Abstract

AbstractThis reasearch aims to describe the reconstruction of the worldview of Islamic theology within the Pancasila course textbook used at Islamic institutes of higher education. The authors’ observation, research, and knowledge indicate that the majority of students taking compulsory subjects in both general and Islamic tertiary institutions tend to assume that there is no link between the teachings of Pancasila and the teachings of Islamic theology. On the contrary, according to the formulators of Pancasila and the founding fathers of Indonesia, Pancasila is an essence of religious teachings. For example, Soekarno explained that the reason for naming the nation's philosophy Pancasila was because it was inspired by the five pillars of Islam. This research is qualitative in nature by exploring and examining available data in more depth and detail. This type of research places emphasis on library research. Up to the present time, various findings and discussions seem to indicate that the virtuous theological values of Pancasila, with its many variants of scientific studies, are discussed and studied separately from the ‘life and death’ struggle of its theological concept throughout the history of Pancasila to become the nation’s philosophical foundation. Pancasila education has long been considered as a pure knowledge free from any practical involvement of its initiators. The theological concept of Pancasila, which later evolved to become part of subject material in Pancasila Education, demonstrated that it was, in fact, played a role in the zeitgeist, which caused quite a commotion stir during its formulation days.AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan rekonstruksi pandangan dunia teologi Islam dalam buku ajar kursus Pancasila yang digunakan di lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam. Pengamatan, penelitian, dan pengetahuan penulis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa yang mengambil mata pelajaran wajib di lembaga pendidikan umum dan Islam cenderung berasumsi bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara ajaran Pancasila dan ajaran teologi Islam. Sebaliknya, menurut perumus Pancasila dan para pendiri bangsa Indonesia, Pancasila adalah inti dari ajaran agama. Misalnya, Soekarno menjelaskan bahwa alasan penamaan filsafat bangsa Pancasila adalah karena ia terinspirasi oleh lima rukun Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengeksplorasi dan memeriksa data yang tersedia secara lebih mendalam dan terperinci. Jenis penelitian ini menekankan pada penelitian kepustakaan. Hingga saat ini, berbagai temuan dan diskusi tampaknya mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai teologis Pancasila yang saleh, dengan banyak varian studi ilmiahnya, dibahas dan dipelajari secara terpisah dari perjuangan 'hidup dan mati' dari konsep teologisnya sepanjang sejarah Pancasila menjadi landasan filosofis bangsa. Pendidikan Pancasila telah lama dianggap sebagai pengetahuan murni yang bebas dari keterlibatan praktis penggagasnya. Konsep teologis Pancasila, yang kemudian berkembang menjadi bagian dari materi pelajaran dalam Pendidikan Pancasila, menunjukkan bahwa itu sebenarnya memainkan peran dalam zeitgeist, yang menyebabkan keributan yang cukup besar selama hari-hari perumusannya.How to Cite: Khalimi., khaer, A. Abstract

E-transactions have become a phenomenon that cannot escape human life, transactions using electronic devices, especially the internet, appear because of the rapid development of technology. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the requirements and pillars in e-transactions according to the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian law -act number 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic, also, act number 19 of 2016 as Amendment of the act later. In addition, it was also to reveal the lack of material law explaining matters related to electronic transactions, so that it needed the addition of material on related issues. The results of this article are that electronic transactions are legitimate and permissible in Islamic law but with conditions that do not contradict and meet the provisions stipulated in Islamic Sharia. furthermore, As for the positive Indonesian law, it is not clearly stated about the terms and conditions of electronic transactions, except that there are some elements relating to electronic transactions along with their definitions and explanations.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the pattern of educational management and innovation in developing the progress of educational institutions under the auspices of the al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok Foundation. The research method used is a mixed-research research, namely between library research (library study) as a tendency of research with a qualitative style and also a field-research (field research) as a tendency of research with a quantitative style with a quantitative approach. social research paradigm research. The primary data sources of this research are, apart from being obtained from interviews and observations, the main sources are also from literature studies. While secondary sources are books, international and national journal articles published in various mass media. The results of this study indicate that in carrying out educational management, the al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok Foundation has implemented it by combining the principles of traditional education management and modern education management. Traditional management development patterns and modern management development patterns have a positive impact on the progress of educational institutions within the al-Hamidiyah Foundation, this can be seen from the three phases of management innovation, namely at the planning stage, implementation stage, and the program development stage of the Sawangan al-Hamidiyah Foundation. Depok. In advancing educational foundations, the approach used is a rational approach. The development of educational institutions at this foundation is adjusted to the demands of the times and the needs of the community for education. The management typology developed by the foundation is rational-collective-managerial ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan mengenai pola manajemen pendidikan dan inovasinya dalam mengembangkan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan di bawah naungan Yayasan al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian yang bersifat Mixed-research (penelitian campuran), yaitu antara library research (studi pustaka) sebagai kecenderungan dari penelitian dengan corak kualitatif dan juga merupakan field-research (penelitian lapangan) sebagai kecenderungan dari penelitian dengan corak kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian berparadigma penelitian sosial kemasyarakatan. Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah, selain diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, juga bersumber utama dari studi kepustakaan. Sementara sumber sekunder berupa buku-buku, tulisan-tulisan jurnal internasional dan nasional yang dipublikasikan di berbagai media massa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam menjalankan manajemen pendidikan, Yayasan al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok, telah mengimplementasikan dengan memadukan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan tradisional dan manajemen pendidikan modern. Pola pengembangan manajemen tradisional dan pola pengembangan manajemen modern berdampak positif terhadap kemajuan lembaga pendidikan di lingkungan Yayasan al-Hamidiyah, hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari tiga fase inovasi manajemen tersebut, yaitu pada tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pengembangan program Yayasan al-Hamidiyah Sawangan Depok. Dalam memajukan yayasan pendidikan, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yang rasional. Pengembangan lembaga pendidikan di yayasan ini disesuaikan dengan tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan. Tipologi manajemen yang dikembagkan oleh yayasan adalah rational-collective-managerial.

Abstract

This research is based on the background of the low level of ability to read the yellow scriptures caused by the inaccurate choice of learning methods, this research is important to do in order to test the effectiveness of the level of application of the yassarna method in learning to read the yellow scriptures quickly and correctly. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the content of the yassarna method with the relationship of behavioristic theory and the success and failure of the yassarna method. This research is a qualitative research at the exploratory level of analysis. Primary data sources are observation and direct interviews with the organizers of the Yassarna method, such as students, pesantren administrators, ustadz and students. Secondary data in the form of yassarna method book modules, as well as those related to the yassarna method. The result of this study is the yassarna method as a yellow scriptures learning of Abdul Hamid Sholeh Jombang pesantren provides a solution in the process of learning the kitab kuning quickly and well. One of the successes of learning the yassarna method is being active in learning, enthusiasm in singing the verses of each table column. The relationship between behavioristic theory and the yassarna method is interrelated, because the behavioristic method can facilitate educators and students in the learning process.  Keywords: Yellow Scriptures, Pesantren, Yassarna Method

Abstract

The occurrence of various social problems lately, especially in the field of education, especially moral issues in the world of education has become a problem in itself. This requires separate research to overcome these problems. This study aims to analyze the morals of teachers and students according to Ibn Jama'ah and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, and comparing the thoughts of the two and then afterwards relevant to teacher competence that is common in Indonesian education today. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and the methods used include literature research methods, which produce data in the form of written words from analyzed data sources. This research also uses content analysis techniques in data processing. The primary data sources used are Kitab Tadzkiratu as-Sami wa al-Mutakallim by Ibn Jama'ah and Kitab adabu al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim by KH. Hashim Ash'ari. While the secondary data sources are books or other references related to the moral statements of teachers and students. The similarity with the conclusions of other academics is the research method used, namely qualitative research methods. While the difference is in the results of the research, which may be due to differences in the material presented and the time of research. In conclusion, there are similarities between the moral concepts of teachers and students according to Ibn Jama'ah and KH. Hashim Ash'ari. While the difference between the thoughts of the two lies in the difference in diction and the existence of discussions that are only discussed in one of each of the books of both.
