Abstract

Based on   the survey of  World Economic Forum 2013-2014 lack of infrastructure improvements made Indonesia  has placed ranks 82 out of 148 countries surveyed by the World Economic Forum 2013-2014. The purpose of this activity are: (a) Formulate a comprehensive and strategic analysis of investment in infrastructure, particularly in the period 2015-2019, (b) Identify and define the priority infrastructure projects that have an impact on economic growth and regional development. Data analyze using a SWOT analysis and Exponential Comparative Method (MPE) and The House Models. The study states that there are eight (8) priority sectors developed infrastructure which is divided into five (5) years  from 2015 to 2019, there are three scenarios need for infrastructure investment that is optimistic, moderate and pessimistic that can be a contribution and input for the government to classify  infrastructure projects that have an impact on economic growth, sector and region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of effectivity of social media as a space to knowledge sharing between X, milenial and Z Generation. Sample used in this research is 60 respondents, which is from 20 X generation, 20 Milenial Generation and 20 Z generation in Semarang. This research  is using Kruskal Wallis method analysis with significany level 0,05.  The results showed that there is significant differences between X, Milenial, and Z generation to using social media as knowledge sharing media

Abstract

An increasing number of young investors have an important role in supporting the economy. However, increasing the number of investors does not mean much if the investment decisions made are not right, so it needs to be supported by an understanding of good finance. Stocks offer opportunities to get a higher return, with a higher risk as well. Stocks have varying levels of risk, such as companies that carry out sustainable business practices will differ from companies that do not, so perceived risk can influence investor’s investment decisions. Therefore, this study aims to identify the effect of financial literacy and green perceived risk on millennial generation investment decisions on the SRI-KEHATI stock index. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed there was a significant positive influence of financial literacy to investment decisions, which means that the better the literacy the better the decision. Green perceived risk has a significant negative effect on investment decisions, which means the greater the risk of environmental damage, the less likely it to invest in the SRI-KEHATI stock index.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan yang kian menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia, terutama industri fesyen.Saat ini banyak sampah pakaian menumpuk tidak terkendali Sustainable fashion adalah solusi untuk mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan karena menghasilkan lebih sedikit emisi karbon.Ada salah satu merek yaitu Pijak Bumi yang mengadaptasi sustainable fashion. Karakteristik responden disisi lain juga mempengaruhi segmentasi merek yang mempengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengikut instagram Pijak Bumi, serta menganalisa pengaruh karakteristik responden terhadap minat beli dengan sustainable fashion sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskiptif dan analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel karakteristik responden berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sustainable fashion serta sustainable fashion juga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, sedangkan variabel karakteristik responden tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Internet users nowadays increase from time to time, COVID-19 pandemic make people get used to it with all of daily activities become digital. Therefore people must be able to keep up with the growth of the internet in all aspect, for example in marketing field. The purpose of this research is for analyze the influence of the digital marketing food product MSME on repurchase intention consumer in Sukabumi West Java, with expectation that MSME actors in Sukabumi have a desire to keep growing in digital marketing. There were 126 respondents in this study. The data analysis method in this study was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25 software. The result in this study is digital marketing have a positive effect on consumer purchase intention in Sukabumi, with all four independent variable has a significant effect that is consumer expectation, marketing factors, service factors, and functional factors.

Abstract

The digital economy has changed the way Indonesians transact from cash payments to non-cash payments, thus creating a cashless society trend that is in line with regulations related to electronic money. Electronic money can be divided into e-money (chip-based) and also e-wallets (server-based). E-wallet is one of the most widely used payment methods today because it offers various conveniences and benefits for its users. The most widely used digital wallet in Indonesia is ShopeePay. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and ease of use on intention to reuse ShopeePay with the brand image as a moderation variable. The population in this study are e-commerce Shopee users who have transacted using ShopeePay in Jabodetabek whose number are not known for certain. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 195 respondents and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, brand image has a positive and significant effect as a moderation of the relationship between promotion and the intention to reuse, and brand image is not variable moderating for the relationship between ease of use and intention to reuse. Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang ada di sub sektor pakan ternak BEI serta mengidentifikasi potensi kebangkrutan yang dimiliki perusahaan pakan ternak di BEI. Metodologi: Analisis kinerja keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan dan metode Du Pont serta menganalisis potensi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Altman’s Z-Score. Temuan: Hasil analisis menunjukkan PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang paling baik berdasarkan seluruh rasio keuangan yang dianalisis serta nilai Z yang berada pada area tidak potensi bangkrut. Kemudian pada PT Japfa Comfeed Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan yang cukup baik dan nilai Z yang berada pada area tidak berpotensi bangkrut serta PT Malindo Comfeed Tbk dengan kinerja keuangan terburuk dan berada pada grey area pada dua periode. Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan baru pada topik penilaian kinerja perusahaan sub sektor pakan ternak yang terdaftar di BEI. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi tambahan bagi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Kata kunci: Altman’s Z-Score, Du Pont, industri pakan ternak, kinerja keuangan, rasio keuangan.

Abstract

A company's success in achieving sustainable business success is not just seen in terms of business profits, but should also pay attention to The Triple Bottom Line. The investment made by the company is not just physical, but social and environmental, which is done through the corporate social responsibility program. PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagsel implements the CSR program by providing funds intended for working capital and licensing to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) group who process oyster mushroom chips in Talang Dry Village, North Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to carry out data collection, evaluation, calculation of the impact of social return on investment (SROI) on the implementation of the PT. PLN CSR program, for MSMEs Processing Oyster Mushroom Chips located in Talang Dry Village, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The results of the SROI analysis of CSR by PT. PLN has managed to bring economic, social and environmental advantages.

Abstract

The implementation of the Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) which is a mandatory activity for IPB University students has been carried out on June 23, 2022 to August 2, 2022, located in Setupatok Village Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. The main objective of the KKN-T activity is to solve the stunting problem by improving lifestyle and educating the importance of 1000 HPK, and creating a sustainable food ecosystem in the form of aquaponics and maggot cages. Theimplementation of KKN-T activities is divided into three stages, namely the planning stage, preparation stage, and program implementation. The programs implemented were Penyuluhan Gizi Remaja Putri, Penyuluhan Gizi Ibu Hamil,Aquades (Aquaponik Desa) and Sop Belut (Solusi Pakan Beternak Lele Gendut), and Menanam Padi (MenumbuhkanKemandirian dan Pelatihan Digitalisasi) and Perizinan UMKM. Activities are carried out offline with materials in the form of PowerPoint or flyers, pre- and post-tests are carried out and aquaponics and maggot cages are made directly. Theresults of the Nutrition Counseling program for Young Women were an increase in nutritional knowledge by 54% of 35 MA An-Nur Setupatok students and 67% of 9 youths at the Setupatok posyandu. Setupatok Village, and the existence of examples of sustainable food ecosystems that can be continued and developed by the Setupatok Village community
