Abstract

The spirit of Islam has taught all mankind to always provide a quality service. As God reveals in the Qur'an, in chapter al-Baqarah verse 267, the leading edge bureaucrats should serve and treat people with righteousness and without favoritism, just as if they treat their own selves. Among the substantial aspects required to accomplish better public service and quality is the attitude and behavior of these front-line bureaucrats. In this article, the author refers to the nature of the Prophet Muhammad to serve as an uswatun hasanah (good example) in attitude and behavior when providing services to the public. The Prophet has genuine characters of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah. These four noble qualities have majorly influenced his behavior so as to always perform praiseworthy characters and behavior towards fellow creatures. More specifically especially upon his people, he would serve without any distinctions or discrimination in terms of social status, skin color, ethnicity or class.

Abstract

Low performance can be caused by technical aspects such as lack of knowledge from an employee, high workload and lack of commensurate remuneration for high work volumes. The aim is to determine the role of training and education as well as the provision of incentives in improving employee performance. The method used is a qualitative method which is then presented in descriptive form. Training and education have a very big influence on improving employee performance at the Navigation District office because there are many employees who are placed in fields that are not in accordance with their fields of knowledge while the provision of incentives is also very influential on improving performance, this can be seen from the number of employees who have completed the right job targets. less time and errors in work. The provision of incentives greatly motivates employees at the Class III Navigation District office to work so that it is very influential on improving employee performance, this can be seen from the work targets that are always completed on time and errors can be minimized and this can be monitored through the performance appraisal application. and employee performance calculations

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the context evaluation in the community empowerment program of PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama In Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The research was conducted at the PT. Cheers Nugraha Indotama. The research informants were the CSR / PPM Manager, CSR / PPM Consultants, the person in charge of each CSR / PPM field of PT. Cheers Nugraha Indotama. The results showed that the evaluation of the context in the community empowerment program of PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama In Wolo District, Kolaka Regency on the aspect of the organization of the PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama has committed both to the provincial government, district government, sub-district government and village heads to carry out the company's obligations, namely the CSR / PPM program to the community, but in the aspect of social mapping / social mapping, the company has identified the needs of the community but it has not been maximized because it seems lack of programs that touch and empower people to improve their lives so that more attention and programs are needed. The suggestion in this research is the need for in-depth social mapping from the team in charge of the company so that the community is able to feel the benefits of its presence.Keywords: Evaluation, context, community empowerment program

Abstract

Dana desa ini merupakan kebijakan yang relatif baru sehingga dalam pengelolaannya masih banyak ditemuikelemahan-kelemahan terkait dengan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuahmodel akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa yang dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan oleh Pemerintah Desaagar penggunaan dana desa bisa dipertanggungjawabkan kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaandan pelaporan kegiatan telah memenuhi prinsip akuntabilitas. Model yang dikembangkan berdasarkanhasil penelitian ini diberi nama Model Akuntabilitas Proses. Akuntabilitas proses dalam pengelolaan danadesa adalah kesediaan dari para pengelola dana desa untuk menerima tanggung jawab atas apa yang ditugaskankepadanya secara efisien, efektif, berkeadilan, dan dilaksanakan secara transparan dengan melibatkanmasyarakat.AbstractThe village fund is a relatively new policy in Indonesia which may faces some challenges in implementationprocess, particularly accountability issues. This research aims to develop an accountability modelof village fund management that can be referenced by the village government in utilizing village funds tobe more accountable to all stakeholders. The results showed that the village fund management, includingplanning, implementation, and reporting of activities in compliance with the principle of accountability.The model was developed based on the results of this study are named Model Accountability Process. Accountabilityprocess in the management of village fund is the willingness of the village fund managers toaccept responsibility for what was assigned to him in an efficient, effective, equitable, and implemented ina transparent manner with community participation

Abstract

The Innovation Structuring of street vendors In Maros regency (supervised by Deddy T. Tikson and Hasniati). This study aims to analyze the results of innovation structuring of street vendors in Maros Regency based on the criteria of the United Nations (UN). This research was conducted in Culinary Area of ​​No Wave Beach of Maros Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a focus on innovation results from the arrangement of street vendors in Maros regency. There is also a research design used is case study (case study). The result of the research shows that the innovation of street vendors in Maros Regency based on criterion of United Nations (UN) is less successful. This was because of the 6 indicators, 1 indicator that partnership is not met because there was no professional cooperation either government, private or banking. 4 less effective indicators that sustainability was not working well because there was no special regulation governing culinary areas, innovation indicators in local and transferable contexts did not provide specific publications related to secondary data as well as special information related to street vendors in the area of ​​culinary beaches and non- other areas were still difficult to adopt the concept in applied. Indicators of gender equality and social exclusion because they had not demonstrated traditional special food and local wisdom in the arrangement of street hawkers, although gender and local wisdom were not contradictory and indicators of leadership and community empowerment due to governor commitment were not accompanied by clear policies and lack of merchant empowerment concepts a clear five foot post relocation. The indicators that become the strength of this innovation was the impact. Impact indicators provide benefits for both street vendors, government and the environment.

Abstract

Di era persaingan saat ini, sumber daya manusia selaku penggerak komponen prosedur, teknologi, dan struktur diharuskan untuk terus berkembang. Dalam suatu organisasi, faktor pemberdayaan mencerminkan aktivitas kerja individu yang aktif bekerja dimana individu dapat melakukan pekerjaannya. Pemberdayaan organisasi merupakan solusi dari peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang tinggi dimana karyawan diharapkan untuk kreatif dan berkolaborasi dalam organisasi yang dapat berdampak pada pencapaian fungsi efektivitas organisasi. Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia di lingkup pemerintah yang berperan sebagai aparatur negara yang melaksanakan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan instansi pemerintah. Aparatur sipil negara (ASN) adalah pegawai negeri sipil dan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja yang dilantik oleh pejabat pembina kepegawaian serta diberikan tugas dalam jabatan pemerintahan dan diberikan tugas negara lainnya kemudian digaji berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana metode ini akan memberikan gambaran bagaimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) aparatur sipil negara di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka saat ini. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka. OCB di lingkup Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka telah berjalan dengan baik dan setiap indikator OCB telah dimiliki oleh mayoritas ASN di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka. Adapun untuk tingkat pencapaiannya Altruism berada pada tingkat pencapaian persentase sebesar 82,9 persen dengan kategori baik, Conscientiousness dengan skor 2271 dan persentase sebesar 84,1 persen berada pada kategori baik, Civic Virtue ada pada tingkat kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 84,2 persen, Courtesy berada pada tingkat pencapaian paling tinggi dibandingkan indikator yang lain yaitu 87,4 persen dengan kategori sangat baik, dan Sportsmanship dengan jumlah item pernyataan 5 mencapai persentase sebesar 78,2 persen dan berada pada kategori baik. Adapun kesimpulan berdasarkan keterangan di atas terkait tingkat pencapaian setiap indikator dari OCB yaitu untuk variabel OCB berada pada tingkat pencapaian dengan persentase 83,4 persen dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini, sistem informasi manajemen berbasis tehnologi sangat dibutuhkan sebuah institusi, terkhusus dalam hal peningkatan aliran informasi, kecepatan pelayanan serta kepuasan pelanggang. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) memperoleh gambaran tentang kualitas informasi pada SIM RS di RSUD kabupaten Sinjai dengan melihat 9 indikator kualitas informasi dari SIM yang ada; 2) mengkaji penggunaan output serta laporan SIM RS serta pemanfaatannya bagi pimpinan dan pihak manajemen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, dengan metode kualitatif dan observasi langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan 33 orang responden/informan. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIM RS di RSUD Kabupaten Sinjai dalam tataran praktisnya digunakan untuk billing sistem atau transaksi pembayaran dan pendaftaran pasien. Kualitas data/informasi yang dihasilkan belum sepenuhnya dengan melihat dari 9 indikator berupa relevancy, accuracy, completenes, time lines, reliability, accessibility, understandable, currency, security.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the use of technology related to the teaching and learning process, which is the interaction of the academic community between lecturers and students. The application services used are from lectures to end-of-semester exams. This application is expected to facilitate the teaching-learning process or an effective lecture and can be done remotely. Nevertheless, using this application is difficult and less effective for students and lecturers who complain that the access process is very convoluted. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, where the academic community (lecturers and students) in each faculty at Hasanuddin University became research informants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public trust in productive economic business capital assistance program in Manggalung Village, Mandalle District, Pangkep Regency, seen from the indicators of credible commitment, benevolence, honesty, competence, and fairness. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 102 people. Type of data consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data comes from data from the Manggalung Village Office, documents and regulations related to the problem under study. The results showed that public trust in the capital assistance program for productive economy entrepreneurs in Manggalung Village was quite trusted, but there were still indicators that had not yet gained confidence, namely the indicators of honesty. This is due to the lack of socialization and transparency in budget stipulation and allocation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of home care-based health services and marine ambulance telemedicine in Makassar City. because public health has an important role in efforts to improve the quality of human resources, poverty alleviation and economic development. The Human Development Index puts health as one of the main components of measurement besides education and income. With the weakening of health services based on Home Care and Ambulance Telemedicine Marine, the community feels that they do not get effective services, where people expect to get better and more effective health services, but in fact they find that health services are getting weaker. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. with 307 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the performance of home care-based health services and marine ambulance telemedicine in Makassar City is still categorized as not good, this is seen from 29.5% indicating that the performance of health services is still not good.
