehabilitative efforts. (MOH, 2003). One of the indicators of the success of individual health services at primary health care is patient satisfaction. Satisfaction according to Kotler (in Supranto, 2001) is defined as a post-consumption assessment, that a selected product can meet or exceed consumer expectations, thereby affecting the decision-making process for repurchasing the same product.Research purposes: To determine the level of patient satisfaction with basic health services in Primary Health Care throughout Blora Regency which is seen from the dimensions: responsiveness (responsiveness), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) and tangible (direct evidence).Research Methods: Design This study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey, conducted in 10 primary health care included in the Blora Regency area. The research subjects were inpatients and outpatients. Samples were taken as many as 300 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was cluster and random sampling in the selection of health centers and the selection of respondents using accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 42 question items. To analyze data using a frequency distribution using a computerResearch Discusion : shows the tendency of patients to be satisfied and very satisfied with the services provided by the health center. Although few are dissatisfied. However, from one puskesmas to another varies in the level of satisfaction. Conclusion: Patients are more satisfied and very satisfied than those who are less satisfied with the services of health workers at the primary health care

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground : Joint flexibility decreases in old age due to a degenerative process resulting in changes in joints, connective tissue and cartilage in the elderly. Decreasing flexibility is also due to reduced elasticity of muscle fibers, where connective tissue in muscle fibers increases (Mariyam, 2008).Objective : The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of active exercise (ROM) on the lower extremities on increasing the flexibility of the knee joint in the elderlyMethods : This study using a quasi-experimental approach with One group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique uses the Slovin method of 42 people, obtained a sample of 25 elderly. Exercise is done twice a day for 8 days. Measurements were made on day 1, day 4 and day 8 of the study using a Goniometer measuring instrument..Result : The results of measurement I average of the right knee joint 117.52o, measurement II = 122.24, measurement III = 126, 36o. From the analysis with Paired simple t-Test between the measurements I and II, it was found that the different test measurements I and II t count value was equal to -1.908 with 0.068. Because sig 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, meaning that the average angle of ROM before and after training is the same (not different). In the different test measurements II and III the value of t count is equal to -2.152 with sig 0.042.Conclusion : Because sig 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a difference in ROM angle after training between days 4 to 8 with the first day to day 4. Thus it can be stated that active ROM exercises affect the angle of ROM of the knee joint elderly after exercise ROM between day 4 to day 8. Keywords: active ROM exercise, flexibility of knee joint, elderly.

Abstract

Cases Stunting in children can be a predictor the low quality of a country's human resources. The state of stunting causes poor cognitive abilities, low productivity, and increased risk of disease resulting in long-term losses for the Indonesian economy. Nutrition problems, especially stunting in infants, can inhibit a child's development, with negative impacts that will last in the next life such as intellectual decline, susceptibility to non-communicable diseases, decreased productivity to cause poverty and the risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Knowing the effectiveness of the assistance of Akper students to mothers who have children Stunting to Height / Length of Child Body. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a Pre and Post Test with Control Group Control Test design, where mothers who have stunting children are assisted by acper students by providing health education 6 properly taking medicine, immunization, breastfeeding Exclusive, MP-ASI, Nursing Mothers Nutrition and Benefits of Zynk and Fe. After mentoring, a re-evaluation of body length / height was then compared with the control group. Analysis of different tests using the Mann Whitney Test. The results of the statistical analysis of the treatment group accompanied by the student akper to the addition of the stunting length / height of the child obtained p = 0,000 (P0.05), the control group p = 0,000 (P0.05). Although equally significant changes occur in body length / height, if examined based on nutritional status (TB / Age) the control group only changes its status from very short to short. Adds because it is still involved in a period of growth and development but is not maximal compared to the assistance was carried out. This means that the child who is a control group is still in a stunting condition. However, the treatment group, from very short status to normal status, is free from stunting status. While Mann Whytney's different test in the treatment group and the control group results p = 0,000 (P0.05), meaning that the Akper student assistance for mothers whose children are stunting effectively increases the length / height of the child compared to the control group. The assistance of Akper students to mothers who have stunting children effectively increases the length / height of the child.
