Abstract

The purpose of the BK career service at school is for students to know (describe) self-characteristics (interests, values, abilities and personality traits) from which all learners can identify areas of study and career appropriate With him, students gain an understanding of things related to the career world in which they are included, learners are able to identify various areas of education available that are relevant with various fields of work. There is a career in junior high School (SMP) there is a stage of growth in career selection based on individual stages of development, and preparing students early so as not to experience mistakes in future careers. In Donald E. Super's theory of age growth (0-14 years) begins physical and psychological growth, at this stage individuals begin to form attitudes and behavioural mechanisms that will then become important in their concepts. While the exploration phase of age (15-18 years) This stage began since the individual realized that the work is an aspect of human life. Individuals think of various career alternatives, but have not yet taken binding decisions. At this stage individuals begin to conduct self-study to try different roles, as well as to perform job browsing. The role of career guidance and counseling as an integrated as an ability and intellectual skill and special skills up to the maturity of a specific career. The presence of a Career guidance service program is to prepare, introduce, and provide information to students.

Abstract

Environment is a place of residence that affects the survival of living things. The environment is required to have biotic components and abiotic components in them. Biotic components are natural conditions related to living things such as humans, animals and plants. While the abiotic component is something that is related to inanimate objects such as water, air, soil, wind, rocks, sunlight, and so forth. Parenting is a way for parents to educate children, both directly and indirectly. The environment of parenting in the family which can be seen from the pattern of parenting provided is the whole interaction between the subject and the object in the form of guidance, direction and supervision of daily object activities that take place regularly so that it forms a pattern and is an effort directed at changing behavior in accordance with the wishes of the educator or caregiver. Learning motivation is a change that occurs in a person that arises because of the symptoms of feelings, psychology and emotions that encourage individuals to do or act something caused by needs, desires and goals. A happy family is a very important thing for the emotional development of its members (especially children). Habits or behavior and also the condition of the house that is seen, heard or felt by the child will be absorbed which then shapes the personality of the child. A good living environment will make children have good personalities, supported also by the wise parenting style that will increase students' learning motivation. Abstrak Lingkungan adalah tempat tinggal yang berpengaruh untuk keberlangsungan makhluk hidup. Lingkungan hidup diharuskan terdapat komponen biotik dan komponen abiotik di dalamnya. Komponen biotik adalah kondisi alam yang berhubungan dengan makhluk hidup seperti manusia, hewan, dan tumbuhan. Sedangkan komponen abiotik adalah suatu hal yang berhubungan dengan benda mati seperti air, udara, tanah, angin, batu-batuan, sinar matahari, dan lain sebagainya. Pola asuh orangtua adalah cara orangtua dalam mendidik anak, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Lingkungan pengasuhan anak dalam keluarga yang terlihat dari pola pengasuhan yang diberikan merupakan seluruh interaksi antara subjek dan obek berupa bimbingan, pengarahan dan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas objek sehari-hari yang berlangsung secara rutin sehingga membentuk suatu pola dan merupakan usaha yang diarahkan untuk mengubah tingkah laku sesuai dengan keinginan si pendidik atau pengasuh. Motivasi belajar merupakan suatu perubahan yang terjadi pada diri seseorang yang muncul karena adanya gejala perasaan, kejiwaan dan emosi sehingga mendorong individu untuk melakukan atau bertindak sesuatu yang disebabkan karena kebutuhan, keinginan dan tujuan. Keluarga yang bahagia merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan emosi para anggotanya (terutama anak). Kebiasaan-kebiasaan atau perilaku dan juga kondisi rumah yang dilihat, didengar atau dirasakan oleh anak akan terserap yang kemudian membentuk kepribadian anak. Lingkungan tempat tinggal yang baik akan menjadikan anak berkepribadian yang baik, dengan didukung pula oleh pola asuh orang tua yang bijaksana maka akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract

Attitudes towards program evaluation need to be owned by guidance and counseling teachers in implementing programs so that the services provided are of higher quality. This study aims to look at the relationship between the teacher's counseling and counseling attitudes towards program evaluation and the implementation of guidance and counseling programs. In this study, the subjects of the study population were guidance and counseling teachers at Serang District (Banten) State Middle School, amounting to 30 people. The instrument used is the teacher's attitudes of guidance and counseling towards the evaluation of basic services used to obtain information about the teacher's attitudes of guidance and counseling on evaluating basic services and instruments for the implementation of guidance and counseling programs used to describe the evaluations carried out by teachers guidance and counseling . The results showed that 50% of the guidance and counseling teachers had good knowledge of the guidance and counseling teacher evaluation, as many as 63 guidance and counseling teachers had good opinions on the evaluation of guidance and counseling. The results of the study on the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation showed that 47% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out an evaluation of counseling and guidance program planning, 53% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out process evaluation, 59% of guidance and counseling teachers carried out evaluation results, while evaluation of counseling programs was 53 %. Keywords: Attitudes toward Guidance and Counseling Teacher Evaluation, Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Programs

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran adalah motivasi. Beberapa pertanyaaan pengantar juga dinilai mampu menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran berkaitan, tujuannya adalah supaya siswa lebih aktif, lebih berani dan mampu belajar lebih baik lagi (Bahrudin, 2014). Pendekatan REBT memiliki tujuan untuk mengubah pandangan dan keyakinan irasional klien menjadi rasional, membantu mengubah sikap, cara berpikir dan persepsi, oleh karena itu klien diharapkan mampu mengembangkan dan mencapai realisasi diri secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data dari beberapa artikel, buku-buku sumber, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar pada siswa adalah hal penting yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pencapaian hasil pembelajaran agar optimal. Salah satu pendekatan dalam bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat meningatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik ialah REBT yang dapat membantu peserta didik membuka wawasan dan memiliki pemikiran yang rasional dalam tindakan yang berhubungan dengant ujuan belajar. Kata Kunci: bimbingan kelompok, motivasi belajar, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) ABSTRACT One important part of the learning process is motivation. Some introductory questions are also considered to be able to foster curiosity of students towards related learning material, the goal is so that students are more active, bolder and able to learn better (Bahrudin, 2014). Therefore, when students have good learning motivation, the goal of the learning process in the classroom can be said to be successful. The REBT approach has the goal of changing the views and irrational beliefs of clients to be rational, helping to change attitudes, ways of thinking and perception, therefore clients are expected to be able to develop and achieve optimal self-realization. This study uses a literature study that is by linking research with existing literature and filling in the gaps in previous research. The results of the study show that motivation to learn to students is an important thing needed in the process of achieving learning outcomes to be optimal. One approach in guidance and counseling that can enhance students' learning motivation is REBT which can help students open their horizons and have rational thinking in actions related to learning goals. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the interest of adolescents in the use of diary and jotform books that support individual counseling. The diary book is one of the media used by guidance and counseling teachers in supporting individual counseling. The diary (diary book) can be used as a trusted place for solving the problems encountered. Jotform application media can facilitate direct interaction and facilitate teacher guidance and counseling in carrying out their duties, utilizing the development of information and communication technology, and facilitate students in writing problems faced directly or online, anytime and anywhere but confidential. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII at one of the State Junior High Schools (SMPN) in Serang Regency, West Java, totaling 30 people. The instruments used in this study were made by researchers. The results showed that 83% thought it was easier to write directly in the diary on personal issues than to fill in a Jotform application. As many as 80% admit that filling out a Jotform application as a fun activity, while 20% admit writing a diary book as a boring activity. 73% considered it more practical to use the Jotform application as a supporting medium in individual counseling. Basically, the media used in individual counseling only helps students in expressing their thoughts, feelings and problems to make it easier, more comfortable, and to maintain their confidentiality. Keyword: diary, individual counseling, jotform, interes ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat remaja terhadap penggunaan buku diary dan jotform yang menunjang konseling individual. Buku diary merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menunjang konseling individual. Buku harian (buku diary) dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat yang dipercaya dalam penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi. Media aplikasi jotform dapat memudahkan interaksi secara langsung dan memudahkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menjalankan tugasnya, memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta memudahkan peserta didik dalam menuliskan masalah yang dihadapi secara langsung atau online, kapan dan dimana saja tetapi rahasia. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) di Kabupaten Serang, Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% menganggap lebih mudah menuliskan secara langsung pada buku diary mengenai permasalahan pribadi daripada mengisi aplikasi jotform. Sebanyak 80% mengakui bahwa mengisi aplikasi jotform sebagai kegiatan yang menyenangkan, sedangkan 20% mengakui menulis buku diary sebagai kegiatan yang membosankan. Sebesar 73% menganggap lebih praktis menggunakan aplikasi jotform sebagai media pendukung dalam konseling individual. Pada dasarnya, media yang digunakan dalam konseling individual hanya membantu peserta didik dalam menuangkan pikiran, perasaan serta masalah yang dihadapi agar lebih mudah, nyaman, dan tetap terjaga kerahasiaannya.
