Article is about a new concept of character education mabadi khaira ummah (MKU). The concept tries to integrate concept of character education with unique concept mabadi khaira ummah (MKU). The aim is to develop an unique concept based on socio-cultural Indonesia having Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in Islamic prespective. This new concept rests on concepts and values khaira ummah, ummatan wasathan, and rahmatan lil ‘alamin. collaboration between lecturers and KKN IAINU Kebumen students in 2021. The research location is at the Nahdlatul Ulama Representative Council (MWCNU) Sruweng Kebumen. The purpose of the research is to find out the process of social transformation that occurs at MWCNU Sruweng by examining the background and goals behind the success of MWCNU Sruweng holding land owned by MWCNU Sruweng, as well as knowing the concepts and values behind it. The research is qualitative with an inverse action research approach model. Research informants were a number of MWCNU Sruweng administrators who were involved in land acquisition. The research was conducted in August-September 2021. The results of the research are: (a) the research model succeeded in exploring the background of the problem and the objectives of land acquisition, (b) the main concept of land acquisition for MWCNU Sruweng as a physical facility, which in the future will be able to build buildings MWCNU Sruweng for the development of the religious life of NU residents in the Sruweng area, in order to achieve community welfare both spiritually and materially, (c) there are concepts and noble values based on culture and religion behind land acquisition. Suggestions, that the research model and values that have been investigated are appropriate to be used for the purposes of looking at society's present, past, and future. AbstractThis research is done for looking for formula of mabadi khaira ummah as a matter of character education in SMK Maarif 2 Gombong. Mabadi khaira ummah itself is concept and values of building good society resulted by Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Research want to know how to manage mabadi khaira ummahal. Research is qualitative with interview, investigation, and documentation, and also combining snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques which the headmaster as the first informant and then some persons as informants. The research is done on April-August 2014 and turn to be checked on August-September 2017. Results of research are that mabadi khaira ummah is managed by headmaster of SMK Maarif 2 Gombong, not only in a specific lesson but also in some activities of school regularly, and that the headmaster also leads and moves all components managementally. The other result is that this research can build a pattern of management of education. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti rumusan mabadi khaira ummah sebagai sebuah materi pendidikan karakter di SMK Maarif 2 Gombong. Mabadi khaira ummah itu sendiri merupakan konsep dan nilai-nilai tentang membangun masyarakat yang baik yang dihasilkan oleh Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ingin mengetahui bagaimana manajemen mabadi khaira ummahal. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi, dan juga menggabungkan teknik sampling snowball dan purposive sampling dengan kepala sekolah sebagai informan pertama dan kemudian sejumlah orang sebagai informan. Penelitian dilakukan April-Agustus 2014 dan kembali diteliti untuk penguatan pada Agustus-September 2017. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa mabadi khaira ummah itu dikelola oleh Kepala SMK Maarif 2 Gombong, tidak hanya dalam mata pelajaran khusus tetapi juga dalam sejumlah kegiatan sekolah secara regular, dan bahwa kepala sekolah juga memimpin dan menggerakkan seluruh komponen sekolah secara manajerial. Hasil lain adalah bahwa penelitian ini dapat membangun suatu pola manajemen pendidikan.

This paper aims to determine the extent of the role of political parties in the management of budget determination, especially the budget in the education sector. This paper is qualitative by conducting a study and analysis of related laws and regulations, as well as juxtaposing them with a number of relevant scientific writings. The result shows that the position and role of political parties is very significant in the budget-setting management process.

Abstract This collaborative research by student-lecturers aims to find out the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning during the covid19 pandemic at SMK Maarif 1 Kebumen, the obstacles that arise, and the solution steps. This research is a qualitative research using SWOT analysis. Data mining techniques with the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. Research informants are the PAI teachers from grades X, XI, and XII. In addition, other informants were the principal and vice principal of the curriculum field. The research was carried out for two months during PLP activities at the research location. The results of the study are, that (1)learning planning is made with an online learning model, and there are two types of planning, namely, document form and non-document form, (2)the implementation of PAI learning at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen using a blended learning model, (3) obstacles that arise and solutions occur and are divided into two parts, namely, from educators and students.

This qualitative research aims to determine the process of cultivating moderate Islamic values in the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Class X at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen and to determine its success. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation using descriptive-analytic analysis techniques. The research informants were Class X Islamic Education teachers and other related informants. The research was conducted in August-October 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic. The results of the research are that: (1)during the Covid19 pandemic the process of cultivating moderate Islamic values (wasathiyah) regarding al-adl (justice), al-tawazun (balance), and al-tasamuh (tolerance) continues in the X-Class on PAI Learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen according to curriculum guidelines balanced with teacher creativity in incorporating these concepts and values from the start of making lesson plans to the learning evaluation process, (2)the success of planting moderate Islamic values is reflected in the results of the evaluation of learning and participant behavior Class X students of SMKN 1 Kebumen.

This article aims to find out the elements of the organization and at the same time try to build a model for the development of private universities based on these elements. The article uses descriptive narrative method. The result is that there are 7 elements: strategy, structure, system, shared values, style, staff, and skills. PTS carries out the tri dharma: teaching, research, and community service. The development of private universities relies on the transformative managerial ability of its leadership in the midst of a disruptive global flow.

8 national standards of Education (SNP) are standards that must be held in madrasah. However, in its implementation is generally less than the maximum note the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and challenges of each. This study aims to comb one by one 8 SNP, both strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, then summarize them in making work priorities for improving the quality of madrasah. The method used is SWOT analysis, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation of about 8 SNP. The informants of the study were the head of the madrasah and a number of teachers and related staff. The management theory used is quality management and plan-do-check-act (PDCA). Research begins October 20, 2022. The results of the study were: (a) principals make planning decisions facilities and infrastructure in MTs Khaudlul Ulum. (b) MTs Khaudlul Ulum has limited infrastructure so that in the application of 8 national standards of education is not maximized on each indicator. (C) the evaluation allocates several rooms to be used as classrooms. (d) the principal's efforts in taking action is to plan RAB one year ahead.

Kemitraan tri sentra pendidikan adalah kerjasama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat yang berlandaskan pada azas gotong royong, kesamaa, kedudukan, saling percaya, saling menghormati, dan kesediaan untuk berkorban dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang menumbuhkan karakter dan budaya prestasi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kemitraan antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat di MI Al Mukarromah Kebumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kemitraan sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat di MI Al Mukarromah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan yang melibatkan keluarga dan masyarakat, seperti pembentukan POMG, parenting class, kegiatan khotmil Quran, dan lain-lain. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemitraan antara keluarga dengan sekolah itu sudah baik, akan tetapi untuk program khusus mengenai kemitraan antara keluarga dengan masyarakat belum ada, padahal hal tersebut kami rasa penting untuk pembentukan citra baik MI Al Mukarromah dimata masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk dapat merealisasikannya seperti contohnya sosialisasi sekolah lewat bansos kepada masyarakat, maupun perayaan lain yang lebih melibatkan keluarga wali siswa dengan masyarakat
