Abstract

The purpose of the BK career service at school is for students to know (describe) self-characteristics (interests, values, abilities and personality traits) from which all learners can identify areas of study and career appropriate With him, students gain an understanding of things related to the career world in which they are included, learners are able to identify various areas of education available that are relevant with various fields of work. There is a career in junior high School (SMP) there is a stage of growth in career selection based on individual stages of development, and preparing students early so as not to experience mistakes in future careers. In Donald E. Super's theory of age growth (0-14 years) begins physical and psychological growth, at this stage individuals begin to form attitudes and behavioural mechanisms that will then become important in their concepts. While the exploration phase of age (15-18 years) This stage began since the individual realized that the work is an aspect of human life. Individuals think of various career alternatives, but have not yet taken binding decisions. At this stage individuals begin to conduct self-study to try different roles, as well as to perform job browsing. The role of career guidance and counseling as an integrated as an ability and intellectual skill and special skills up to the maturity of a specific career. The presence of a Career guidance service program is to prepare, introduce, and provide information to students.

Abstract

Bunuh diri merupakan masalah serius yang tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata oleh masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Data yang diberikan dalam WHO: suicide data tercatat 800 orang meninggal dalam kasus bunuh diri dan terjadi setiap 40 detik perorang. Bunuh diri menjadi gejala global dan terjadi di sepanjang perjalan hidup manusia. Hal ini menjadi tanggung jawab negara dikarenakan pemuda adalah penerus dan harapan bangsa, generasi yang akan membangun kejayaan bangsa, perjalanan hidup bangsa ini masih panjang dan sangat membutuhkan peran serta pemuda-pemudi dalam membangun bangsa dan negara. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perspektif integrative (teknik dispute kognitif dan teknik imageri) untukmencegah upaya tindakan bunuh diri pada siswa berasrama di pesantren. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah menggunakan kajian pustaka dengan memaparkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan pada penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: bunuh diri, konseling kelompok, perspektif integrative, teknik dispute cognitive, teknik imageri ABSTRACT Suicide is a serious problem that cannot be underestimated by people around the world. Data provided in WHO: suicide data there were 800 people died in suicides and occurred every 40 seconds per person. Suicide is a global symptom and occurs throughout the course of human life. This is the responsibility of the state because the youth is the successor and hope of the nation, a generation that will build the glory of the nation, the life journey of this nation is still long and very much needs the participation of young people in developing the nation and state. This study focused on integrative perspectives (cognitive dispute techniques and imagery techniques) to prevent attempts at suicide in boarding students in boarding schools. The method that will be used is to use literature review by describing the results of previous studies that are relevant in this study.
