Abstract

This study aims to improve banking supervision by conductingcomparative studies research model of banking supervision in Indonesia, the UK, South Korea and the aspirations of the respondents (Bank, OJK, theorist) in Central Java on efforts to improve banking supervision is now done in Indonesia. The results show Indonesian comparison with the UK and South Korea gives the idea that the OJK in charge of education and consumer protection to enhance its role as practiced by the FCA in the UK, and the LPS assignments need to be expanded in order to ensure that all consumers of financial institutions as was done by the FSCS in the UK and KDIC in South Korea. Aspirations of the people of the regulation and supervision of banking include aspects of regulatory, law enforcement, infrastructure, community (the Bank) and culture.Keywords: comparison of banking supervision.

Abstract

The role of SMEs in Indonesia in supporting the economy in Indonesia is quite significant. In the post-1997 crisis in Indonesia, SMEs can prove that this sector could become the foundation for the national economy. Number of SMEs also continued to increase from year to year. SMEs in developing countries is almost always the biggest economic activity in number and ability to absorb labor. Development of SMEs as one of supporting economic growth must be accompanied by the development of human resources in various aspects. HR competency development of SMEs important in order to create a quality workforce to reach corporate goals. The current study focused on SMEs Batik in Banyumas, was to examine the impact of human resource competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) on company’s performance in SME Batik Banyumas. Research conducted on 65 respondents in Banyumas showed that HR competencies affect the performance of SMEs. Skills have significant effect on the performance of SMEs. However, knowledge and abilities does not effect the performance of SMEs. The owners of SMEs Batik should pay attention to the importance of human resource competencies to improve their performance. It is also important to improve their skills through training and workshops related to batik. Owners of batik needs to involve employees in their knowledge and skills in the production process of batik that can help increase employee and company performance in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan pelaku usaha mikrodi sekitar kampus Universitas Islam Riau terhadap perbankan syariah. Dari studipendahuluan ditemukan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro di sekitar kampus Universitas IslamRiau sebagai berikut: kurang pengetahuan akan keberadaan Bank Syariah, ada sebagianpelaku usaha mikro mengetahui tentang Perbankan Syariah tetapi belum mengetahui lebihjauh, seperti belum mampu mengakses informasi dari Bank Syariah tentang berbagai skimyang tersedia di Bank Syariah untuk kelancaran usahanya dan sebagian dari pelaku usahamikro ingin meminjam dan bekerja sama dengan pihak Bank Syariah akan tetapi karenapersyaratan yang ditentukan oleh pihak Bank Syariah terlalu sulit sehingga pelaku usahamikro mundur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 247 responden (pelaku usahamikro) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 71 responden denganmenggunakan rumus Slovin dan menggunakan random sampling. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket secara langsung pada pelaku usaha mikrodisekitar kampus Universitas Islam Riau. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian dan data yangterkumpul diolah dengan teknik pengelolaan data yang telah ditentukan serta dilakukananalisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan pelaku usaha mikro di sekitar kampusUniversitas Islam Riau terhadap Perbankan Syariah adalah “Baik” dengan persentase61,34 dan angka 61,34 sesungguhnya adalah berada pada bagian terendah dari rentang61%-80%.Kata kunci: pengetahuan pelaku usaha mikro, perbankan syariah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human capital (innovation and creation, education and learning and experience and expertise) on business performance of actors in the creative industry sector in Banyumas regency. This research is a quantitative research by using survey method. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 50 SMEs perpetrators of creative industry sector in Banyumas Regency. The method of analysis used to test the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression method. There are findings that the employees of the creative industry business have mostly had a long working period and have expertise in the field of work. They can show their best performance consistently in carrying out their work and being professional. It can be said that human capital in the form of experience and expertise has a role in influencing and improving company performance. Increased human capital owned by creative business actors can be done by involving employees in trainings (either training held by the government or private parties). By involving employees in the training, it is expected to improve the insights, skills and capabilities of individual employees so that ultimately able to improve performance in an effort to develop its business.

Abstract

The study titled liquidity, profitability, insider ownership, institutional ownership and growth of the company on dividend policy company property sector, real estate and building construction to determine the influence of the five variables on dividend policy on the company's property sector, real estate and construction of buildings. This research was conducted during the period 2010-2014. The populations in this study are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period of data collection method using purposive sampling, in order to obtain 6 companies. This study used panel data regression analysis with a model Fixed Effect and the tool to analyze the data used Eviews 8. Testing the hypothesis using by the coefficient of determination, t-test statistics and F-test statistics.The results showed that liquidity does not affect the dividend policy, profitability does effect on dividend policy, insider ownership does not affect the dividend policy, institutional ownership does affect the dividend policy, the company's growth does not effect on dividend policy. The implication of this research for the company to consider profits as a main consideration to dividend policy as well as the company continues to invest despite profit increase or decrease.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out in depth the relationship of customer satisfaction which is influenced by product quality, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty among Apple users in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative study using the method of distributing questionnaires through Google Form with a minimum sample size of 160 respondents for 1 month collection by obtaining a sample of 420 respondents and all data processed using the structural equation model (SEM) method using the AMOS version 26 program. Based on the results data processing, the results obtained that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, the effect of brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty, customer satisfaction is able to mediate significantly between product quality and brand loyalty, customer satisfaction is able to significantly mediate between brand image and brand loyalty, customer satisfaction is able to significantly mediate between brand trust and brand loyalty. From these results, it can be interpreted that if the customer is satisfied with the Apple merek which is influenced by the good quality of its products, a strong brand image and the customer will believe in the Apple brand, the customer will be loyal to the Apple brand.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui secara mendalam hubungan kepuasan pelanggan yang di pengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas merek pada pengguna Apple di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan jumlah sampel minimal 160 responden pengumpulan 1 bulan dengan mendapatkan jumlah sampe 420 responden dan seluruh data diolah dengan menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS versi 26 dikarenakan SEM bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang ada pada sebuah model. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, di peroleh hasil bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, pengaruh citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, kepercayaan merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaan merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi secara signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas merek, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi secara signifikan antara citra merek terhadap loyalitas merek, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi secara signifikan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Dari hasil ini, dapat diartikan apabila customer puas terhadap merek Apple yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produknya yang bagus, citra merek yang kuat dan customer akan percaya terhadap merek Apple maka customer akan loyal terhadap merek Apple.

Abstract

Forum Pengrajin Batik Purbalingga (FPBP )merupakan kelompok batik pertama di Purbalingga yang saat ini anggotanya berjumlah 170 orang pembatik. Keberadaan FPBP yang masih bersifat informal dan belum memiliki ketetapan hukum yang kuat menjadikannya tidak berkembang secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap FPBP dalam mengelola sekaligus menguatkan kelompok, agar FPBP dapat berkembang secara lebih optimal. Berdasarkan analisis dan diskusi dengan FPBP, diketahui permasalahan prirotas yang perlu segera diberikan alternatif solusi untuk pemecahan masalah yaitu melalui 1).Penyuluhan dan pendampingan penguatan aspek pengelolaan organisasi dan dinamika kelompok; 2). Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi mengenai koperasi dalam paradigma baru dan 3). Pendampingan rintisan pembentukan koperasi batik. Hasil pelaksanaan kegoatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota FPBP secara umum sangat mendukung terbentuknya Koperasi batik. Rintisan Koperasi batik FPBP di wujudkan melalui dibukanya gerai penjualan batik Purbalingga Wastra Lingga. Bantuan modal awal barang dagangan berupa bahan baku produksi batik (kain mori, malam dan bahan pewarna) menjadi langkah awal rintisan koperasi batik, yang disediakan bagi para pembatik anggota FPBP. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, pengurus FPBB diberi penyuluhan mengenai perkoperasian dan pendampingan dalam merancang anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga (AD/ART) Koperasi Batik. Rintisan koperasi batik berupa penjualan bahan baku batik di Wastra Lingga telah menunjukkan adanya kegiatan transaksi yang cukup signifikan.
