Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of fee and factor of religiosity on the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board. It also aims to determine the influence the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and Good Corporate Governance individually or simultaneously on the performance of BMT in Sukoharjo and Karanganyar.This study used a sample of 30 data is spread over 9 BMT in Sukoharjo, and 6 BMT in Karanganyar. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis.The results in this study show fee and religiosity (practice) influence the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board, the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and Good Corporate Governance partial and simultaneous influence on the performance of BMT.

Abstract

Al-Qur`an belived by Muslim as the holy book used asguidance to be able to have happy life in the world until hereafter.But the reality revealed that Muslim society seen to be fartherfrom what the holy Qur‟an wanted. The data showed that most ofthe Muslims people were not able to read the Holy Qur‟an. If theywere able to read it, they were not able to understand the Qur‟an‟scontent. If they were able to understand its content, they were notable to practice it. If there were able to practicing the Qur‟aniccontent, their practicing most incompatible with the Syariahdemand. In other words, most of the Muslim society were not ableyet to interact with the Holy Qur‟an like what have done byUlama salafush shalih: who have successed to made Al-Qur`an asstarting point to promote Islamic civilization.Key words:

Abstract

The Family in the Qur'an is the main pillar of a society.Family occupies a strategic position in the formation of man. Includedin the hopes of building a family of anti-corruption. Planting the anticorruptionneeds to be done early. Particularly through the practice ofreligion is not limited to mere ritual activity. But also to transform thevalues of rituals in daily life character. Among Qurani values, whichcan be used to build the character of a family of anti-corruption is theintention of working as a worship, cultivate a sense of shame in thefamily, cultivate honesty in the family, even the simplest life as highofficials, educate the family to work hard. And the most important wayin instilling the values Qur`an is the real example of parents for theirchildren. So that when they grow up to be a part of the communitywho are able to protect themselves from a variety of crimes includingcorruption.

Abstract

As Muslim we have an obligatory to have good enoughunderstanding about the Holy Qur’an. As one ways for Muslims to getgood enough understanding and practing the essential message ofQur’an, some of the Islamic scholar published some books ofQur’anic interpretation (Tafsir). Even actually all of Muslim hasgiven good enough freedom to utilize their mind to interprete the HolyQur’an, but there were some limitations from the mind. Abstract

This article aims to find out how the opinion of IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a about naskh in the Qur’an? How did IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a interpret the verses about religious freedom that were claimed to be annulled? And what are the implications for the interpretation of texts about religious freedom? The research method is a library research, with the object of religious freedom verses claimed to be annulled in the book of IbnKathîr and RashîdRid}â. Using the descriptive-analytical and comparative analysis with Hermeneutics Romansis Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher approach, the article argues thatIbnKathîr acknowledges the existence of naskh in the Qur’an, but not everything said as annulled is received by him. While Rashîd Rid}a rejects the theory of naskh in the Qur’an. Related to interpretation, IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a reject the opinion of naskh against the verses of religious freedom. Though Rashîd Rid}a seems more emphatically for his refusal. Being the most important implications are that the verses of religious freedom are fundamental and universal, so it is impossible for them to be annulled; the need for change in the paradigm of the law lapsed; and the creation of a peaceful religious life.

Abstract

The aim of the compiling of the study was to find out and explain the academic matters, was to find out how big the effect of memorizing al-Qur’an and the intentity of tahajud prayer toward academic achievement of Qur’an Hadis either collectively or partially. The study was quantitative with education as its scope. Rather it used the combination of library and field research as its research place. The collecting data used questionnaire and documentation. The validation of the research instrument by analizing items was counted with correlation formula ‘Product Moment’, and the reliability was counted by formula Alpha Cronbach. The technique of analizing data to examine hypothesis was correlation analysis technique of Product Moment and technique double regression two predictors. The result of the study showed that significance level 5% was acquired by the value of t count of either memorizing al-Qur’an or intentity of tahajud prayer was 0,182 and 0,579, whereas the value of t table was 2,026. Since t count < t table, it can be inferred that neither memorizing al-Qur’an nor intentity of tahajud prayer has significant effect toward academic achievement of Qur’an Hadis. In addition, based on the result of the study, the test value of F count was 0,389 and based on the table, the value of F table was 3,245. Since F count < F table, the conclusion was that there was no significant effect of memorizing al-Qur’an and intentity of tahajud prayer on academic achievement of Qur’an Hadis collectively. Based on the analizing, the researcher found the other factor that could influence students academic achievement was motivation, either motivation of memorizing al-Qur’an or tahajud prayer.Disusunnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hal-hal yang terkait dengan problem akademik, yaitu:mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh hafalan al-Qur’an dan intensitas salat tahajud baik secara bersama-sama atau parsial terhadap prestasi belajar Qur’an Hadis. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendidikan sebagai ruang lingkup penelitiannya dan menggabungkan kepustakaan (library research) dan lapangan (field research)sebagai tempat penelitiannya.Metode pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrument penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis butir hitung dengan rumus korelasi product moment. Reliabilitas instrument dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai untuk menguji hipotesis adalah teknik analisis korelasi Product moment dan teknik regresi ganda 2 prediktor.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai t hitung hafalan al-Qur’an dan intensitas salat tahajud secara berurutan sebesar 0,182 dan 0,579, sedangkan  t tabel 2,026.  Karena  t hitung < t tabel  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  baik hafalan al-Qur’an maupun intensitas salat tahajud tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Qur’an Hadis. Kemudian berdasar hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai uji F hitung sebesar  0,389 dan berdasar tabel diperoleh nilai F Tabel sebesar 3,245. Karena F hitung < F tabel  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama sama antara hafalan al-Qur’an dan intensitas salat tahajud terhadap nilai mata pelajaran Qur’an Hadis. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang bisa mempengaruhi prestasi belajar santriwati, yaitu motivasi. Baik motivasi menghafal al-Qur’an ataupun motivasi salat tahajud.

Abstract

Educational methods have an important role in the education process, educators who are engaged in teaching and learning process, if want the goal can be achieved effectively and efficiently, then using appropriate methods in teaching and learning process in accordance with the material being taught and the ability of students. The Qur'an contains normative values of Islamic education, not least the method of Islamic education, because the style of language (uslub) and the expression (tadbir) contained in the Qur'an indicates that these verses contain educational methods with different styles and varieties. Objectives to be achieved in this research are: Describe the method of Islamic education in the Qur'an according to Muhammad Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Mishbah. This research is library research with qualitative research method, data analysis of researchers using data analysis techniques used in this study is deductive analysis, that is how to draw specific conclusions from things that are general. The sources of data taken consisted of Tafsir al-Misbah and books relevant to this research.Sources of data are taken from Tafsir al-Misbah and books relevant to this research. The results of the research can be concluded from several Islamic Educational Methods contained in al-qur'an, among others:  (1) The command to ask the one who does not know something (the case) to another who knows more about the matter (the case), (2) Allah revealed the Qur'an which contains the story of the former to direct humanity to a better life, (3) Exemplary of the Prophet Muhammad saw. include matters relating to worship to Allah swt. as well as those relating to fellow human beings, (4) Ibrah taken from stories can explain religious issues, show truth and a straight path, and open the door of mercy for believers, (5) Advice calls on people to implement the Shari'ah that God established and to refrain from various things and deeds that Allah has forbidden, (6) Allah always accepts the repentance of his servant who repents to Allah and regrets his guilt, (7) a great reward is given to those who are patient toward disaster and anyone who is always grateful, that is a high position in the sight of Allah SWT. and they get forgiveness, (8) The Qur'an notices the wrongs of a person, especially Muslims to accept the Shari'a.Metode pendidikan mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pendidikan. Seorang pendidik yang berkecimpung dalam proses belajar mengajar, apabila menginginkan tujuan dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien, maka menggunakan metode yang tepat dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan m ateri yang diajarkan dan kemampuan anak didik yang menerima. Al-Qur’an memuat nilai-nilai normatif pendidikan Islam, tidak terkecuali metode pendidikan Islam, karena gaya bahasa (uslub) dan ungkapan (tadbir) yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an menunjukkan bahwa ayat-ayat itu mengandung metode pendidikan dengan corak dan ragam yang berbeda-beda Tujuan tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan metode pendidikan Islam di dalam al-Qur’an menurut Muhammad Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir al-Mishbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Untuk mengolah data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deduktif, yaitu cara menarik kesimpulan khusus dari hal-hal yang bersifat umum. Sumber data yang diambil terdiri dari Tafsir al-Misbah dan buku-buku yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan dari beberapa Metode Pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam al-qur’an, antara lain: (1) Perintah untuk bertanya bagi orang yang tidak tahu akan suatu hal (perkara) kepada orang lain yang lebih mengetahui akan hal (perkara) tersebut. (2) Allah menurunkan al-Qur’an yang bersisi tentang kisah kaum terdahulu untuk mengarahkan umat manusia menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik, (3) Keteladanan Nabi Muhammad saw.  meliputi hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan ibadah kepada Allah swt. maupun yang berhubungan dengan sesama manusia. (4) Ibrah yang diambil dari kisah-kisah dapat menerangkan persoalan-persoalan agama, menunjukkan kepada kebenaran dan jalan yang lurus, dan membuka pintu rahmat bagi orang yang beriman. (5) Nasiat menyeru manusia agar melaksanakan syariat yang ditetapkan Allah dan mengekangan diri dari berbagai hal dan perbuatan yang diharamkan Allah swt. (6). Allah senantiasa menerima taubat hambanya yang bertaubat kepada-Nya dan menyesali akan kesalahannya, (7) Akan ada pahala yang besar bagi siapa saja yang bersabar terhadap bencana dan siapa saja yang selalu bersyukur, yaitu kedudukan yang tinggi di sisi Allah SWT. dan mereka memperoleh ampunan, (8) Al-Qur’an memperhatikan kesiapan seseorang, khususnya umat Islam untuk menerima syariat.

Abstract

Tasawuf (mysticism) is generally considered as deviation by most of Muslim community itself. One of religious figures who is active in preaching and interesting in Indonesia as well as having a big influence because of this thought is  Ki H SS. Ki H SS is able to present the tasawuf teaching based on al Quran verses and Hadist. An interesting thing to be analyzed is "What is Ki H SS' thought in the renewal of tasawuf and the implementation of his thought on the preaching movement and its influence on the society's religious experience?". This research is a field research focusing on the results of data collection from several results of observation and interview that have been determined. Besides, this research also uses references either from books or journals closely related to the research problems. The approach used in this research is historical-sociological approach. The results of this research are : 1) Ki H SS' thought  has much tendency to tasawuf. Ki H SS' thought also has much tendency to focus on the internal aspect than to external/physical aspect. Tasawuf he understood is an effort to be able to know Allah through purifying self in the matter of aqidah (Islamic creed), worship or behavior; 2) The implementation of Ki H SS' thought are, among other, the change in the society' thought pattern, from animism and dynamism to tauhid (the oneness of God), increasing harmony in the society, the removal of culture which trapped into polytheism act, bid?ah (heresy)  and khurufat (superstition), the emergence of awareness on education by the existence of formal school 'Muhammadiyah Elementary School' and Islamic Boarding School, the society had more understanding on the importance of obeying to God and to the leaders, change in vision and mission of life into knowing God closer, etc.Abstrak: Tasawuf pada umumnya dianggap sesat oleh sebagian besar dari kalangan muslim sendiri. Salah satu tokoh  agama yang giat berdakwah dan menarik di Indonesia serta memiliki pengaruh besar karena pemikiran dakwahnya di masyarakat yaitu Ki H. Sasmitaning Sukma (selanjutnya bisa disebut Ki H SS). Ki H SS ini mampu menampilkan ajaran tasawuf yang berlandaskan dari ayat-ayat al Quran dan Hadits. Hal yang menarik untuk dianalisis adalah apa pemikiran Ki H SS dalam pembaharuan pemikiran tasawuf dan implementasi dari pemikirannya terhadap gerakan dakwah dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengamalan agama masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), penelitian ini memfokuskan pada hasil pengumpulan data dari beberapa hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu penelitan ini juga menggunakan referensi-referensi berupa buku maupun dari jurnal yang erat kaitannya dengan permasalahan penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan historis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: 1)Pemikiran Ki H SS ini  lebih cenderung kepada tasawuf. Pemikiran  Ki H SS ini juga lebih cenderung menekankan aspek batin atau jiwa daripada aspek jasmani.  Tasawuf yang ia fahami adalah usaha untuk bisa mengenal Allah dengan melalui pembersihan diri dalam masalah aqidah, ibadah maupun akhlaq.; 2) Implementasi dari pemikiran Ki H SS antara lain perubahan pola pikir masyarakat, dari animisme dinamisme kepada tauhid, kerukunan dalam masyarakat menjadi semakin tinggi, hilangnya budaya yang menjerumuskan kepada amalan syirik, bida?ah dan khurafat, timbulnya kesadaran tentang pendidikan dengan adanya sekolah formal SD Muhammadiyah dan Pondok Pesantren, masyarakat menjadi paham akan pentingnya ketaatan kepada Tuhan dan kepada pemimpin, perubahan visi misi hidup ke arah taqorrub ilallah, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Abstract: Madrasah Ibtida'iyyah (MI) is an educational institution under a religious ministry that has a special characteristic to deliver learners into a broad-minded generation, proficient in scholarship and noble character. MI al-Ma'shum Surakarta and MI Isy Karima Karangayar, these two madrasahs have a role in educating the students, the family and the life of the nation by conducting educational programs with the national education curriculum (diknas), the Ministry of Religion (kemenag) and the flagship program of tahfîzul Qur?n. Both institutions are trying to get the maximum target of education, especially in Tahf??ul Qur'?n learning which became the focus of research, this research was conducted to find out what method applied in MI al-Ma'shum Surakarta and MI Isy Karima Karangayar and how far the effectiveness and efficiency of learning in it. Abstrak: Madrasah Ibtida?iyyah (MI) merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan dibawah kementrian agama yang mememiliki ciri khusus untuk mengantarkan peserta didik menjadi generasi yang berwawasan luas, cakap dalam keilmuan dan berakhlak mulia. MI al-Ma?shum Surakarta dan MI Isy Karima Karangayar, kedua madrasah ini memiliki peran dalam mencerdaskan peserta didik, keluarga dan kehidupan bangsa dengan menyelengarakan program pendidikan dengan kurikulum pendidikan nasional (diknas), kementrian agama (kemenag) dan program ungulan berupa tahfîzul Qur?n. Kedua lembaga ini berupaya mendapatkan target pendidikan yang maksimal terutama dalam pembelajaran Tahf??ul Qur??n yang menjadi fokus penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode apa saja yang diterapkan di MI al-Ma?shum Surakarta dan MI Isy Karima Karangayar dan sejauh mana efektifitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran didalamnya.
