Abstract

Keberhasilan belajar berasal dari Faktor internal yaitu student engagement dan kemampuan logismatematis serta faktor eksternal yaitu kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh pengaruh student engagement, kemampuan logis matematis, dan persepsi mengenai kompetensiguru terhadap prestasi belajar yang memoderasi pengaruh student engagement dan kemampuan logismatematis terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenispenelitian eksplanatori menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kelas XIIPA dan XI IPS dengan jumlah 128 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan randomsampling dengan alokasi proporsional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, regresimoderasi, uji F, dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterlibatan peserta didik berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (2) kemampuan logis matematis berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (3) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (4) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru memoderasi pengaruhketerlibatan peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar (5) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru memoderasipengaruh kemampuan logis matematis terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan dalam pengaruhnya terhadap intensi dan penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya pada penggunaan aplikasi PLN Daily. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PLN UP3 Tegal. Dengan populasi sebesar 160, ditetapkan sampel 115 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) menunjukkan bahwa : (1) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap penggunaan. (2) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi. (3) sikap penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi. (4) intensi berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya. (5) sikap penggunaan memediasi pengaruh persepsi kegunan terhadap intensi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya secara maksimal oleh pegawai dapat dicapai apabila perusahaan memperhatikan intensi pegawai untuk tetap menggunakan aplikasi PLN Daily. Perusahaan dapat mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan intensi pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi PLN Daily.

Abstract

The culinary tourism business provides a very potential opportunity for businessman. Competition among creative culinary businesses is currently getting more fierce, so it is important for the business to understand the variables that affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. This research was conducted to see the influence of several variables that are perceived affecting repurchase intention that mediated by customer satisfaction in a creative culinary tourism business. In particular, the model in this study was developed to test the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and servicescape on customer satisfaction that consequently influence repurchase intention. Multiple regression analysis were applied to analyse the answer of 107 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The research results were obtained and showed the significant influence of product quality, service quality and servicescape on customer satisfaction. Whereas the price did not show a significant effect. In turn customer satisfaction significantly influence customer repurchase intention. In-depth discussion of the research finding  was  discussed in the section of results and  discussion.

Abstract

Batik is generally thought of as the most unique Indonesian fashion. They produced from several regions, especially Central Java (including Banyumas) and Jogjakarta as the center of the art. Since 1970’s, the golden era of Batik Banyumas has gone. The number of people in Banyumas who rely on Batik for their living decreasing significantly from day to day. There is a worried that Batik Banyumas as the most distinctive heritage will disappear. This reseach is designed to find out some inhibitant factors perceived by business people in developing Batik Banyumas using Analytical Hierarch Process (AHP). Moreover, case study is conducted to calculate the feasibility of investing in printing batik from marketing and financial aspects

Abstract

Given the universities strategic significance in producing qualified human resources, the government issued various policies and legislation aimed at improving the performance of universities. Changes in the status of higher education raises individual attitudes or reactions with the level of support varies. This study intends to investigate the influence of Unsoed lecturer’s Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on attitude toward change, and to explores the variable most influencing it and to know the opinion of lecturers to the changes occured in Unsoed and cancellation of BHP Law. Target population in this study were 1.019 Unsoed lecturers, spread in 8 faculties. The sample size was set at 100 respondents, drawn by accidental sampling. By using multiple regression analysis, obtained findings support the hypotheses, which states that Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture has a significant influence on Attitude toward Change. Elasticity test results show that Emotional Intelligence has a greater influence than the Organization Culture. Unsoed Lecturers always ready in facing any changes, provided that it has specific and clear goals and should be well socialized to all academic faculty. Most of lecturers had agreed to the cancellation of BHP Law for many reasons such as : Unsoed not ready yet to become BHP (from the financial aspects, organizational structure and human resources perspectives) and BHP will provide a greater opportunity for the communities to get higher education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in the Banyumas Regency. This research is descriptive and quantitative, using the method of regression analysis and using SPSS 16.0 software for Windows. The number of samples in this study was 100 MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. The sampling technique in this study will determine by the nonprobability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy influences the performance and sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis harus disikapi secara berbeda oleh setiap pihak. Bagi konsumen, maraknya bisnis baru yang muncul semakin menguntungkan mereka, tetapi bagi pemasar pertumbuhan bisnis bisa menjadi bencana karena semakin ketatnya persaingan. Oleh karena itu pemasar harus memahami apa yang menjadi motivasi atau mendorong niat beli konsumen dan melakukan keputusan pembelian. Saat ini perkembangan bisnis batik di Indonesia sangat pesat. Pemasar batik diharuskan pintar mengolah strategi untuk bertahan di pasar, salah satunya adalah dengan mempelajari motivasi belanja konsumen. Motivasi, atau lebih dikenal dengan orientasi belanja diyakini memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 orang konsumen batik di Purwokerto dan sekitarnya dan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisis. Hasilnya, dari enam variabel orientasi belanja, terbukti bahwa kualitas produk dan belanja impulsif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

The research is a quantitative study aimed at knowing, analyzing, and testing the impact of family environment, peer environment, and entrepreneurship learning toward entrepreneurship interests with an self efficacy as an variable intervening of economics education student jenderal soedirman university.The data analysis techniques used are linear berganda regression analysis, test t and kausal step.This study suggests that: 1) The family environment affects the entrepreneurial interest of Student. 2) The peer environment affects directly the entrepreneurship interest of Student. 3) Entrepreneurship students directly affect the entrepreneurship interest of Student. 4) The family environment affect the self-efficacy of Student. 5) The peer environment affects the self-introduction of Student. 6) Entrepreneurship learning affect the self-efficacy of Student. 7) There is an indirect effect on entrepreneurship interests through the self-education of Student. 8) There is an indirect influence of peer education students through the development of Student. 9) There is a indirect impact of entrepreneurship education students through the absence of Student.
