Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises or abbreviated BUMDes has a goal, one of which is to encourage rural economic activities. The management of BUMDes in the Tambang District still uses the conventional system. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an understanding of Islamic Finance. The purpose of this service is to increase the understanding of BUMDes managers regarding Syariah finance and motivate BUMDes managers to apply sharia principles, with the following materials: Sharia BUMDes finance, Islamic financial principles, Islamic financial products, sharia contracts. Also conducted pre-test and post-test. The results of community service activities, seen from the pre-test and post-test scores carried out, showed an increased understanding of Islamic finance among BUMDes managers in the Mining District, where the decrease in participants who scored below 50 and the increase in participants with a score of 71-100 showed that after the explanation from the dedicated team and the motivation provided showed an increase in understanding of Islamic finance and also showed the motivation of participants in understanding literacy, principles and, Islamic finance contracts.

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic moderation of the problems of online divorce from the perspective of the Quran. Along with the development of the times, problems in family law also seem to have implications for various aspects, one of which is the problemdivorce which of course has been discussed in the Quran and also in determining the law must be based on the proposition from the Quran al-Karim. So this paper examines the views and opinions of the scholars in concluding Islamic moderation of the problem of online divorce from the perspective of the Quran. This research is a library research and the methodology used in this research is descriptive research. The results of the discussion stated thatdivorce online is the way to do itone person husband to release his responsibilities to his wife using social media or technological sophistication. The Moderation View of Islam on Talak Online from the perspective of the Quran is that one can agree or not, it does not really look at where one’s side is going even though in the Quran it is explained that there must be 2 witnesses in the processmental wife even though the law is sunnah.

Abstract

Service activities are based on the need for marketing mix formulation counseling to increase business turnover in new businesses. Referring to the conditions in the field, it is necessary to provide solutions in the form of training, counseling and discussions involving the clinical management and all of its employees to provide enlightenment, understanding, guidance and development of business potential. This training is expected to complement the knowledge and skills of the management and employees of beauty clinics in Pekanbaru in implementing various strategies that can be used to increase business turnover. The first session includes counseling on marketing mix theory (7P Marketing Mix). The second session includes counseling on Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning. The third session includes counseling about marketing strategies. The fourth session includes counseling on business management. With the completion of this service, participants can create a good marketing strategy to be able to increase the turnover of the beauty clinic business.
