Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of empowerment, interpersonal communication job involvement, onperformanceemployee’s performance, through work motivations. Sample in this research totaled 101 employee’s. Sampling techniques using census method with saturated sampling technique, so the whole population is used as a sample.Variable this research consisting empowerment, interpesonal communication, job involvement, work motivation, employee’s performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed direct influence on employee’s performance indicates empowerment and job involvement are supported, but for interpesonal communication is not supported. The Results of research indirect effect on employee’s performance through work motivation showed empowerment dan job involvement are not supported, but interpersonal communication supported. This research is expected to be beneficial for PT. Leo Hupindo to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of interpersonal communication, organizational climate on employees’ performance through work motivations. The population in this study were all employees totaling 118 people. Sampling techniques using the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 91 employees. Variable this research consisting interpersonal communication, organizational climate, work motivation, employees’ performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 24. The results of the study states that contribution variable interpersonal communication, organizational climate, work motivation to explain employees performance variables is 57. 3 %. The results of research indirect effect on employees’ performance through work motivation showed organizational climate are not supported, but interpersonal communication supported. The results showed also that work motivation is a partial mediating variables on the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on employee performance. This research is expected to be beneficial for PT.  MSL improve employees’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of organizational culture and work motivation toward employee job satisfaction . This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 132 employees of PT. ISS Indonesia, Medan Branch. Sampling techniques using the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 99 employees. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (r2). The results showed that partially, organizational culture and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work motivation affect job satisfaction by 80.3%. while the remaining 19.7% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model not discussed in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture,, leadership andcommunication to the managers performance. The population of this study was 114 managerial (MFIBMT) in the Integrated Urban Self Area in Belitang, The Regency of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, SouthSumatra Province.The method used in this research was correlational that determines the level of influence ofdifferent variables with sample 98 using proportionate random sampling technique. Data processingused namely by SPSS 24. Research instruments consisting of engineering data analysis and thehypothesis. The results of the study states that contribution variable leadership, organizational culture,and communication , to explain manager performance variables is 74.9%, and explained that leadership,organizational culture, and communication awarded to managers simultaneous had links and realimpact of the manager performance

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to know and analyze the Influence of supply chain management toward work motivation and it’s implication to employee performance. The method used in this research were descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The population in this study amounted to 254 employees of BPNM (Christian Education Agency in Medan), with a sample size of 205 respondents. Analysis technique and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.70 program. The result of research found that supply chain had positive and significant influence toward work motivation. Then also toward employee performance both partially and simultaneously supply chain management and work motivation had positive influence and significant. While, contribution percentage of supply chain, toward work motivation is 72% and contribution percentage of work motivation simultaneous toward employee performance is 85%. The implication on this research is that the employee performance especially on the quantity   will be able to be improved if BPNM able to increase work motivation especially to the needs’ motivation, work motivation will increase if BPNM is able to increase the leadership, especially in attitude dimension towards human, and increase the SCM especially to the internal integration, and supported by the improvement of interpersonal communication, mainly in social relationship. Furthermore, work motivation only have role for supply chain toward employee performance, while for SCM variable, work motivation don’t have role to escalate  employee performance, so in this model work motivation only as partial mediating.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational communication, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The Maju Bersama Supermarket in Medan (PSMBM) with a total of 173 and a sample of 121 people using the Slovin formula. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method and the variables of this research are organizational communication, work motivation, work environment and employee performance. The results showed that organizational communication, work motivation and work environment have a strong and positive influence to employee performance with a contribution of 71.5%. And explained that organizational communication, work motivation and work environment simultaneously had links and real impact of the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of cash turnover, account receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on Return on Equity in Manufacturing Companies for the 2015-2017 period both partially and simultaneously. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exhange website. While the research data sources are: Financial Reports of Manufacturing Companies in the consumer goods sector. The number of sample used was 22 companies taken from a population of 45 companies with the year observations of 5 years so the number of observations in this study was 66 observations. The analytical method techinique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that cash turnover and inventory turnover have a significant positive effect on Return on Equity while account receivable turnover has a significant negative effect on Return on Equity. Simultaneously cash turnover, account receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a significant effect on Return on Equity in Manufacturing Companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the employee performance at Sekretariat DPRD Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. The population in this study were all employees totaling 62 people and all of them became the respondents. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study states that the contribution of leadership and work discipline towards employee’s performance is 64.2% , and explained that leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to examine the effect of leadership, compensation and competence on work motivation. This research collected samples from 95 employees using a proportionate random sampling technique. The data was analyzed by using a multiple linier regression. The  of the study states that the contribution of variable leadership, compensationd and competence variables, to explain work motivation variables is  78.9%. Next, the data analysis explained that leadership, compensation and competence simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on work motivation.
