Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban fitness taman terbuka dengan asupan minuman kedelai terhadap perubahan lingkar dada pada laki – laki usia 18-21 tahun dan perbandingannya antara kelompok yang diberi asupan minuman kedelai dan tanpa asupan minuman kedelai, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April – Mei 2016. Metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two Group Pre Test and Post Test Desaign. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan seluruh warga Asrama Mahasiswa Islam Sunan Giri yang berjumlah 40 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang diambil berdasarkan tekhnik pusposive sampling, data primer yang diambil dari penelitian ini merupakan data yang diambil dari experiment penelitian yang telah dilakukan kemudian dilakukan analisis dan pengolahan data statistika.Penelitian ini meliputi pengaruh latihan beban fitness taman terbuka terhadap perubahan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan dibandingkan antara yang diberikan asupan minuman kedelai dan tanpa diberikan asupan minuman kedelai, hipotesis ini didasarkan bahwa protein nabati adalah protein yang baik untuk meningkatkan perubahan lingkar dada yang diiringi dengan latihan.Berdasarkan hasil eksperiment dan olah data statistika latihan beban fitness taman terbuka dapat meningkatkan lingkar otot dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan rata-rata peningkatan 2,15 cm dan t-hitung 6,14 cm. Latihan beban fitness taman terbuka tanpa diiringi asupan minuman kedelai dapat meningkatkan perubahan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan rata-rata peningkatan 1,15 cm dan t-hitung 4,26 cm. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kelompok asupan minuman kedelai terhadap perubahan peningkatan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan peningkatan 1 cm lebih banyak. Kata Kunci :Lingkar Dada, Minuman Kedelai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a combination of inorganic fertilizers and the interval of biological fertilizer on the growth of superior crops (crassocephalum crepidiodes). This research was conducted in Pendem Village, Junrejo District, Batu City and integrated laboratory of Islamic University of Malang with the height of the area ± 641 meters above sea level, average temperature of 20º C. Rainfall 30 mm. This research was conducted in December 2018 until March 2019. This research uses factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors. Factor 1 is the composition of inorganic fertilizer (P) consisting of 4 levels, namely P0 (without the provision of inorganic fertilizer), P1 (100 kg urea Ha-1), P2 (100 kg urea Ha-1 + 25 kg TSP Ha-1), P3 (100kg urea Ha-1 + 25 kg TSP Ha-1 + 25 kg KCl Ha-1). Factor 2 is the interval of biological fertilizer (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely, K0 (without the administration of Ultra-gen fertilizer), K1 (Provision of Ultra-gene fertilizer once every 5 days), K2 (Provision of Ultra-gene fertilizer once every 7 days) and K3 (Provision of Ultra gene fertilizer every 9 days) from 2 factors obtained 16 combinations, each treatment contained 3 samples and repeated 3 times so that there were 144 samples.The results of this study indicate that there is an interaction between inorganic fertilizers and biological fertilizer intervals. In general, inorganic fertilizer treatment yields tend to yield better results on the growth and yield of predominantly dominated plants in the P3 treatment (100kg urea Ha-1 + 25 kg TSP Ha-1 + 25 kg KCl Ha-1). Biological fertilizer treatment can provide interaction with plant height, leaf area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer dosage and when  trimming lateral shoots to growth and yield of curly chili plants. This research was conducted in Kukap, Poncosari, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta with a height of 20 masl, regusol soil type, pH between 5.3 - 6.8 and average temperature 260 C - 380 C , and is held from September to December 2018. This study was conducted using a 2 x 2 + 1 control factorial experiment compiled in a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL). The treatment consists of two factors, the first factor is the treatment of pruning. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer. Each treatment was repeated three times. The results of the analysis showed that there were interactions between the two factors in the outcome variable, where the control treatment of pruning at 7 days and 14 days and the fertilizer dose of 1.25 tons/ha gave the highest fruit weight yield. Giving fertilizer doses and pruning times showed no significant effect on plant growth and quality
